I have never experienced this type of treatment in a store. I was asked if a basket was mine. I told the lady no I have a basket, which she could clearly see.. She then stated she saw me standing by the basket she thought it was mine. I never stood by the basket. And why was she paying attention to what I was doing? She had a bad attitude on top of it. I spend waaaay too much money at this store to be questioned like I did something wrong. And why didn t she ask other people around me? I will be returning everything tomorrow. Never shopping at this store again. Going to Kirkland or Heb home.

It is too easy to spend hours in this place! There is so much to see and look at, and it is all at such a good price. We spent easily three hours looking through everything and got a great deal on several area rugs and holiday decor. Considering how huge the store is, it is also incredibly well organized and tidy. We had a great experience at checkout as well, where the nice lady at checkout helped us patiently separate our three different orders and giant rugs at the counter and made great conversation while we were figuring it all out. We will definitely be back!

Cashiers and managers are mean and rude.They dont honor the discounts advertised .They were not treating me as a customer but if l were a child . scolding me. I thought they would have employees with standard customer service skills, unfortunately Manager and Cashiers, are rude. This is not the first time they have used a mean tone of voice. I let it go in the past , just decided not to go there often but this time they were meaner.l wont come back.

If youre shopping in-store. We had lovely people help us and care for us. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY!!!! They will dump it at your house without a knock or word. You can get a nice surprise to check the status to Delivered with no notice. THEY LITERALLY DROPPED IT AT OUR GARAGE WITHOUT KNOCKING ON THE FRONT DOOR! Luckily, we arent an elderly couple that needed it placed into a room. I however am injured and cannot help my husband get it up the stairs. Why pay $39 for delivery if they will treat it like a $3 amazon package??!?? Absolutely unacceptable service.

Bought a futon from here today. It was cute and reasonably priced. Looks great in my space (I opted out of using the legs because I like it lower to the ground). Ross carried it from the back of the store to check out and to the curb for loading. He was so kind and helpful. I measured but it wouldnt fit with the specific angle in my small SUV. I was so bummed but he swopped into action with an alternative idea. We got it loaded, fit like a glove! Thanks for the extra help today Ross!

Toni the manager here knows how to run her store very well, super helpful and polite. and she has a phenomenal team of employees working for her, I performed some reconstruction work in a restroom at her storefront, and she made it nothing but comfortable for me the entire time and was not pushy at all. This is not the individual stores issue but a corporate issue as it is their policy. I would give no stars if possible. I have never shopped at any AtHome Store before. I bought a Christmas tree for my yard before christmas for $43 that only lit up for a day. It was defective. With everything going on this holiday, I wasnt able to bring it back until today and I was only given a $10+ refund as it was on sale. No store I have ever been to has done this. Guess I just donated $33 to the CEOs pocket. Dont think Ill be back.

Dont keep accurate stock quantity available online, resulting in placing a same-day order that then gets cancelled by on-site staff (without notification via email or text, or explanation as to why). When calling the store, the answer I received was (almost verbatim), Yeah, our stock is kinda all over the place and super messy right now... so someone probably went to look for it, and couldnt find it, and just cancelled the order... Um, sorry you didnt get an email [hangs up]. Super disappointing, and no faith that an online order for store pick-up (or stock-levels posted online) are going to be fulfilled / are faithful to whats in-stock.

1. low quality products, 2. outdated useless returns system I also had a bad customer service experience at this particular location, but those are the main 2. I went in expecting Target-level quality, but its more Walmart quality. You have to know that they specialize in inexpensive cheaply made, low quality products. As an objective measure, they have a large Damaged section--never seen one that large; it shouldnt come off the shelf damaged. Its preposterous to have an online ordering system, but make order numbers useless. I brought the pickup slip, believing that to be the receipt since nothing else was given. They could not use the order number, pickup slip, or the barcode on it. The order confirmation email couldnt be used, which is surprising w/ the technology at most large chain stores. I went to the full order details on the website--that couldnt be used either. Most stores at least provide a receipt in the confirmation email or an email after pickup. In 2022 why would the entire online system be useless w/out the physical receipt from the physical cash register, for an online order? The employee who helped us was unreasonably also rude. We wanted to be kind & helpful, but she (Janyce, I believe) was unpleasant from the beginning, clearly annoyed & tearing off the slip. She offered a gift card, as we continued to scour our email & website f/ a receipt, but she never even asked for the credit card used, which is a valid return method; I brought it up because we forgot it but thought the slip receipt was sufficient per the return policy. Store credit is usually absolutely fine, but ironically in this particular case we didnt plan on shopping here in the future after seeing the product quality. Disregarding that were not at fault for not having the receipt, her behavior made it clear that she was more than annoyed with us; she started out short w/ us as soon as we said the pickup slip was the only kind of receipt we received, & when we didnt have a Perks account, & again while we asked if those could be solutions; she later asked multiple times if we didnt have a perks account and was annoyed each time the answer was no; later, she was scoffing under her breath while smiling incredulously, rolling her eyes, shaking her head while rubbing her forehead, and even grabbing my phone out of my hands multiple times when I showed her the email/order details--even when my hand was in the rubber strap of the phone case, but instead of letting me take it off, she bent my hand back. And since its rubber, my hand got stuck; I should not be pulling my body out/away from my own property because its now suddenly in the hands of a store employee. I understand bad days, and Ive worked in customer service, mostly in mental health, serving mentally unwell/unstable/upset clients who are in a highly emotional state from working through the difficulties in their lives that theyre here seeking help for. I understand better than many how unpleasant customer service can be, but her behavior was uncalled for and honestly inexcusable. Its one thing to have a bad day, but its another to take it out on others. And yet after all of this, as soon as we said wed take the gift card, she huffed & said shed give us a refund, then processed it. This whole time I thought she just wasnt able to do this and that it was out of her hands as an employee; it makes no sense to then arbitrarily acquiesce after we accept the solution. It seems she was irate w/ us when she was the one drawing this out; she could have arbitrarily decided to help at any time, preferably before physically hurting me. She ended with a snide remark that this is why she recommends signing up for the perks program. I didnt originally sign up for it b/c I dont shop here often; then I didnt b/c I wouldnt shop here often due to the product quality; but Im surprised that it doesnt go without saying that this experience didnt inspire me to become a regular customer.

The line always sucks. Why is it so long?? Can t believe they only have 3 cashiers at the very front of the store. We went September 24, 2022 and the store was cluttered with boxes blocking some of the walk ways going towards the rug section. Very unsafe. There should have at least been signs to warn customers it was blocked off or arrows to point is in another direction but nope. Nothing.

They have really good quality home items. But lately things don t ring up price on the items. They are ringing up wrong - higher and so I ve gone back twice to get them corrected. I also did not get the 40% off items as advertised and I had to point that out too.
