Great place with an amazing beer selection! The beer is always fresh and tastes great. The staff is knowledgeable and will happily tell you the details about each beer and describe them; they really know their stuff! Also, check out the food truck they have a fantastic burger!

Great beer and cider selection. There isn t an elevator so if climbing stairs is difficult you may want to reconsider. They do not have high chairs and bringing a stroller up the stairs isn t easy for a pregnant lady. They don t provide food but have a menu for a food truck. Had to use the stairs to grab the food and the outdoor stairs have some wobbly steps be careful! No AC or air circulation at all. The counter states 20% minimum tip. I ve never seen this before and I was in the restaurant industry for 12 years.

I can t say enough good things about this place. Beer is great. The atmosphere is relaxed. I ve been here with kids and adults and both groups had a wonderful time. They were especially responsive to communication via email to plan events and reserve space for my group. These bartenders work hard, are busy and are very kind. I can t wait to go back!

I have been excited about this place opening. We finally were able to go by during the Slice of Pflugerville festival. This place is quite amazing, The inside was done quite well and the atmosphere is welcoming. My choice of beer to try was the Autobahn and I have to say it was very good. The reason I wont go back is because the bartender was serving 16 oz. cups that were 30% foam. When I mentioned it to him, he just shrugged. So I did enjoy the 10 to 11 oz. of the 16 oz I purchased. Your product is beer and your customers just want the amount they are paying for.

Prost has an incredible selection of beers! The atmosphere is laid back and friendly. My friend and I really love the Fortaleza sour. Perfect for a hot spring or summer day. Bryan was super attentive and made sure we were happy with our selections. The food truck out back has some incredible tacos as well. We will definitely be returning!

This a welcome addition to down town Pflugerville. The customer service is great for a Pflugerville establishment. The beer is flavorful and the food truck has delicious food that is shareable. I m giving it five stars for great theming, great beers, good food, great customer service, and good vibes. Hopefully they will expand and take over the space next door. And I m taking about Victory Tap. Victory Tap is an odd experience. I m glad that Prost is around to save the down town area.

Dropped in mid-week while running errands. The space is modern, clean, and enjoyable. We loved the service from our bartender Bryan. He was extremely helpful with beer selections, funny, and personable. The music is nice, the patrons are awesome, and the beer is DELICIOUS! You should def check this place out!

I love to travel across the country hiking and seeing the sights plus fishing when I can. I try and hit a few breweries along the way. Probably closing in on a hundred now. So while visiting our daughter in Austin we decided to stop on in. I had the blitzbahn pilsner while my daughter had a niro dark. Couldnt remember the name. The keg was going so she got about 12 oz. They didnt have any more so switched her to a regular one. They were very nice and customer service oriented. It was the beers that were the issue. The beers in the bottom 5 on my list. The pilsner was bitter. The nitro not very good at all. The regular without nitro better but not enjoyable. We ordered taco signature chicken and Korean BBQ tacos. The red cabbage in the latter was so bitter I couldnt eat another one. The chicken thigh meat had gristle and my daughter didnt feel well the next day. The first high top table was slanted so we had to move to another one. The overall decor and tables chairs layout etc reminded me of a man cave where your buddies could hang out and drink beer vs an establishment meant to encourage and give customers a great experience in quality beers and food plus atmosphere. Sorry!

A fun and nice little spot! Their selection rotates but there s something for everyone s tastes. The onsite food truck offers tacos, burgers, hotdogs, and your typical pub food which was surprisingly good and well priced. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Kid and pet friendly so you re good to come hang out and enjoy a brew with the whole family.

We waited and watched for months for Prost to open. The wait was worth it. The first time we came here both my wife and I were more relaxed and felt more at home than any other place we have been in the Austin area. We love the exposed brick walls and industrial styling of the interior. It turned out the place is an old car dealership from the early 20th century. The pub is located up stairs and there is a small seating area downstairs in front of the brewery. I have tried several of their beers and have enjoyed them all. The Bob Ross channel running continuously on one of the TVs is great. Various sports are on the other TVs. Back to the beer. It is good, true to style with about 14 of their own beers on tap along with hard seltzer, ciders and wine plus hopfenwasser. The hop wster is great if you are looking to go alcohol free and hang out with friends or are doing the designated driver thing. Give Prost a try - you won t be disappointed.

So great this place opened in downtown Pflugerville. I am frequenting it several times a week as a proud member of the stein club! The beer is excellent and the staff are friendly and great! Another plus is that unlike the other reviewer, I am happy to have a place where toddlers and children are not running around like it is a playground. It s a chill adult place to hang out and meet friendly people while tasting great beers.

Pflugervilles long-awaited brewery has been open for a little bit. The place is amazing! Dont get thrown off. It is actually upstairs, but the steps are well worth it. Everything on tap is fantasticly crafted. Also, somehow, they manage to wedge a food trailer out back for great food on site. Staff is fantastic, and you will see the head brewer roaming around as well as the owner. They are great people and have put their heart and soul into this. You will not be disappointed if you choose to go, but dont be sad if you cant find a seat. That is a good thing, and if you wait for just a moment, a table will open, or just strike up a conversation with someone new. Pflugerville is very lucky to have a place like this

The space is beautiful! Quite a few beers to try. Wish they had half pours because all beers are 16oz and I would like to try more. Also, would like purse hooks in the bathrooms. Prost Alehouse has great atmosphere for catching up with friends and family. Great selection of Texas original craft beers makes you want to try them all. My husband and I are avid beer people so we were so excited to check out Prost! We loved the vibe of the space plus the staff were really great, but there were a few things we were disappointed about. We wish the space was more kid-friendly (as many breweries in Texas are). The taproom is located upstairs which meant we couldn t bring our stroller up, but there was some space to leave it downstairs. If it had been busier, I would have been a bit more concerned about this. There also weren t high chairs for our toddler, or many non-beer drink options. The food trucks are only open for certain hours during the week, and I would recommend only going during those hours if you have a hungry or bored toddler with you. The beer itself was the thing that let us down the most. Prost has a lot of different styles that you don t see so much in the area, so we were excited about the diversity, but we weren t big fans of their take on those styles. That s just personal to our palates, so we know the beer is definitely enjoyable for others. We would definitely come back to try it again soon, and it s still a place I would recommend anyone to visit!

Tonight s service with their soft opening for PCDC - Pflugerville Community Development Corporation was a success. It was an awesome experience to learn about the owners and their brewery. We definitely received the VIP tour of the actual brewery. I was fortunate enough to come as a plus one with my wife who works for the PCDC. The ambiance of this place is awesome and beautiful. There is plenty of seating inside and soon to be outside as well. It is a historic building so this place has a lot of history. The owners went into detail about how old the building is and what it is used to be back in the 1800s. During the tour of their brewery they went explain how their beer was made and the amount of time it takes to make the perfect brew. I was honestly intrigued about the process. I never knew the process was that complicated. When you walk into the building you will see their brewery to the left and their pub is up the stairs to the right. They will have their own brew on taps and will have a lot more of other brews to offer besides their own. But I was really impressed with their own brew they gave us. Their Cherry Sour was a bit tarty at first (not for me though), but after a few sips you enjoy the flavor. It was very smooth in my opinion. Their hefeweizen brew is not your average hefeweizen, but it was really good and tasty. Their German-style Pilsner was very smooth and delicious. They have a huge deck and patio in the rear of the building. The double steel rear doors are a bit heavy to open. I can see a lot of folks who might not like that. But you get used to them as you walk in and out of the deck/patio area. They also have an elevator available for folks who cannot walk a lot of stairs. The layout of the facility was pretty well thought out for what they could do for a historic building. They definitely kept a lot of the original look with a very beautiful modern touch. There are plenty of TVs all around the building so I can see potential of this place showing all the games throughout the sports season. The staff and the owners are awesome, very friendly, and communicate well with their customers. One of the bar tenders explained that s one thing he loved about the place. It was going to allow him to communicate with customers more compared to other places he has worked as a bar tender. The owners did say they are going to offer a food truck service as well in the future. I just very happy to see Pflugerville growing with a locally owned brewery. It s something the downtown has been needing for quite sometime to spruce things up a bit.

Not open. Place is filled with construction materials and a work permit on the window that was awarded 2+ years ago. We drove over to check this place out. Would have been nice to know they were not open
