OMG we loved it. I hosted my sons birthday party and the kids had a blast. Booking it was easy. Communication via emails is the best. We had the pool to ourselves for 2 hours. So many lifeguards and pool managers. We felt safe and enjoyed our whole time there.

We always enjoy coming here. The price is great and its just right for the kiddos. Lifeguards are always aware of whats going on. This is the place to go when you dont want to deal with large crowds at the bigger places.

We had a terrible experience at this pool. The water was dirty and murky, and the changing rooms were filthy, with no one bothering to clean up. There were food crumbs everywhere around the pool area. The place was extremely overcrowded, making it difficult to move around. They don t limit the number of people allowed in. My 6-year-old child was not permitted to use the slide, and we were also not allowed to stand by the edge of the pool. We decided to leave and asked for a refund, but were refused.

I am not a first timer but when I first went to the water park it was fun and enjoyable but the sad part was they take a break every 30mins. But today I was trying to go out in a swim in a Wednesday when they were supposed to be opened I showed up to no staffs there no workers no nothing I was surprise and called and as expected no answered. Unexpectedly, it is against the rules to wear a cotton shirt into the pool. I suppose that my 50%/50% cotton/poly shirts i use for shade in the water everywhere else in life are disallowed But the pool itself is great for chillin slightly actively because of the river. Better than a normal pool.

Amazing community pool with two water slides and lazy river. Water was colder than I was expecting which was a good thing. Lifeguards were about as friendly as any Ive encountered. They let you take in food and drink they also sell concessions like chips soda and candy. For six bucks my son and I had a blast and will definitely be going back

Nice pool. I think the only thing is my baby is 1 and the little slide is for ages 4-8yrs. But, we asked a life guard if she could use it one time, and he let her but it would be nice to have more fun stuff for very little ones to do. Its conveniently located in the heart of Pflugerville behind the Sonic.

Reserved three tables for a birthday party. Waterslides were off limits due to chemical balance issue. No phone call prior to our reservation or offer to make any refund or discount. Even after paying over $140 for guests and tables. One of the highlights of this pool are the two slides and is the main reason we booked it. Wish city had better communication.

Great price for a really fun swimming pool! We love the slides and the lazy river. We like that theres shade and tables and that outside food is permitted. A break at the end of every hour is a great time to reapply sunscreen, get some food, etc. Great pool for the whole family!

I wish I could not give not even 1 star. The rules are not followed by many & they specially Pick on few people while seeing others not following the rules as well, they have about 8 lifeguards who all look like high school students who are untrained. There is no cloth allowed in the pool so as I was unaware I used a cloth shirt so I couldn t swim. But I was still supervising my children. One of my kids can t swim I hear someone yell help not knowing it would of been my son. As I look up he s yelling, drowning in front of 2 life guards. I immediately threw myself in as, Another guest pulls him up as the lifeguards are just day dreaming. We go approach the manager & he doesn t even care. What if it would had been more serious. Unbelievable.

Its a great pool to just relax and let the kids have a ball! Deepest part of the water is on 38 deep. They have a pretty fun slide for kids the water there is only 36. They do safety checks every hour and everyone has to get out for 10 mins. Thats something I absolutely love about this pool.

Great pool!! Ive been going to this pool for 3 straight summers now with my YMCA kids and they REALLY enjoy it as much as Typhoon TX! The staff are super friendly and the wave pool and slides only make it that much of a better pool. I highly recommend this pool for anyone with little ones and looking for fun in general. It helps also that theres a basketball court and play scape right next to the pool.

Great kiddy pool and slides, popular birthday party spot. Next to pool is a big red barn and self-guided tour placards to learn about the heritage of the region. Barn appears to be free of charge, pool has entry fee, currently open only on weekends. A family had a private party before it opens to the public for additional fee.

This is probably the best pool in Pflugerville tx to take a small child. The water is only 3ft deep throughout the entire pool. There are twobwater slides that are really fun and there are a ton of lifeguards on duty. With sprinklers in the pool area and pfloating movies this place is a for sure place ro be on a hot summer day with kiddos.

The pool is clean and attractive. There are several lifeguards present. It is inexpensive. Coolers are allowed. On the downside the height restriction for the slides is too much. The bigger water patks, Typhoon Texas, Splash Kingdom, allow 42 inch for all slides except those with tubes. My 6 year old grandson was disappointed after being at Typhoon Texas the week before and sliding down much larger slides to have to have me slide with him and only on the large short flat slide. Made our visit a bit of a disappointment.

This pool is owned by the city of Pflugerville. I would recommend this pool for ages 10 and under the teenager sized kids can really get in the way of the little ones enjoyment. It has a splash pad kind of feel along with a lazy river-ish and a drop off slide.

Mr. James I am writing in pure disappointment about your pool and staff on todays date. Especially the shorter Filipino lady in charge.(no offense intended) When we arrived, the staff at the window did inform of the new dress code policy in place. **It is severely inconsiderate of the city pool to charge people to come sit and watch their kids swim even though the adult is not participating in the water. However, when i inquired with the young lady giving out wristbands about the new shorts policy, she stated that the reason was because there were too many complaints about people exposing themselves when getting out of water. She then shrugged and stated that it was the new policy so far this year. I corrected her and stated that this was also in place last year and that her information is not correct. In the 20 minutes of me being in the water. I witnessed your supervisory staff troll the pool pavement and tell 3 different people to either take off the basketball shorts or get out the water. I physically observed her invade a persons personal space to check a tag on a shirt. What disappointed me the most is during one of the pool side corrections, she immediately proceeded to verbally reprimand the life guard stationed at the current channel about being visual and not correcting of the girls she just handled. I did interrupt her to let her know that the girls entered the pool by the giant lizard and was wondering down towards the 2ft mark when she caught them and that he had not had a chance to correct, let alone see them. It was very unprofessional of her to publicly coach or correct him on front of guest. The staff is so hell bent on policing shirt and shorts violators that they did not care much about the running that continued to take place pool side or the rough horseplay in the pool. As a resident and a water lover, I REFUSE to give another dime, nickel, or penny to this city pool or any other one in Pflugerville based on this experience alone. This was my first visit of the Summer to Metzer pool and it will definitely be my last. I rather spend my money in Austin or Round Rock instead of bring my little ones to enjoy the pool they once loved. Thanks but no thanks. Sorry, but not sorry.

It s a nice community pool with slides and a lazy river. They have a few lifeguard and you can buy snacks on a vending machine. It gets quite busy during the summer and if you are lucky you can find a lounge chair. They have a splash area for little kids and a shallow area for toddlers with a little slide. The prices are great specially if you live in Pflugerville.

I brought my kids here so they can do some swimming, something they have been asking to do for a long time now. They had a blast, but for adults it wasnt too much fun. It was hard to do a little swimming because the pool was overcrowded, other kids kept swimming into me, and the lifeguards told men I cannot wear my goggles because it was the mask kind. This place also has everyone leave the water every hour for 10 minutes. I found it to be more peaceful just sitting on the chairs watching my kids than trying to have some fun with them in the pool.

Good for kids. But there was an issue with a customer and while the teenager was trying to handle it all the other teenage life guards were gathered at the door staring and laughing very unprofessional. Instead of putting a life guard by the walk way of the slide where most of the running was happening they just kept blowing whistles and yelling over and over. They even put 3 boys in time out. ???? It felt like these teenagers take advantage of their power and dont know how to handle kids. ALSO there needs to be a sign at the front NO JEAN SHORTS WITH DANGLING STRINGS i saw two moms with babies just waking them in ankle high water wearing jean shorts And they were asked to get out of the ANKLE HIGH WATER. This can be avoided with a sign.

No one answers the phone. A bunch of teenagers are running this establishment. After a kid kept cursing around my children and I told him to stop and he called me a curse word, and being told by 3 lifeguards that if he kept it up he would get kicked out of the pool and no follow through, I left and in the perfect time since they just found feces in the pool. Never again....
