I stayed there a few days ago, The room they gave me had mole spots all over and the smell was horrible... I requested another room which was way better. The bed was hard as a rock, The pillows were terrible. Their customer service suck... I was having trouble cuz I did book from a third party and payment did not go through Even though I paid online, but was told from the front desk lady that my credit card had no funds that I had reached a limit which was not true She said her computer told her that... I work with customer service for many years and thats something you never tell a customer, plus theres no way a computer is going to tell you that. I know one thing I will never ever ever stay in this hotel again. Plus fair warning no hair dryers in the room.

Absolutely disgusting place. Room smelt like mold. No TV remote. TV didnt work at first. The fridge was on the floor. The lamp by the bed decides on its own whether it will turn on or off. The bathtub was disgusting, rust markings everywhere. The door lock was broke completely off. The breakfast area in the corner had standing water with some kind of slim in it. Absolutely filthy hotel. Avoid if all possible.

First room. Ac went out and started leaking water on the floor. Moved us to a second room. Rust in tub. Mold on shower rail. No cold water. Shower was hot water. Sink was also hot. Had to use bottle water to brush teeth. Holes in wall behind door. Then at night. A junky was shooting up in the stairs way.

I had the opportunity to experience an unpleasant experience at this hotel Services through an app. I highlight that the entrance was easy and simple and with very good quality of service, however when I got to the room I found an unpleasant surprise. Two cockroaches. I do not recommend it. Look for other options.

I dont know whether to start with the poor cleaning or the neglect of the place, the room was poorly maintained and somewhat dirty, the towels did not look completely clean. I had had a good experience here in the past but a few years later the experience has declined and it will no longer be a good option, better go to la quinta or I dont know which one but this place is no longer in its best days I have proof of stay

Three beautiful women asked me to go with them to their room and I politely said no thank you. I was very very impressed with the customer service. There is however a strong smell of smoke in the entire highway side of the building so may not be suitable for children

Red Roof Inn 4401 N Gage, Pharr Tx. Clean. You can feel the springs in the bed. No amenities what so ever.. no in room coffee. One each towel, washcloth and floor mat. Small hand soap and a very small tube of shampoo. In lobby; one thermos of coffee, mostly had lukewarm coffee. Nothing else.

We came from San Antonio Texas we love the service I call to check on my reservation before arriving that Friday to check if I still had it I talk to a Selena she was very very kind and helpful and friendly mentioned we still our room and then I called back about 8 pm Friday that we may arrive a little late and Claudia answer the phone with very polite customer service she told us she theres till 11pm she will hold our room we end up getting there on time I was happy with our room very clean nice air conditioner and what I like most a lot of close restaurants. Very satisfied customer thinking of making another trip and staying again at the Red roof inn Pharr Mc Allen. I dont know how they got a 4 star rating other than they must have a lot of employes trying to keep there jobs. I reserved a king with a sofa on the first floor. We had to move to the second floor to get one. This motel has no elevator and we are both in our seventies with bad knees. This motel also has a roach problem and I killed several during our 5 day stay. The cable tv did not work and they had nothing for breakfast. The only good thing I can say about this motel is the internet worked well.

Good Stay, if someone who cannot climb stairs is going to stay, ask first if there are rooms on the ground floor since the hotel does not have an elevator, an economical option to spend a night or two, it is for non-demanding people, the room is very good Only the hallway carpet was dirty or damaged, but for the price that part takes a backseat

Overall visit was fine no issues with services though does need some TLC outside has looks like it abandoned and your sign need some led light couldnt find it. I would like to give my suggestion regarding the dogs, they should be in the room a little further away, because at the slightest noise they start barking, I didnt wake up that much but my daughters and husband did, they woke up to the barking of a dog several times. There is a stopper missing for the tub and as many have already commented, the breakfast is very sweet. But I imagine that because of the heat there is not much you can ask for. The windows did not have curtains if the ones that were there looked inward. The bed was comfortable and the heating was good. Only two towels for five passengers. Sure and they are things that should improve so that they rise in stars.
