Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. 3 out of 4 times that I buy through drive through, I have received my order incomplete!!! It s very disappointing, once you find out sometimes is too late or too far to return, and the times I have returned and tell them about their mistake they don t treat you in nice way, even though I have gone in a very respectful way, so, really sad of this location.

One worst whataburgers in Pearland The other locations are way better. Every time I come to this location the Kitchen is always filthy. Fries and trash all over the floors and bags of cups on the floor next to the coke machine. And food is usually cold along with the sour Manager that works overnight. Very sloppy guy who never greets you. 3 x Ive been here for my favorite pancakes and they always forget the syrup. Actually the 3rd time I asked 2x did you put syrup in the bag and the employee assured me it was in the bag. Never again will I step foot in this nasty location.

Always rushed to order but service is always super slow, order is typically wrong, and food is almost always cold. Have lived close to this location for five years and nothing ever changes. We have to drive to a further location for better service and hot food. Went to this location tonight because it was convenient, and we hadn t been to this location in a little while. My wife was rushed to order by the drive through employee as usual and then she kept talking over my wife and being rude. We wait for a good while then finally get our order and what do you know it s missing something. Not only that our shakes were completely melted when we arrived home like they made them before our food and let them sit and melt then gave them to us that way. The bag with our drinks had more soda in the plastic bag than in the cups because all the drinks were thrown in the bag with the lids hanging off. Will never go to this location ever again no matter how close it is to home. This place needs new management and has for years.

Theyre efficient and only sometimes mess up your order but that happens. The issue I ran into recently is that the new girl working the window has a serious attitude problem, even if youre polite and say please and thank you. She refused to give me another sauce until I asked her three times and then complained that she had to do so. The girl has had an attitude every time I go there since she started working the window too.

Quit going two years ago after waiting 30 minutes for a drive thru order that was cold as a bankers heart. Burgers looked like someone sat on them, small fries instead of large (not that it matters, as cold as they were), cheese not even remotely melted, and an order of onion rings that consisted of four rings. No one would answer the phone, corporate promised (on four occasions, weeks apart) to contact me within three business days. Lost a 35 year long customer.

Disappointed. I rarely come here and now most likely will never come again. Nobody anwserd the microphone so i pulled up to the first window only to see an employee sitting on their phone. i had wave and raise my voice to get his attention. Once i finally got his attention he yelled the f word i believe and walked off.I pulled up to the second window and the lady actually took my order calmly but while i was waiting for my shake another lady with black glasses came up to the window side eyed me with an attitude and proceeded to mumble and walk off. Came here around 9:05 and it is currently 9:30 and im still waiting on a 3 tenders literally. I would get it if it was busy but theres barely anybody here. Always slow. Food always mid. Employees are generally unfriendly. Fast food line always makes you pull to front even if no one else in line so they can lie about how quick they served you. Then you sit there for 5-10 mins. Even when its not busy. Whataburger used to be about the people and the food. Its just another chain now, but they refuse to take on any of the chain mentality with their process. They wanna still run it like its a good ol eatery but its just a McDonalds clone at this point. a VERY SLOW McDonalds, at this point

While the food is good, there is always something wrong with the order. Like something left out or a meal not made the way we asked for it (through the app or in person). The only guarantee is that somehow or someway the order is going to be messed up. Its annoying to have to go back every time and ask for something that me or my family had already paid for. Food at this location is consistent with Whataburger fast food... my biggest complaint is the service. It is typical for me to hit up Whataburger on Main St., Pearland on Wednesday evenings while running my son from an after school event immediately to an athletic practice. We have a 30 minute limited window on a good day, and it is easily the most on-the-way stop for food. I typically order ahead on the app for in-store pick-up. Previous experience tells me that the curb-side service and drive thru are terribly slow. The past several times, I go in - well after my scheduled pick-up time - and I am not greeted, nor am I able to get anyones attention AT THE COUNTER with no other line. Everyone is scrambling the drive-thru or curbside. Today and last week - I was asked to please be patient to be waited on... for a pre-order. I could see my ready bag of food on both occasions. THIS WENT ON FOR ALMOST 15 MINUTES - on a limited window of time, thats ridiculous. It is his only chance of food, so Im at their mercy. App ready time states 5:41pm... I am handed my bag of food at 6:01pm. I can see it the whole time, just sitting. His practice started at 6pm. Do better, Whataburger. Fast food is not rocket science. This is not a speed issue - everyone runs around like crazy. This is an efficiency and communication issue, both of which this location has none of.

First of all I am very disappointed this is the fourth time I have had problems with this location. I was not going to write a review but this time Im upset. I ordered a #2 with cheese. When I got home I opened my burger and it was a single. There were no frys in my bag as well. I drove back to whataburger and talked to the young lady that brought out my food. I explained to her what was going on and she looked at me as if I was an idiot. Then she tried to tell me she put frys in the bag she gave me. Obviously if there wasnt a second burger patty in my burger then Im sure there wasnt frys as well. She then took the burger to the back and came back and gave it to me with attitude along with a medium fry. She then proceeded to argue with me about the frys saying I know I put frys in that bag are you sure u didnt see them in another bag. First of all why would I argue and lie about frys when my order was not correct from the beginning. I then opened my burger after she handed it to me. All they did was put a patty on the burger which now the burger was soggy since I had to bring it back to the location, on top of that there was no cheese on the burger. I went back and asked for another slice of cheese. They opened the dame burger up and put another slice of cheese on the new patty. I get home and now my burger is a soggy sloppy burger. I have taken a picture to show what the burger looks like. I would really want some to contact me considering I go the this whataburger alot and this is not the first time I have had to come back from my house to the whataburger to fix or get things that were missing on my order.

The burger and fries meal was consistent with the other locations serving the same which is good. They were out of no sweet tea I noticed, and one ice machine was empty. This whataburger has been known for long wait times anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. Last night not only were we given the wrong drinks we were told to wait for our food in a spot in the drive thru that blocked all other customers who have already received their food. I asked to speak to a manager but was ignored by her till I requested a mangers card to make a report she finally spoke to me, was rude and told me she didn t need to give me card or write anything down and offered no help or resolution and stormed off after she wrote her name down crumbled the paper up and threw it away. The whole thing lasted over an hour and we were offered no refund or anything to resolve the situation. The managers name was Diane R. This whataburger really needs a overhaul in management and it s facilities

Still the best Whataburger in Pearland. Yep, there are 2 and the one on 35 and 518 still out does the Silverlake location. The food is always perfectly done. Totally worth dealing with gluten intolerance issues for one of those burgers!

I dont understand whats happening to Whataburger restaurants. I thought it was only the ones in town but no, this one in Pearland takes for ever to give out our food aswell, only to receive it mildly warm. 15+ minutes on drive through is crazy. When I worked at Whataburger the standard was 5 minutes or less and we met those expectations while keeping the quality to its standards.

They got our order correct! I know that should be a minimum expectation, but far too often I am wiping a condiment off of a bun. Everyone ate everything (during peak lunchtime) and it was delicious. This is what I expect from Whataburger!
