The food was sooooo salty. I bought oxtails turkey wings, and smothered pork chops and My blood pressure went sky high from one bit of the turkey wing and so did my family member this is too much salt. We spent almost 100.00 for high blood pressure. And the manager said she could replace the meat but with what? I miss Ms. Mikki since she passed the food has not been the same. Pearland location sad. Dietary restrictions: The amount of salt will kill you.

Waited in drive thru for an hour and my food wasn t ready. Waited for another 20 minutes after paying $70 for some cold food I ll say I ll never go to this location again. Food was not fresh oxtails were barely warm $27 for no rice is insane and the small portions of sides was crazy. Cornbread was not fresh. My son ordered Mac and cheese and it was cold tasted like it was packaged. The dessert cake I bought was not fresh. I ve been going to the Southwest location for years and never had any issues.

The food is good I think it s weird that it doesn t come with rice. Not to be funny you go to other restaurants and you re not paying extra for mashed potatoes with your meatloaf because it comes with it. But you re paying 25+ dollars for smothered turkey wings and you have to make the rice at home or pay extra. Literally my only complaint

I visited Mikki s Soulfood in Pearland, Texas, with high hopes for a great meal, but my experience was very disappointing. After driving 40 minutes to get there, I was charged $39.99 for a baked chicken and three sides, only to find out that the chitterlings I specifically wanted were not available as a side, which the staff failed to communicate upfront. When I requested to speak with the owner to express my concerns, the manager, Brittany, misled me by claiming he had already left, despite the fact that I had just seen her speaking with him about the situation. To add insult to injury, she handed me the owners business card, but the phone number provided only led to the restaurants voicemail, leaving me unable to address my issues directly. Overall, I felt disrespected and let down by the lack of transparency and integrity in customer service. I sincerely hope the staff receives proper coaching to ensure that future customers do not have to endure a similar frustrating experience.

My boyfriend and I drove over and hour to this place so we could have a nice home cooked meal , and they did not disappoint one bit! I had the Alfredo Tilapia with rice and greens and it was amazing! My boyfriend had the Beef Tips with mac and cheese and green beans which were so tasty as well. I would typically say 5$ for kool-aid is a bit much but it tasted just like my mommas when I was little, so I can t even complain. We will most definitely be coming back.

Good evening I purchased a Turkey Wing Dinner with Mac and cheese, collard greens and jalapeño cornbread. I ordered my meal through Uber Eats. I was very excited to get a home cooked meal being that I had been sick for almost a month. To my surprise I was completely disappointed and honestly disgusted by what was delivered. The turkey wings were under cooked, tough, and cold. It literally looked as though it was boiled and just smothered in gravy. The Mac and cheese was cold. And the cornbread was a sliver and tasted like the Saran Wrap. I m a Houston native and Mikkis typically reminds me of a home cooked soul food meal. It was one of my Dad s favorite restaurants before passing. I m beyond disappointed in what was served to me. Then when I reached out to management at the Pearland location I spoke with Brittany she told me it was nothing she could do because it was ordered through a 3rd party! This is unacceptable. Uber did not prepare this meal. I didn t order from Uber Soul Food Restaurant. I had an issue with the quality of the food prepared by Mikki s. The driver didn t cook it he only delivered what Mikkis cooked and served to me as a paying customer. I reached out to Uber but they didn t give a refund. I have attached photos and video of the dinner. I would like a full refund.

Soul food as it should be. Chicken was tender and fall off the bone, sides were delicious, and service was a 10. My only slight complaint is that the sweet tea was a bit too sweet for me, but I think thats more of my preference rather than a fault of the establishment. Im not even finished with my meal yet and I cant wait to come back Kid-friendliness: I saw kids meals and also senior options, which I think is so wonderful

Brishae & Nyara were the absolute best! Go see them! We had the meatloaf, yams, green beans, broccoli and then ordered oxtails to go .just greedy but it s that good. #pearland
