Pu-Pu Appetizer Tray - The ribs were extremely dry, hard and not edible and the Crispies for the egg drop soup were old and hard. They were rancid and tasted like old oil with a horrible taste. Needless to say, its like left overs were used to create the Appetizer Tray. No customer should pay for old food especially when its a gift to someone else. The Egg Drop soup was good. *Sharing my experience so no other customer has to throw away a dinner plate due to old food being used to create a plate. Quality Customer Satisfaction is EVERYTHING for any business. Thank you.

Stay away. Went and picked up my 20 dollar order and paid via Apple Pay. 20min they called me back saying they accidentally refunded me and need to charge me again, then charged $70 extra for my food and told me they had to charge that much because they refunded me extra. Blamed it on their machine. Stay away unless you want to get triple charged for your food

If you want a great place to go eat at on a Monday night, China Dragon is it. Im so surprised that there arent more people there. Plenty of pick-up orders, but not very many dine-ins. So, you wont have trouble finding a seat. The food comes out hot and fresh. Id recommend you try this place if you havent already. Vegetarian options: You do have options if you wish to make your meal vegetarian.

Food didn t have much taste. Had lemon chicken & the lemon sauce was not very lemony plus the batter was strange. Not like any I ve had before. Tasteless & lifeless. Also had Orange chicken. Husband said was spicy but did not have the flavors of any Orange chicken he ever had. Did not have the sweet spice that Orange chicken usually has. Egg rolls were just stuffed with a bunch of cabbage & no flavor. Hot & Sour soup had a good spice but other than that not much flavor. Don t understand all the great reviews.

I always get my food from Oriental Kitchen but they were closed today in observance of Labor Day and my son was craving Chinese food, WE REGRET ORDERING FROM HERE. Food its horrible. I served the food and everyone in the house threw it away because it was very tasteless, not well cooked, and way too dry. Its just horrible, then whatever taste you could feel on it its just horrible. Please dont order from here. This is my first and last time ordering from this place. How are they even open? HORRIBLE.

I walked in, immediately was met with a lady saying ordering to go? The place was very dark and empty. Definitely didnt feel welcome at all. Felt obligated to still order since I walked there from the truck stop (about 20 min) Ordered the fried dumplings. They were ready in about 6 minutes and Ill say honestly they were pretty good. Exactly what I hoped for. Although I expected to have a full meal, settling for that may have just been the safe bet. All in all, might be a good Carry out place, but I cant personally recommend it.

I really wanted this place to be good, I work a block away. The food was so bad I could not even finish it, and the waiter acted like I bothered them when I asked for something. Welcomed us in and was attentive to our arrangements and we were offered to take any seat; we were given very ample time to consider the nice menu. The kind woman listened to our order, and brought us our drinks; sweet tea wasnt too sweet and got my brother got his sweet/unsweet. Chicken Mei Fun with no vegetables Sesame Tofu Teriyaki chicken sticks Mongolian chicken And this came with 2 servings of rice for the tofu meal and Mongolian chicken meal. The food was delicious and tasty; I cant wait to bring the whole family! The tofu was kinda well done but I enjoy crispy tofu too!

Order included: C21 Salt & Pepper chicken - tasted like it not only sat for days but was left in the frier for hours. Inedible, disgusting. Ate about 6 bites and tossed the rest. N13 Pan Fried Noodle - literally 6pieces of meat, no larger than 2x2 that had been pounded and/or shredded to oblivion, 1 small shriveled shrimp, with 2 small half pieces of broccoli head, 2 water chestnut, 4 small pieces canned baby corn, 1 sliver of mushroom, and perhaps an ounce of Udon-like noodle that were supposed to be fried and then cooked in sauce that ended up being half raw and the other half tasting like it sat in the sauce for a month, the sauce being bland except tasting of tons of salt. Ate about a saucer plate size portion and threw out the rest, refused to give it to the dogs, Im nauseated hoping not to get sick as I write this, god knows what the meat was. A9 Crab Rangoon - NOTHING remotely of crab or crab flavor here, you get an unpleasant smack in the mouth of sour onion when you bite into this. It should be called French Onion rangoon. A2 Egg Roll - completely cabbage, no meat and no option I saw to request meat, bland beyond bland, soaked in grease, couldnt finish half of one. A8 Fantail Shrimp - The only thing I actually finished because I was hungry as nothing else was palatable but even this was shrimp that was almost battered like a corn-dog or beer-battered fish, Ive never seen fried shrimp served like this and wouldnt order it again, but I did eat all of it. I may just be a white dude but having come from Ann Arbor Michigan and going to Windsor and Toronto Canada for authentic Chinese food and having dated a transplant from Hong Kong for 3 years, I understand this is American Chinese food but this even gives that a bad name. I usually dont go out of my way to post negative reviews however Ive never been to Panda Express but I imagine thatd be better.

8/17/22, 12:15. Sat right up front, so they couldnt forget about me. I asked for a water and a menu. They brought the menu, but no water. Totally skipped the right amount of seasonings. Salt and pepper shrimp had doughy crust on it and sprinkled with pepper (should have been sauteed shrimp). Egg drop soup had a bacon aftertaste and the wonton soup was more like boullon with two folded noodles with micro meat in them. I had to mix both soups together (didnt help much). Im sad I couldnt eat any of it. Wasted my money for sure.

Oh, man. This was rough. I dont have real high expectations of chinese food joints, especially when they deliver. But every single thing we got was stale, flavorless, and WRECKED our stomachs. General Tsos chicken was rock hard, overdone, very little sauce in the container. The shrimp lo mein had decent shrimp, but overall lacked favor. I LOVE crab puffs, I dont even care how basic they are, but these tasted old and hurt to even chew. Egg rolls were okay, but just like every other dish we ordered, two bites in and our stomachs were cramping. Major hangover feeling the next morning, just from the few bites of these meals I could handle the night before. Bummer!

Ive gone to this restaurant since childhood but after today I will never be going back. I ordered take-out and as I was eating my food I noticed a little live spider crawling inside my to-go box of food. I took it back to them and showed them and asked for a refund and they refused to refund it. Said that spider must have come from my car. Really?? Little spiders like that get inside houses or other buildings (like their restaurant) not inside cars and I know it wouldnt have ended up inside my car. I keep it super clean. Anyways, I no longer trust that they are being clean and they refused accountability over this disgusting episode with the food they gave me in that to-go box and were very rude. Dont recommend them.

Excellent food in Pflugerville, I eat here once a week. The Moo Shu is not to be missed nor is the fried rice. Hot and sour soup is a gem.

The food in this place is absolutely delicious and the portions are gargantuan! Theyre always really nice and the quality is consistent its in a really run-down strip mall in Pflugerville so this is definitely not a place to be seeing or to see people its more of a place to pick up some good food and take it home to share with your family!

They give you more rice than actual meat! I was very disappointed with the food! I ordered Combo fried rice, and I mostly got rice and little bitty pieces of meat! Never ordering here again! First and last time

In regards to the taste of the food, it s pretty good. Certainly out beats any other joint in the area. Minus one star for the demand of this place they have tons of loyal customers, so sometimes it can be a bit of a wait.

Terrible customer service! Do not order delivery from this place unless you want your dinner 2 hours later. The time you are told your food will be delivered is inaccurate, and as stated by them they don t have time to call customers to let them know their order will be an HOUR late . They could care less about making the customer happy, or about providing quality customer service. Will not order from this restaurant again when there are plenty of other options in the area!

Soggy food, bland flavor, not warm. Pflugerville has a horrible set of standards. Ive seen many 4+ star reviews in Pflugerville and the food is at best 2 star. Cedar Parks food is way higher quality.

I ordered a dinner portion of beef broccoli and received a very small 10 ounce container for $11 that had 3 pieces of beef and about 8 pieces of broccoli. Any other Chinese restaurants I ve been in the past feed at least 4 people this was a 1 person portion. I also ordered a large wonton soup which was nice size as far as the container but only had 4 wontons inside. Lastly I ordered pork chow mein and received chicken. I won t be returning to this restaurant. I m a single mother with not a lot of income I ordered 3 dinner portions and soup but to pay $65 for the amount of food received was a rip off. When I called the restaurant they said the beef broccoli was an error and they could give me a credit towards next time but I won t be going there again they could have at least refunded the beef broccoli but continued to argue with me I even sent them pictures of the container and that wasn t enough to give good customer service. Good luck to those of you that order in the future.

Ill never come back here!!!!!The food is old and hard. I ordered general tso and salt and pepper chicken both not edible I couldnt even chew it. Paid 1 dollar extra for fried rice with no taste it was all cold waste of $30 bucks!!!!

Just bought from them . Their rice steamed and fried are dry. The food i ordered has been there all day the steamed rice is dry! I ordered orange chicken. The chicken was hard, old , i couldnt chew i spit it put i couldnt even swallow it . I cut half of my orange chicken up to see that 5 out of 10 pieces were almost black like a dark drown color and the rest was white chicken that was not fresh or hot . A waste of money. If I can give u 0 out of 5 stars I would. I also ordered 5 chicken teriyaki sticks and they gave me a big tray with two sticks that looks like as skinny as jerky . I dont recommend and i will not be returning.
