I am so upset and disappointed with the service Ive received. I was told to move so they could give me fresh food that was supposed to be correctly proportioned, only for them to bring me the same food. Ive attempted to call several times as I had already left the restaurant, but to no avail, no one answered. You would have thought Abbey (the manager that brought me out my food) would have ensured the order was correct and fresh, but she did not. Customer service isnt what it used to be.

Staff are great and super nice! However this is the third time i ve ordered from this location and had orders missing upcharged items (cheese etc) and sadly i have gotten very small filets that appear to be 1/2 of a filet in the sandwiches . It s just not worth the $7 for an entree.

The staff here is very friendly. I usually come here on a busy Saturday with a large order for my work crew. They never complain about taking my order, and they are always helpful and polite. They always make sure my order is right and made fresh every time.

The front staff is really friendly, but the past 6 months Ive gone to get either breakfast or dinner here, the yogurt partfaits have half as much yogurt as what should be in there. The container was filled with more air than yogurt today. For $5 it should be filled properly.

Food was visablly over-cooked/dark brown. No seasoning on chicken. Very bland and dry. Pickles and extra pickles were almost non-existent, small. Worst meal ever at Chick-Fil-A. I have been a fan since I first tried it in the early 80s. Lemonade was warm and too sweet. So disappointed, because it was my first meal in a week due to surgery.

I always have a great experience at this location but I typically go through the drive thru, today I decided to eat in and I m glad I did. Carlie, was amazing we got our food and she had noticed we didn t have our drinks and proceeded to to make sure we got everything. While this may seem like a small task & just part of her job description not a lot of people have customer service these days. Keep up the wonderful customer service hun! You deserved the review

Always good as usual. They are consistent throughout their chain, they always have high standards and delicious food! Kids will always eat their chicken nuggets. I absolutely love Chick-Fil-A BUT as I sit here in the drive-thru, this is the worst chick-fil- A on timeliness and accessibility. Ive never waited 30 minutes in line at Chick-Fil-A or any other fast food restaurant because theres normally a way out instead of getting trapped in line. There were also no team members outside taking orders. The line is very long. Im definitely going to be late for work today. This restaurant is normally my go- to when Im running a tight schedule.... not today :(

Pretty clean place. However, there is no place for online pickup orders. You gotta go through the drive thru for online/app pickups. Also, I ordered through the sandwiches for a family reuning, and they didnt add one of my sandwiches. My family member ended up eating something else. We called and they gave an apo reward for the missing sandwich. Very dissapointed about this. The food was also already cold when got home. I would recommend to go to Rowletts chickfila instead Rockwalls.

The Rockwall Chick-fil-A is crazy its so busy. Ive never seen one set up like this one. They have double lines with an awning to shade them and someone to take the orders between them. Its amazing how fast it goes. They do have a great chicken sandwich. Its a whole fried chicken breast with pickles and what ever sauce you want with it. They used to be the only place to get one like that, but now you can get them at Popeyes and Kentucky Fried Chicken. They are good too. So now we have a choice. Good eating ahead

This location struggles- from open to close it is non stop lines both inside & out. The staff is friendly but an efficient system that serves both their team and customers continues to elude the crew. My quick cool off mobile order of diet lemonade and a frozen diet lemonade (highly recommended if you love all things frozen like I do) - took over 11 mins to pick up after I hit the I Am here button on my app. The crew literally lost my order. Delicious- always. Friendly crew- yes. Efficient system- no. If you have time to hang or not in need of fast food at this fast food location then swing on by. But if time is most important - you may need to pick a different quick bite spot.

The spice chicken sandwich was on fire! A flavorful explosion on the Toung. Im certain that its one hot experience. As always, the waffle fries were so good, so very,very good. Great might even be a better term to describe one of the greatest joys on earth. The waffle fry. Whoever thought to promote and provide this incredible experience, I owe them a taste debt that is infinite . Im always impressed by chic-fil-as service, staff, and overall presentation. This is exactly how all fast food restaurants should aspire to be. The world is a better place because of chik-fil-a. I truly believe you should go get a big o mouthfull of their meat. It will fill your belly & desire until you are completely satisfied and full of tasty treats. Chicken sandwiches the way that you love. Vegetarian options: You can have all the not meat you want Dietary restrictions: You dont have to eat anything your restricted from. ( just dont order those) Parking: Lots of lines to park between or over, as you chose.... Kid-friendliness: What kid isnt friendly with chicken? The dining area was pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon but we were able to find a table for 2 and a highchair. I dont visit CFA often so am not familiar with best/ worse practices but below is an issue that we experienced: We placed the order with a friendly/ patient associate and proceeded to the dining area. My son mistakenly placed the table marker on a table, walked away, and it went missing before I could get to the table. The associate that took our order came out and I told her what happened. She advised that she would bring us our food. Minutes later, there was a tray of food sitting on an empty table. I approached it to verify it was ours and it was. Just seemed a little odd that an associate would place food at an empty table and I dont believe this is normal. Food was great and the restaurant, restroom, play area were clean.
