I won a child support law suit that this law firm did not take . I ended up paying 250 dollars for this layer just to hear my case . This law firm will just take your money for consultation and tell you there is nothing they can do for you . Do not seek this law firm. If this . Law firm says it does not handle child support cases then why did they have me come in just to hear me and take a consultation fee . I have receipts from this . You have a lawyer in your firm that does this . I have photos of her office as well .

This is an update to my review of two years ago. My granddaughter and I were in a horrible car accident. These people are just the best. They got us the maximum amount they could get . It was such a pleasure to work with them. Everyone in the office is very professional and they take the time to make sure you know what is happening and they are available to answer questions when you have them. The other attorney I dealt with before them would never return calls and no one was ever available for questions. This firm is so different that there is really no comparison. I cannot say enough good things about them. Kati was always there to help me. This firm came highly recommended by someone I know well who is a trusted professional and knows Rocky personally. From the time I entered the office and throughout the entire process I felt very well taken care of. Each of the staff: the legal secretary, the paralegal team, and the attorneys themselves, all provide a great service and are eager to help you each step of the way. I was unfortunately injured in not only one, but TWO motor vehicle accidents since moving back to Texas just 5 short years ago. I was hit from behind by a cell phone driver who was too busy looking at her phone than to notice that the traffic had come to a complete crawl on G Bush Turnpike. I suffered a severe neck injury. I was hit by a drunk driver from behind on a sidewalk and I was in bad shape. I didnt know what to do but after calling Mr Rocky Waltons office, I was so relieved. I had case construction manager in a truck with worker ran the red light. I had my 3 kids with me. Well I was told we can get more if we go to trial. I made this video as told. We get to the court listen to both side. At break in hall, now i told i not going to have enough to paid the doctors involved, so settle the case up front. I told him he knew this at first, he the one getting all money and me and my kids suffer in that accident. Before that also he and the other lawyer for trucker drive knew him fron another case they had. He already had record. Then after the trail I in store at the check out behind Rocky. After I was struck from behind on the highway, the at fault drivers insurance stated their algorithm determined there was no way I could be injured to the extent I was, due to the minor damage to my vehicle. If youre looking for an attorney to get things done right Rocky is the one you want. I was rear-ended buy another car and hurt my lower back and end up needing back surgery. After being dropped from another attorney and being rejected by another both claiming that my case would be a hard one do to due to a low impact accident. They just didnt want to do the work. I simply can not thank Rocky and his phenomenal team enough for the courteous, thoughtful and thorough way they handled my claim. Although I was rear-ended while waiting at a light by a woman who was both texting and speeding in a school zone with children getting out, and subsequently needed two surgeries as a result, there was hesitance on the part of the insurers to pay, because of a plethora of pre-existing conditions. I felt as though my injuries did not matter, that one only deserved compensation if there were no other pre-existing conditions. Rocky and his team, however, never gave up and persevered until I was given a fair and appropriate settlement. The entire team, individually and collectively did an outstanding job walking me through the claim procedure, listening to me, the defendant, and the witness, researching and gathering appropriate data, keeping me informed by email and in negotiating the settlement. I was rear-ended and broke my arm. I had to have two surgeries and take six weeks off of work. Rocky and his team were able to get me the policy limits on the other drivers insurance as well as my under-insured motorist insurance. I have worked for the Law Firm of Roger Rocky: Walton for over 11 years. I believe that speaks volumns in this day and age when people do not stay with one company any more. I hear too often from our clients that may have started their case with another attorney that the turn-over rates at other firms were so bad, they never knew who was handling their claim.
