Good fries. I tried the smash fries, regular fries, and sweet potato waffle fries and they were all great. Only issue is too much salt on the burgers. It wasnt just mine, the group thought it was salty. Not sure if that is the norm or if we can order with less salt. It was our first time here. Staff was amazing. Very cute cashier.

Never go on a weekend save your time and money. Ordered, arrived to pickup my food for takeout, already noticed 5-10 unruly customers. 5 people left at 3:05, after noticing 5 more orders go out, at 3:17 i asked is my order ready? Found out my burger was sitting for the past 15 mins and they never put my side order in so i waited another 10. I open my bag 6 minutes later and both the burger AND the fries i waited extra time for are ICE COLD. Never ever waste your time or money with this location especially on weekends go to a real local place that has quality service This location has terrible management they have 1 person working the entire front section AND sending orders in. Saw multiple others complaining as well asking why they got sent out cold food WHILE DINING IN i m good. Won t be back and suggest yall the same if we want better service and better food in Sugar Land. Absolutely horrible, ice cold meal.

The food here is always delicious, but I d recommend checking your bag if you re getting a to-go order. All four times I ve visited, we ve been missing at least one item and had to turn back around and ask for it. Would understand if it was a super busy time in the store, but most times I ve been one of the only customers in the building. Double smash all the way doe.

When you oder online for extra sauce they get some of it on your burger, a lot on the wrapper and the Brussels are NOT crispy, its sooo soaked in oil its unreal. Oil literally pours from the container. And it used to come with ranch but the last 2 times not anymore and I never remember to ask because it usually came with. About a year ago things were done good but its slowly gotten worse and its a real shame.

I work out of town a lot so I always drive by Katy and always stop here for lunch or dinner is my favorite the place is great, great service the food is as I like always wish they had one in west Texas in Odessa since I m always eating on restaurants it would be perfect, food down there is not good and don t have a lot to choose from, SMASHBURGER should consider to open one there.

Came here with my son and the burgers are amazing. The food came out hot and fast and it was very tasty. I love sweet potatoe fries and they are so crispy, my favorite. My son had the kids cheese burger and it was a good size burger for a kid. We love it the restaurant was clean even the fact it was lunch rush hour. The servers were super friendly and got us extra smash sauce. Will come back soon!!!

It was my first time eating smash burger. I always wanted to stop in to see how the food taste and am I glad I did. Hubby and I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon while running errands. First time here. Been told this is THE burger place. Had the avocado burger which is a bit more expensive than some other ones, maybe because of the avocado. When I got it, it didnt have cheese... What a weird option, I guess they were trying to save money. I took a bite out of it but I just couldnt taste the avocado. When I removed the bun I saw that they added a small probably 1 tablespoon of avocado. It was right in the middle under the tomatoes, right in the center (something that fast food places fail to do when assembling a burger). But really, 1 tbsp? This is penny-pincher behaviour. I experienced and witnessed some of the worst customer service. There was a misunderstanding with my order and when I caught it I brought it to the young man s attention. I wanted the onion rings that come on the burger well done. Somewhere along the way he thought I wanted a side of onion rings. No harm because things happen. So, he tells Kaylee and she asks with an attitude so you don t want the onion rings. I explained to her what happened. She completes the return. I ask are the ones in the burger well done. She asks the kitchen in Spanish and then just turns around. I don t understand what is being said so I m waiting on her to say something. She just hands me my my bag and turns her back. I m in shock because I m so confused as to why this lady is being so rude. I didn t make the mistake here and I m not upset so why are you. I ask her again and she says, and again with attitude yes they are . I m in shock but not really because I saw her give this same nasty attitude to a young lady who previous paid for a shake that was coming back to get it after her food. No smile and with complete annoyance she asks, what do you want . Who talks to a customer like that? Especially, a younger girl who did nothing wrong. The thing is Kaylee can be nice and provide good customer service because I witnessed her be extremely friendly and provide discounts to her friends that were ordering right after me. They were greeted with a smile and everything. Outside of the discount, I wish I received half of the kindness she gave them.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Smashburger store #1049 in Sugarland, TX. Not only did I have to wait for an hour to receive my food, but when it finally arrived, I discovered that my order was incomplete. A fry was missing, and to make matters worse, there were hairs on my burger! When I asked to speak with the manager about these issues, he started yelling at me instead of addressing the problem professionally. Despite my dissatisfaction, the manager, whose name I believe is Joshua, refused to give me a refund and instructed me to talk to Kevin with an email. Such poor customer service is highly unacceptable. I strongly advise against visiting Smashburger store #1049 in Sugarland, TX. The lack of hygiene in their food preparation and the disrespectful behavior of their manager ruined my dining experience entirely. I will never return to this poorly managed establishment. the manager wearing a black shirt on picture, was completely unacceptable. Not only did he yell and cuss at me in front of other customers, but he did so without attempting to resolve the issue at hand. As a customer, I believe it is crucial to receive prompt and courteous assistance from a manager when faced with such issues. It is evident that the manager in question lacks the necessary training in customer service skills or, at the very least, failed to exercise them appropriately. I kindly request you to look into this matter seriously and take the appropriate steps to ensure this sort of behavior is not repeated. It is imperative that all staff members, especially those in managerial positions, understand the importance of maintaining professionalism and providing exceptional customer service. Should further training or re-evaluation be necessary, I sincerely hope that it is properly administered. UPDATE: Director Of Operations - Houston i understand how frustrating this must have been for you; For the reason of the poor service you received last time. We are prioritizing the issue you were facing with our team at the Sugarland location. This was me and my boys first time being here. The food was okay, not a lot of favors. The cashier was not willing to help us but I still left him a tip anyway. Not super busy on a Sunday around 2 pm. The food here I feel is very over price but to each it own. Everything cost separate I got 3 burgers 2 fries and 3 drink. The total was $52.53. We will not be coming back to this one. Maybe another if the boys want it. Kid-friendliness: A lot of space if you are bring your kids. Plus they have optional available for kids. Wheelchair accessibility: By the front door there is handicap parking and sidewalk.

I was completely appalled bendy I never fixed fussed about my wait time, never frowned at them, and never raising my voice even once. There were two customers at the time aside from me. There were any 5 men in the kitchen. Plus the female, plus a manager AND the young man who took my order. I had an order of fries the to nearly 12 minutes to make while my once hot burger became an icicle on the counter. How is ANY of this my fault? I slightly shook my head and took my bag and sat down. The tables had a sheen of old, dirty water it was supposedly cleansed with and it was sticky. There was old, hard food on the ketchup packages INSIDE my bag and ATOP my fries. What joy. I paid for smash fries and received regular. I was SOOOO over the entire thing by then. Didnt complain or anything. Just will not be returning.

Good food but very un-inviting atmosphere. When I got there at 9pm, most tables were unavailable with chairs on top of them. As soon as I walk to the counter, the guy asks me if I m a delivery guy come to pick up an order. When I tell him I m there to eat, he says they re out of most things. The guy was like he doesn t wanna be there and he doesn t want me to be there. But the burgers are good.

2 stars due to cost vs quantity! Service was friendly and food came out quickly but so not worth $3.19 for the smashtots in the photo(and no I did not touch them at all before taking the pic). Turkey Burger single $6.99. Double smash classic $8.99 (boyfriends devoured in 2 BITES). Was a tad bit salty for my taste. Update: tasted the tots - Sonic s are better. Sorry Smashburger but was not impressed. :0(

Customer service keeps getting worst at this location employees are rude and not friendly at all Cooks don t care what you order they just give you what they want and when you go tell them something is missing they don t care I ordered avocado on my burger and they didn t add it went to the front and asked the employee and he gave me a side of avocado all black and old I asked him politely if I could get a different side because the avocado was black he went back inside and brought back the same exact nasty avocado I just gave up and asked for a refund on the avocado, my daughter found a hair on her fries our friend where also cold but no point on complaining when the employees don t care and just give you an attitude when you go up to them

I wanted to take my husband here after a long day of work because he has never been, but always wanted to try it so i thought I d treat him to one of my favorite burger joints. I checked the time online and even called this place at 8:43PM on a Tuesday to make sure the closing time online was correct and was assured they closed at 10PM. I arrived at 9:31PM, walked to the counter to place my order, and was advised by the same person that answered the phone that they closed at 9:30PM! Needless to say I was livid! I can totally understand and respect the time you close, but to have been misinformed after I called to make sure, drove over a hour to get there, and passed up a ton of other places to eat is unacceptable! It just felt inconsiderate and I will not be back to this location.

We had the classic burgers, the Colorado burger, wings with buffalo sauce, smash fries and sweet potato fries. Everything was good but I did not enjoy the Colorado burger as it seemed to be overloaded with some kind of whipped cheese. Please like this review and follow me if you want more honest and unsponsored content.

First time here and I dont think Ill be going back, burgers were very oily and they mixed up the orders With some other customers. I ordered the onion rings and they not onion rings just burnt onion and very oily. Getting heart burn just thinking about it.

Excellent! We tried the buffalo wings - they were actually pretty good! Service was friendly and our food was made exactly as ordered! A little disappointed that they dont do combos anymore but a lot of restaurants seem to be doing that lately. Burgers were fresh and the smash fries were on point!! If you love a good Smashburger, this would be the one to visit!

Great food; the food uses good quality ingredients and there are great non-beef choices (I love the bean burgers). Great sides, too, especially the brussel sprouts and tater tots.
