I came here to get a game that had just come out. Originally I had tried a Walmart but the employees refused to find it for me but Im honestly glad they did because the customer service here was amazing. They hadnt been able to get it to the floor yet but rather than saying they did not have time they took the time to look it up in their inventory and go dig through the 50 boxes they had just received in the back to do find this game for me. It took a lot of their time they didnt have to give but they did and my spouse was absolutely thrilled as this game was for them. Its because of this interaction I will now be buying all of my games, we get quite a few, from this store from here on out. Just stellar customer service and cant recommend them enough!

We were recommended to this store from another Gamestop citing it had sufficient stock for a particular item. When we asked about it, store staff stated they had it, but were hiding it for themselves until payday. When asked to assist us in looking at stock in other locations, they stated their systems do not allow them to view others inventory.

First time at this location and couldn t believe the level of unprofessionalism displayed by cashiers, Mandy and Mars. When asked to have a previously owned game cleaned before purchasing, Mandy literally cleaned the disc with her dirty shirt. When I called her out about this, Mars began to laugh. I have spoken to their superiors and am glad this is being handled but needles to say, I will not be shopping at this location again.

THIS STORE DOES NOT OPEN ON TIME!! I decided to go pick up my game, I pulled up at 10: 05 and the security gates were still down. I waited for 15 minutes and nothing changed so I left. I came back 30 minutes later and the security gates are still down. Why are the business hours posted as opening at 10:00 a.m. if they will not open the store on time?. I know someones in there because the security gate on the door is partially up and I can see the TV screens on in the building. Very unprofessional. They need to get it together at this location.

Went in to trade something in. Only worker was already with a customer. I waited quite a while, but was acknowledged consistently and was apologized to multiple times for the wait. The other member was very friendly and apologetic (unnecessarily) for the wait as well. Would definitely go back again for that level of service.

Super pushy sales staff. I told them that I didnt want to be a pro member when they asked. They tried to tell me it would pay off after 3 visits and I said no again that I didnt want the membership. I said I would like to purchase my items and leave and the manager said give him a break hes new like she wasnt the one being overbearing. I only came in there for merch items and not games and this was a really uncomfortable buying experience.

This location was probably the cleanest and most organized Game Stop I have ever been to. I did try calling this store several times earlier in the day, but they did not answer the phone. I am sure they were busy helping last minute holiday shoppers. Luckily it wasnt a wasted trip the had exactly what I was looking for.

Just left location normally staff are very helpful, but young lady working was very unhelpful. After looking at my system for a HOT second I was attempting to trade in for store credit she informed me she couldn t take my controllers due to a small amount of dirt inside the toggles and she could only offer me a 1.25 for the console.. You heard me right one dollar and twenty five cents for the console. Console works excellently mind you. All I could do was walk out SMH, took all my SWAG not to BLAST OFF. #LAZY..

Great selection as always with the layout of the store being very organized. Had some pretty decent deals for this time of the month. The gentleman working here greeted us, but left the rest to us. Turned out for the release party for KH 3 and it was undoubtedly my best experience at a GameStop ever. So many fans got together and had a genuine great time with games, trivia and awesome prizes. They even got free pizza for everyone and it was all thanks to an amazing employee whose name I think is Scott. Totally changed the way I viewed GameStop, this is a location where they care. Will definitely be coming back for future purchases.
