I asked for a giant turkey and provolone sandwich. Two people came in behind me and ordered the same sandwich that I had ordered. I was going to have it cut in half with modifications made to both halves but was completely rushed by the sandwich maker who was moving way too fast. I had even said to let the other two go first cause mine was going to be modified and take longer. Also anticipating that the four turkey provolone sandwiches were going to get mixed up and that surely ended up happening, as the sandwich maker was making our sandwiches all together as if we were one and the same order. I showed a look of disapproval of the situation as they started to wrap my sandwich up when I was not even done and expressed it verbally. The sandwich maker then just started making excuses and said we move fast here. As I proceeded to pay I was being charged for two regulars instead of the giant sandwich that I asked for at the beginning of the transaction but the girl who was running the register looked very inexperienced as she looked around for help, I just paid the full price and left. Ive had a lot of Jersey Mikes in my time but this was the worst experience and was a guest at that location.

for lunch, I wanted to go pick something up and I didn t want to pay a $10 delivery fee, the place I work in has no service so I asked my coworker if I can use their phone right before I left to order just to save some time. From the time I placed the order to when I got there it took about six minutes. When I walked in, there was big line, and I thought here goes my 30 minute lunch. I seen a girl putting orders out and I checked for mine and there it was. Y all do an amazing job, and yall need some credit for that! 10/10 amazing team. Very fast and clean environment.

I love Jersey Mikes and I come pretty frequently and I usually order online for pick up. Not sure I will being doing that again. I arrived early this time and was able to observe everything. I knew the hot sandwich was the hold up so I looked over at the grill and noticed an employee eating out of a Styrofoam food container while in gloves. I was waiting for those gloves to be removed and and hands cleaned prior to returning to the food on the grill but unfortunately that did not happen. I then watched him touch multiple items on the line before I got another employees attention to point it out. No one said anything they Quietly walked over to the employee that was cross contaminating the food who then changed his gloves without washing his hands and went right back to it and No one said anything. I then asked for a refund because I had just witnessed everything and its gross and guess who the person in charge was. You guessed it the cross contaminater. This location definatly needs some re-education in proper food safety and hand hygiene. The employees were very nice about it but the issue was already witnessed. People are watching even when you think they are not. Hopefully this gets addressed quickly.

Ever since I found this place, I often come here to buy Mikes Famous Philly bread. Even though I know the prices here are not cheap. In the beginning, the food here was very delicious. Not too salty, not too sour, and not too sweet either. But in recent months, especially yesterday on October 25, 2023, I bought a sandwich with the same name for lunch at my workplace. But oh my! I couldnt swallow it after taking two bites. It was saltier than the deep sea water. I had to eat and drink a lot of lemonade to wash down the two pieces of bread I accidentally bit into. I dont understand who makes these dishes? Do they taste them before serving them to customers? I feel like Im either ruining my stomach or having to go to the hospital because of high blood pressure. If this situation continues, I might have to leave this place to find somewhere else for my meals.

Every time we order from here, they get things totally wrong. The reason we order the way we do is because there are allergies to certain things like onions, tomatoes, and dairy in our family. One of the Original Italian subs we ordered (#13) had Rosemary bread (that has cheese in it) and tomatoes when there shouldnt have been (its supposed to be white bread w/o tomatoes). The other #13 Original Italian sub had onions and stale gluten-free bread (should be rosemary bread w/o onions). I will not order from here again. Im hearing similar complaints from others as well. When paying close to $100 for subs, the employees should at least care about getting the order right more times than not, especially when allergies are a concern.

Stopped in with my daughter for a quick bite. Store was in disarray. Food on counter at register and all over the floor. Wrappers on various tables with spilled food. Meanwhile two employees standing around with arms folded watching the guy cook bacon for my sandwich for 10 min since they let it run out. Not once did anyone come out and clean. Got home and bit into sandwich and almost got sick. A very bad smell coming from the roast beef or the Swiss. I tossed it and just ate the chips. Its sad things have gone downhill so bad because I really like Jersey Mikes.

I stopped in here for a quick small sandwich and the girl that took my order was nice and friendly but I guess she was new because she had to ask a question to the short older guy who I assume was a manager. This guy was a jerk and started berating another girl over the question and I can only assume the other girl was training the new one by the way he was talking. This was completely unprofessional especially in front of customers, the girl just asked a simple question and neither girl deserved that treatment. The food was ok, I had to wait just a bit but that wasnt a big deal.

Been coming here for a year. Order online to make it easy but 99% of the time requests for extra of an item are ignored. Pay for extras that are not put on the sandwich. Had to return sandwiches twice for mistakes. Finally had a bad customer service experience. Standing at the counter waiting for an employee in front of me to acknowledge me so that I could provide my name for pick up. Ignored me like I wasnt in front of him and then walked to the back where two other employees were working. No emergency to deal with just chose not to help a customer for some unknown reason. I was very disappointed when I went to get two big Kahunas (our favorite) sandwiches on Tuesday (8/23) evening at 8:35pm and was immediately told when walking in ...we are not serving any hot sandwiches anymore asked why and their response was the grill is already cleaned, and we are not serving anymore hot sandwhiches so we took our business elsewhere. Great service! I even made a rookie ordering mistake and didn t not order all the toppings on my hot sandwich when I placed the order and the young lady behind the counter could see my frustration as it was being wrapped and she immediately assisted by reopened my sandwich to put on final toppings. Food is good and staff is hard working and nice but the issue is time. Each time I order for pickup I increase the future time by 15 minutes. I am now up to 90 minutes and when I get to the store to pick up the food, I still have to wait for them to make it. Also, their online order pickup process is terrible. Waiting in line when food may already be ready for someone at the back. Update 4-8. Nope, still a problem. I arrived 15 minutes after email said my order would be ready and the subs hadnt even been started. Looks like just two people working at lunch time. This is not a training issue but a staffing issue.

Food is fine, but theres a serious problem with ordering online. The website shouldnt let you select a time slot for in store pickup when they are ridiculously backed up at that slot. Waiting minimum 30 minutes past your selected order time is the norm here...dont bother. Furthermore, of my 3 sandwiches ordered, allegedly 2 have been done for 20 minutes just waiting on the 3rd. So now I get late and cold cheese steaks, perfect. Update: 1 order was incorrect and another sandwich was soggy. Both hot sandwi hes were (surprise) cold. So disregard on my first setence. So happy with their service! I saw them make at least 20 subs in front of me. They were kind to every person even when they messed up and forgot pickles on a sandwich and the customer was fairly rude they responded only with kindness and made it right. My sandwich was wonderful the best I had from there in a long time! Way to go! I dont care if they dont have masks on I assume they are vaccinated if they dont and if I disapprove I guess I can go somewhere else. I for one am vaccinated and take precautions just as I saw them doing as well!

Just ordered a regular sized tuna and large big kahuna sandwich for lunch for my wife and I. The bread on her tuna sandwich was hard as a rock (not exaggerating) tried to call to ask why they would serve a sandwich with this quality and no one answered. I LOVE Jersey Mikes. I went to the location next I-35 so often that the staff knew who I was and handed me my orders as soon as I walked in. But I recently moved and now this location is the closest to my new house. My girlfriend warned me that this location wasnt as great. She had ordered lunch here several times, as its close to her job. And multiple times she was forced to wait 20+ minutes past the given pickup time. I should have listened to her. I ordered two sandwiches, each with chips and a drink, for my girlfriend and I. I should have checked the bag, but I was spoiled by the great service of the other location. I drove all the way home only to discover that the bag only had our sandwiches!! It was a massive disappointment. I still love Jersey Mikes and the way they do their sandwiches, so they still get 2 stars. But if you come to this location, double check to make sure you get everything you order and maybe order earlier than you think.

Long line, delivery of supplies during lunch hours, no attempt to speed things up by taking orders for all grill sandwiches- grill guy was cooking two sandwiches at a time, when he could have been cooking every sandwich in line, speeding up for everyone waiting. Instead you waited 10-15 minutes to place an order , then you had to wait an additional 5-10 minutes. Asked twice how long it would take to get a sandwich to which I got as soon as we get your order we will cook it, and I am about to cook it for you . Had say how many minutes to cook it to get an answer. Priority given to phone and online orders, they should have been pushed back on time ready to take care of store full of people - instead they get priority . Don t expect anything to come of this, as the person appearing to be in charge is the only person I spoke to. Moral of the story don t go there during lunch, especially when in a hurry, and the delivery truck is there.

1st time here, got take out big kahuna cheesesteak sub, Im halfway through it right now and its amazing, lots of flavor, good portion, restaurant was clean, didnt stay long.

1st time trying them after hearing about em. Overall great service decent sandwiches, I wouldve like the the cold sandwich not so dry so Ill have to add extra dressing and sauces if they have em but pretty good. Will do again.

This used to be a good location but it has definitely gone downhil . The restroom was filthy today, you can tell it has not had a thorough cleaning in a long time. Every empty table was dirty. It seems like they just want to push you your sub and be done with you. I think the subs have gotten smaller with less meat. The kids working there rush your order as if its some type of competition or something. Ill probably use the Round Rock location in the future.

This is the 4th time with a wrong order. Ive called and yall blame it on grubhub or postmates. I didnt even bother wasting my time calling this time. Why is it so hard to make a order correct? I never do a negative Google review because we all goof up here and there, but cmon!. I enjoy Jersey Mikes and so does my wife. How can rectify this on going problem?

You definitely get your moneys worth at Jersey Mikes. They use quality ingredients like Boars Head meats and fresh veggies and they pile them up high. All of their meats are sliced to order unlike some other sub shops named after underground transportation systems. The difference in taste is night and day. There are a wide variety of menu items, the menu board behind the counter is easy to read and understand and most of their sandwiches come in three different sizes. Prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. Like most sub shops, it can be a little slow during busy times, but they do a pretty good job of keeping the line moving. The dining area is kept clean but is fairly small so it can be hard to find a place to sit right at noon. Bottom line, youll find good value and a decent selection of quality subs here.

We typically love Jersey Mikes, but the food we got was dreadful. Our club had nothing but meat and cheese on it, and the bread was really stale. My Reuben did not have thousand island even though I specifically asked. The bread was slightly stale on my Reuben. Finally the cookies were horrible. The chocolate chip was stale and the sugar cookie was greasey and undercooked. If you are in the mood for Jershey Mikes find a different location.

Sandwiches are inconsistent, unless you watch every step. Used app once, walked in and picked it up and walked out. Super convenient, but when we got home the top half of our giant #13 was wheat and the bottom half was white. HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN?

Clean store and order consistency is king! I love going to Jersey Mikes and getting the #9 Mikes way and having it the same no matter which store I order it from. Their sandwiches are way better than Subway or Thundercloud (if in Austin).
