It was more of a fast food experience than I was ready for but you could never tell it by the food. I got there before my date so I sat at the bar expecting to order a drink but no one came. Im sure I sure have ordered at the counter and then sat down first. But the food was so good, Ill definitely go back and be more aware of how the service works next time. Parking: It shares a lot with a lot of other businesses so parking at lunch time on Thursday was rough. Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly but they do serve alcohol so if you dont want your kid around adult beverages, this isnt the place for you.

A small group of us visited this restaurant tonight and were amazed by the atmosphere . The food was amazing and we were also amazed at that. What we really couldn t believe was the service we received from the employee working the front. She was SO rude and practically roller her eyes when we walked in and it went downhill from there. Mind you, we came in at 8 pm and they close at 9. That s an entire hour! What the heck! Please get more help with less attitude. Sincerely, A paying customer :)

Super crowded when we visited on a Saturday, but the staff are rock stars. Still friendly and they moved the food quickly. The kids chicken nuggets had a little bit of a slow heat to them. I thought they were tasty but they may not be a hit if you have a kid that is sensitive to spices. The egg and sausage biscuit was flavorful and the steak and egg biscuit was amazing. Parking: There is a big lot. All the restaurants in the area were busy, so we had to park pretty far back in the lot, but there were plenty of spaces available.

The first time I came it was amazing. This visit was quite the disappointment. I ordered the Hot Hot Chicken and the Breakfast Style tots over easy. Once they brought the food out, the egg was not over easy so I sent it back and they got me a new one which was also not over easy as I requested. I figured I would go ahead and start eating the biscuit and the biscuit was cold and waxy indicating that it s been out for a while. I asked for a fresh one, to which the just reheated Another old one. I wish I just got a refund and left because the experience was very poor.

We arrived on a busy Sunday, at around 10:30am and waited about 30 minutes in line. We ordered two biscuit sandwiches: the sausage, egg, and cheese, and the hot chicken. The chicken was perfectly cooked (fried) and the spice was not too hot. The sausage, egg was also very good but be prepared for the cheeze wiz type of cheese sauce. It tasted good but was very messy. The biscuits themselves were made in-house and very good. Overall very good and I would recommend.

First time there. Sunday morning 9:45. We were in a line of around 8 people. The line moved ok. We waited around 7 minutes for our food after we sat down which was decent. We had the bacon egg biscuit and sausage egg biscuit as well as biscuits and gravy. I got gravy on the side (1.85 for a little cup was a little pricey)). I also got the biscuit nuggets which was quite a tasty treat. I felt the biscuits could have been a little bigger but the taste of all of the food was outstanding.

My mom and I came in yesterday. We ordered a Monte Cristo and a grilled chicken biscuit to go and waited over 20 minutes to get the food. The people who came in after us had already gotten their food. When we eventually got our food we started eating and my mom found multiple pieces of egg shells in her sandwich, and we understand somethings happen but neither of our sandwiches had egg in them at all. Overall it was not a great experience.

This is my first bad experience with this place. My order was supposed to be READY at 10:15 am and they hadn t even started on my order when I arrived at 10:11 am. It wasn t ready until 10:33 am. And I saw the cook they kind of wrapped up my 2 biscuit sandwiches and basically threw them on the counter for the cashier to get them. I had driven nearly 30 minutes to come here for this food, but the service was absolutely horrible today. They had someone else s order ready and out to them before mine (and he got there AFTER I did). It ll be awhile before I return.

We had been wanting to swing by here for a while, and we made time to stop in. The cashier was super friendly, nice and restaurant looked good. We ordered a couple cocktails and sat down. We heard this horrible fighting in the kitchen. Someone screaming at their peak, yelling profanities, I swore I was watching a movie, thinking were about to be in a shootout or similar. Nope. It was the cook on her mobile device, on speakerphone in a full knock down, drag out fight about things I cant say on here. We were genuinely concerned we wouldnt get our food, but it came out in a timely manner. For the entire 45 minutes we were here, she never sat her phone down, even to make all the guests food, which was scary and impressive at the same time. We definitely dont want to hear about the cooks personal life and problems, and issues. If we want to hear cussing and screaming, we can turn on the tv. We will NOT return.

My first time visiting: The biscuit & gravy were delicious but warm; the meal was not hot. The cushioned seats are dirty and are in need of a deep cleaning. The white walls in the lobby should be cleaned, including the sides of the trash dispenser. The floors were nice and clean. I could check the bathroom because it was out of order. I love the potential of this place. The employees were respectful and engaged with their customers in a kind way. I will give this place 1 more shot at a later date with the hopes of these minor improvements being completed. I can see myself being a regular at this place. I look forward to trying all of the items on the menu.

We got the Hot Hot Nashville chicken, Hot Honey chicken, southern tots and regular tots. We also got the Blackberry Tequila Smash. Everything was very good and came out surprisingly quick. We came in at about 11:30am/11:45am on a Saturday and it wasn t busy at all. We saw a few reviews commenting about how hot it was inside, but it seems like they ve fixed it, as the A/C was going and it was nice and cold. A pleasant surprise for sure since we were considering taking it to-go before we went inside.

last time i came here staff was rude. cooks were talking about me and pointing at me & i asked them was everything good? & talked to their manager he said it never happened & of course took up for his staff, but ruined my whole experience. on top of getting my order wrong & waiter never coming back with proper drink and tried to give it to me before i left, when it had been sitting on counter for who knows how long. then when this was brought up to the manager, he got snarky as i requested for a refund on wrong drink.

Biscuitzzzzz Galore!! So many options so little space in my stomach. I got the Hot Hot biscuit the way it comes and the wifey got the basic Biscuit Egg bacon cheese. Freakin delish omg. Geeeezzzee!!! This place is phenomenally great! From the location to employees to the cookers and the food. Everyone and everything is 5+. Im from Oklahoma, and we drove to The Biscuit Bar on the way to Galveston. It was just a random spot we chose to eat at. I promise you, one of my best decisions to make in life. Lol. Decided to try this place on a whim, and it did not disappoint! We got The Hoss, The Rough Night, and the breakfast style tots. All of it was so good! The hoss was surprisingly a good mix even with the sausage gravy and honey butter on it. Very good. The rough night was huge so definitely only get it if you have an appetite! We also got the cold brew - only get this if you like black coffee with a little flavor. Definitely strong. The Sunny Sangria was pretty good, too, once I mixed it up a bit more. Their biscuits are very good and were definitely going to come back to try some other options for lunch or dinner. The reason for the three stars was the temperature inside! It was extremely hot and it made sitting down and visiting while eating rather uncomfortable. Not sure if there were some AC issues or something, but definitely took away from the experience.

Great place. Wonderful food. I hate that the checkout process makes me decline a tip, when I order to go. I should be able to add a tip if I want, but the cashier should not be able to see that I declined a tip. Poor business decision. The owners want the customers to pay their hourly employees, the business owners should pay them enough so they dont have to beg for a tip from the customers.

I loved this place, but after my last two visits with a month were awful. My food was cold. It appeared as if the food was precooked and left to the side. The restaurant windows, seating, and floor were nasty. A few of the employees were unprofessional. They were using profanity and sitting at the bar talking about their personal life. I ordered a scrambled egg and buttermilk biscuit. The biscuit was amazing, but the scrambled egg was horrible. It had no seasoning on it. Originally, I was given a fried egg that I didnt order and when the server brought my food it looked like cook chopped my fried egg and gave it back to me. Tons of different options for different preparations of flour! The biscuits on the ones I got were super dense (french toast) and dry (hot honey) I m not sure how they d balance the moisture content without compromising the integrity of the biscuits the loaded tots are really good! The servers location and atmosphere kinda make up for the lackluster food, but that s the trend for most places in the area, this one at least has an upstairs! Wheelchair accessibility: The main level is accessible but indoor seating i wouldn t say is super friendly, I would feel closed in inside but there s more room in a space that is accessible outside! Not a paraplegic but an accessibility advocate! There was no public elevator I saw so upstairs would not be accessible, however double check, the elevator may be hidden but this is what I noticed and I be trying to notice!!!

A wide selection of biscuits from French toast to homestyle and stuffed the way you like it... whether its bacon and eggs, fried chicken, or Monte Cristo the options are sure fulfill your cravings. Went here for breakfast on a Sunday afternoon. There definitely was not enough seating for the amount of people that were in there, so people asked us to move seats so that they could put more tables together for a bigger group. People were wiping down their own tables because the tables were not being cleaned by the staff. The menu is biscuits and biscuits only. Online, they had a full coffee menu which I was excited about, but then we got there and it was all blacked out they only had drip coffee. The biscuits take about fifteen minutes to get to the table. Pretty pricey, in my opinion for a biscuit, but seems popular.

The person at the register, did not seem happy to see us come into the restaurant. Did not greet us or welcome us. She only spoke in a little words as possible, no smile, no pleasant interaction. It was not a good experience as far as customer service. The food was good. Large portions. Clean restrooms.

It was just -ok- I kinda feel like it was wayyyyy overhyped on social media tbh. I got the biscuits and gravy and some other chicken one. The biscuits and gravy 10/10! The chicken one was not it, the sauce didn t complement it well. Also, our table was dirty. Went after 2pm on a Sunday, not busy at all.

Sticky floors. The soles of our shoes stuck to the floors! The table we set at was even worse. The table was covered with sticky stuff. The biscuits we had were OK, not great but not bad. The tots we had were OK, not great but not bad. The tots problem was they were cold, not refrigerated cold, but certainly not hot, more like room temp. The actual biscuit itself was good, just not the BBar Cheese sauce. Not cheese, not sure what it was, but it was not good. How does a restaurant mess up a cheese sauce? The pulled pork was flavorless, it had good texture, like pulled pork, but no flavor. Any spice would have helped, like pepper? The specialty soft drinks were not to our liking. They werent bad, we just prefer name brand soft drinks. You know, real Coke, not no name cola. My wife and I cannot recommend the restaurant and have no reason to go back.

We could hardly pull the cashiers attention away from the conversation they were having with a coworker. Got to hear about their boil in their armpit they kept scratching at. Maybe they should have called in that day, obviously did not want to help us. Whole dining area was dirty, cold stale biscuits, overcooked rubbery chicken, cold and sad gravy with a skin from sitting too long. Undercooked tater tots were very generic. Weve heard a lot of hype, and apparently thats all it is... We will not be back.

Messing up a biscuit with additions is a hard feat (and totally possible if you create and put provide in a manner that of hard to adjust to). The overkill I m speaking of- the price (It s a creative biscuit folks ) The overpriced biscuits, coupled with the non-existent service (taxing my tipping-issue gene when a register demands it - yet table service is non existent). On table and tipping services Tipping is to help out the staff who are hospitable and accommodate guests. Tips are and should be split with those behind the scenes. Tipping- in my humble opinion- should remain a staple of the dining experience, so long as service is provided. These novelty restaurants are modeled in maximizing profit, and masking the lack of service with cool and appealing offerings you might dream up on creative moments when realizing how staple a delicious biscuit is.

I must Say we had high hopes when we decided to venture out to this restaurant. Sad to say it wasn t a good experience. We ordered biscuits and sausage with Gravy and it was over priced and cold. We also ordered a Beef Taco Salad that didn t have enough beef in it and we were told we couldn t ask for a different sauce that was giving with the Taco Salad. We asked the waitress if we could get Picante Sauce, she got it for us but she also got in trouble and was told NOT to do that again for the CUSTOMER. We want be recommending this place to anyone. Amazing! First off, great customer service. Secondly, EVERYTHING was delicious. My husband had el jefe. I highly recommend trying it. I had the grilled chicken, and while it was delicious, I will definitely get el jefe for myself next time. Everything was very flavourful, and the biscuits had the perfect texture. We shared some taco style tater tots, and next time, Ill get a whole order for my self they were delicious! I ordered some cranberry juice, and it was more of a sparkling juice, but even that was very nice. Overall, Ill definitely be back until Ive tried everything.

Hmmm this was definitely a first for me and my sis. Yet as for me itll be a last...I guess my expectations where a little higher in looking at the reviews online. And it wasnt even the fact that everything (food) was served in mini paper bowls. I think what got me was the customer service while setting at the bar. Instead of the waiter informing when ready to order we could do so at our seat... yet the younglady continued to pat on her head. Meanwhile the food wasnt hearty enough in my opinion for the $$...it was more like a snack. No worries at the end of the day it was all about fellowship
