We have been coming to Dazzle since it first opened when I was in 7th grade! (I ll let you do the math). Corey and his team are always a delight, provide comedic relief (looking at you Shelby!), and quality coffee. Even my non-coffee Mom loves the smoothies and hot tea. Though I have moved away from Pflugerville, every time I m in town I stop at Dazzle every day that I m here! My 2 year old loves the lemonade, too. Sometimes I even get the Frezian base in a half gallon to take home to make my own. Can t rave enough about this place. I ve gotten to enjoy Dazzle for over half my life!

Not gone lie if I had one of these near my house, I d be in trouble! Every time I come to Austin (from the DFW) I ve GOTTA stop at Dazzle! That s a non negotiable!! My coffee is CONSISTENTLY ALWAYS PERFECTLY DELICIOUS EVERY TIME-which, at the other (national chain) place, it s always hit or miss. Not sure what is going on, I come here over Starbucks almost every time the 3 years of coming here, but within the last year I noticed the new staff is extremely rude, rushing and doesn t listen to what you order. Multiple times I either get the wrong coffee or the food I ordered. I ve let it slide the past 4 times, I call to say something today and whoever took the call was in a hurry to get me off the phone didn t take my name down for the order to be replaced and hung up on me mid sentence. So I had to call back. Maybe slow down listen to your costumers orders and make sure they are getting the correct stuff. Wasting everyone s time to have to either come back or maybe get it replaced the next time you come if they took down your name down correctly.

The Fresian issue appears to be fixed. I do find that it is helpful to add an extra shot to provide a stronger coffee flavor to my plain Fresian. Dazzle coffee is outstanding.

The Zebra Frezian used to be my go to, but they have been made very inconsistent lately. Very foamy, and tastes more nutty, just not what I grew to love for 3 years. Service also inconsistent, some staff are friendly and helpful, others put on full display that they dont want to be there. Disappointing the last couple of times. Hope it changes, cant spend money just anywhere these days for mediocre service of coffee.

I ve been a regular here for 5 years. The staff they had for the first 3 of those 5 were amazing. But I actually have to thank dazzle. I suffer from horrible anxiety and usually experience no issues ordering through their drive thru. But today I waited all day and was just barely able to make it today before they closed. And even though I m a regular and the girl at the window knew me and already knew my order would not take the order. I winded up crying in my car because I had forced myself out of bed for this coffee and the girl who was usually so nice was obviously more concerned about her company Christmas party than serving the last few customers of the day to the point where the girl two cars in front of me got served but me and the car in front of me didn t even though we were already waiting in line. I understand if you re closing but if you already have customers waiting you don t turn them away. That s how you lose your local customers for a business. I know I spend at least $70 a month on dazzle probably more going every morning but now I will be switching to the human bean or brewing my own at home. Anything to avoid the selfish encounters that seem to plague the employees of dazzle except for maybe one anime pinned barista boy who s always amazing when I go. He deserves a raise. Everyone else is the reason I will be giving one star to MY USED TO BE FAVORITE COFFEE SPOT.

Coffee drinks are very good but, what the heck is the deal with not accepting cash? When I asked why, they said because of the pandemic. This is just a bunch of silliness! The pandemic is basically over and this is the only place I have ever been too that doesnt accept cash.... however... they had a cash tip jar. How is that any better? ... lol... so, I asked the girl who served me if she could break a ten so, I could tip and she did it. They had plenty of cash in the drawer... I fail to see the value of not accepting cash for payment but, accepting cash for tips. Its totally silly... I loved this place and used to go there almost every day. Admittedly, I m here after months today and I was sadly disappointed. The coffee tasted of only milk; I brought this to their attention but got no help so I asked them to add another shot (I paid for it). This place is a neat find in Pflugerville. It s a tiny building (drive-thru only) and seems to work well. The wait time hasn t been long in my experience. My vanilla latte is always delicious and the gingerbread latte was also tasty. The drinks are cheaper than at Starbucks if I recall correctly. The employees seem to enjoy their job and are friendly. I would say that if the drive thru at the ordering window gets backed up there might be cars in the street. Don t think there s much that can be done about that but I ve also never seen more than one car waiting to turn in from the street. Overall: Good coffee and good place. I ll need to get a T-shirt if they sell them.

The scone was cold, and when asked to have it warmed, they responded that they cannot do that due to covid-19; the less than desired smoothie is made from powder instead of fruit; and they do not accept cash for payment, but had a sign on their window that cash is welcomed for their baristas. If cash is unwanted due to covid-19, then why allow the staff to bring it into the facility? Too much contradictions due to covid-19!

They are always so friendly and the coffee is good. Good selection of pastries (muffins, breads, etc). Currently they only accept credit cards
