Let me start by saying Fedex print online ordering system has been absolutely awful lately--however, the manager of this location went above and beyond to make it right!!! My order was somehow lost in the ether of online ordering, it missed getting sent out for delivery, and he actually delivered it himself in his personal vehicle from Pflugerville to Elgin to make sure it would arrive on time. I was so touched! Ive been emailing and filling out surveys to Fedex corporate to let them know about all the print online issues with no response and no resolution--it was incredibly refreshing to have a real human actually listen, come up with a solution, and make it happen, and with a great attitude about it to boot. THANK YOU!!!

Mr. Derrick Baker Went above and beyond to help me with my order on time. was quick to inform me that they didnt have enough material and found a place thats convenient for me to pick up my order. Very Professional. best experience I ever had at Fedex.

I had to get some stuff printed and photo copied for an insurance claim. I had no idea what I was doing and the asm Derick guided me through the whole process. He was super nice, and I would totally recommend coming to this location!

I went in on Thursday 5/19 at around 10:30am to ship out a laptop. I didnt catch the name of the worker, but she was incredibly welcoming and helpful. It took only a few minutes for her to process my order and she made me feel like a valued customer. I had an excellent experience.

This is gonna be the last point of delivery when you are waiting for your package Don t worry, you will never receive your package as happened with me 2 times already. The worst mailing service, for now on I avoid purchases from vendors who are working with FedEx

Had a high value package sent to me through this location with a direct signature requirement. I was not home but the customer service helped reschedule the package for another day which was great. On the new day for delivery, the driver who delivered my package knocked once and left it on the porch in plain view. It took me about 60 seconds to get to the front door and by the time I opened it the driver was already driving away. No signature was attempted nor was the package protected. I looked on the tracking app and saw the driver LIED about me signing (see picture below) Thankfully I was actually home. Incredibly disappointed with that service and would never trust anything of value with a company that openly violates protocol meant to protect the package.

Victoria was nice and friendly but the guy wearing the New Orleans saints jersey was rude and obnoxious. Couldnt believe he was training someone. If it wasnt for Victoria I would of gave this Fedex 0

I am one of the google local guides for Austin. I have been not writing any review for almost more than a year, but this one is very important to write to alert people to not to use the print service here. I just used the system here to login to print only two page document, but I didnt have my security code received to login to my gmail account in time, because of poor network connection on my T-Mobile service inside the Walmart center. So, tried couple of times and logged out. without printing anything. It showed that my credit card was charged for $1.39. Since it is such small amount, I clicked no to print the receipt to avoid touching papers due to the Covid situations. This turned out be a great mistake. I came home and to my dismay I saw that the I was charged $10 on my credit card. I called FedEx and disputed this charge. The customer support lady told me that their billing section was closed for the day and asked me to contact on the next working day. Within ten minutes after this dispute call, FedEx automatically dropped my charges for $10 and charged again for $2.11. This is outrageous. First of all they were trying to charge $10 and when they understood that the customer was alert, FedEx immediately dropped the charge and charged yet again 0.72 cents more than the actual $1.39. It is not 0.72 cents that I care, but the utter waste of time for calling , and waiting for FedEx customer support and also getting vulnerable to incorrect and fraudulent charges by FedEx is what I want the readers to be aware of. Thanks.

I want to give a shout to store manager Cody/Cory. I came into the store frustrated about a package he handled the situation very calmly and thoroughly I was able to get the package and later someone called making sure everything was kosher. You guys are doing a great job during tense COVID times, I appreciate it!
