I will put it in simple words, Ned is the best lawyer you can get, Also Carli his assistant is really good, they walk you through your process honestly and doing their best for the most positive outcome in your case.

Ned Barnett represented me in a criminal case, and was instrumental in getting the charges dismissed. I found him to be very professional, and I was always treated with respect anytime I met with him. My court dates had to be reset several times, and each time Ned was there to handle the procedure. I also had contact with Carli Spence, and found her very pleasant and professional. My calls were always returned and my questions answered. In the event that legal services are required I would recommend Ned Barnett.

I never thought I would need a criminal justice attorney, but then one ordinary day - I did. From day one, I found Ned Barnett and his legal assistant, Carli Spence, to be helpful, professional and supportive. They maintained the same high-level of professionalism throughout my legal ordeal. Every call was taken, and if it was necessary to leave a message, my call was returned promptly by someone from the Firms courteous and knowledgeable staff. Ned met with me before and after each court appearance (and there were numerous). The Law Offices of Ned Barnett have the resources and experience to navigate you through the very difficult (and terrifying) Criminal Court system. Ned represented me in a case that was baseless and completely unfair but had i lost it (or plead it down) it would have had serious implications for my personal and professional life. He was a steady hand and worked with me to get the charges dismissed. The court does not ever want to dismiss charges---even against a person who is not guilty. I owe Ned a huge thank you for never giving up and never letting me give up on myself. The greatest defense against a lie is the truth.

I have known Ned Barnett for almost 20 years while an attorney at Williams Kherkher, formerly Williams Bailey. Ned is one of the most conscientious easy going people I know. I routinely refer family , friends, collegues and anyone else who needs a top notch criminal defense attorney. Ned has been there for some of my own family over the years when times seemed grim. However, with his easy going manner, and knowledge of the law and the criminal system resolved the issues at hand with a deft touch and some well intentioned and needed tough love as well. I consider Ned to be one of the top criminal defense attorneys in the state of Texas. He has a reputation in the legal community that is 2nd to none. Moreover, I consider Ned a dear friend who has always been there for me and my family and friends when we need a shoulder to lean on and an all important ear to listen as to whatever might be troubling us. I have known Ned Barnett for many years. He is a highly qualified criminal defense attorney and I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. He is a dedicated and passionate defender and is constantly striving to be the best lawyer.
