Decide to try this place as the previous reviews I read where very good. I have to say I cant review the pizza because I didnt order one. Myself and my son walk into the restaurant it is small and unassuming which is fine for a local pizza place. There where 3 people inside eating 2 guys to the left eating pepperoni pizza which I was planning on ordering and a lady to the right eating a salad. We approach the counter the guy came from around back. He proceeds to take our order 5 cheese pizza for my son and as I was just about to order the the 2nd pizza a pepperoni. The guy starts moving and looking strange so I look at him and look down what do I see roaches crawling from under the cash register. Nope not eat here i tell thr guy. The guy says Im sorry. I say dont be, Im just happy I found out the place was nasty before I got my food. Also I notice to B rating on the wall as I enter should have turn around then.

THE CALZONES ARE SO DELICIOUS!!! My family and I went today to try something new, we ordered a medium pizza and some calzones. The pizza was really good. The pizza wasn t drenched in grease like other restaurants. The calzones were perfect! They were well balanced, soft and the prefect size. Perfect for sharing too! The price is justifiable because of how good it is. The service is also great, wait time wasn t too long either. Recommend this to anyone who wants good pizza and calzones.

My son & I ordered a large pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni for delivery & this pizza did NOT DISAPPOINT! This was the best pizza Ive had in the area so far!! To be fair though I ve only ever had pizza from the big chains out in Pearland. The extra cheese was there ( I say this because Ive ordered extra cheese from Dominoes multiple times & could never tell if they truly put it on), the dough is not thick except the crust, but not so thick you don t eat it, the delivery driver was on time and nice, the pizza was hot and the price was spot on. I will definitely be ordering from here again & I can t wait to try more items .most importantly have my family try this pizza as well!! Sorry I did not take pictures of pizza immediately as I had a hungry toddler and was on a limited lunch break but the other pictures on reviews are perfect!!

Vibe- Cool pizza spot in a strip center in Pearland! They ve been here 13 years :) there s 6 tables inside with 4 chairs at each table. Customer service- Great! Food/drinks- I got the margherita pizza (you can pick from a 6 inch, 12 inch, 16 inch, or 18 inch). I also got an order of fried mushrooms and since they did not have that many mushrooms I was able to try the fried ravioli. I would give the pizza 4/5; it was actually better the day after! The mushrooms were really good though and the ravioli was alright. Parking- There s plenty of spots in the lot.

I ve been getting pizza here for a few years and the pizza has been consistently made as ordered, however lately I have ordered pizza maybe twice per week with the last being ordered today and the making of this pizza has been different from what was ordered/instructed a few days ago. I ordered a supreme pizza each time and one was made as instructed with extra cheese and the most recent was made with little to no cheese although I requested extra cheese. A few of the slices had more sauce and vegetables than cheese to the point it was like eating vegetables, sauce and bread. I don t know if there s a new owner but again the pizza s hadn t been made as instructed consistency keeps customers. Update: Replacement pizza was GREAT!!!

I ve been looking for a local pizza spot and was hoping this might be the place. Unfortunately my search continues. Tonight was my first & last visit here. The pizza wasn t anything special - no better than your chain places (Domino s, Pizza Hut, Papa John s). We ordered a large pizza with meatballs and garlic. If you order meat on your pizza there should be enough on it that every slice has some. This pizza had at least 1/2 of it with no meat. The garlic they use isn t fresh. We ordered fried mushrooms which according to the menu description are fresh mushrooms hand battered. These were the nastiest fried mushrooms I ve ever had. Clearly they are frozen pre-battered mushrooms. They weren t even cooked well because the inside was a disgusting gooey mess. The entire order was thrown out. The small bite taken out of one mushroom wasn t swallowed. Overall the experience was beyond disappointing. There s nothing New York style or appetizing about the food that s made here.

Really great NY style pizza at the Pizza Parlor! We ordered a mushroom pepperoni pizza for carry out and it was super tasty. All the toppings and cheese stayed on the pizza as you pull up for a bite. The crust was thin and the edges were doughy. We were only able to eat half the pizza, but it was a great leftover meal the next day! We warmed it up in the oven and it tasted just as good as fresh. Well definitely be back to Pizza Parlor as this is one of the best pizza restaurants in the area!

Incredible place that offers some of the best pizza for the price. They are well above average and when I dont want to make pizza at home from scratch I pick them over everyone else. I would rate the quality around 4.5 out of 5 having only been disappointed once or twice in the 20+ times Ive eaten their food. Value is 5/5. Was told the delivery would take 45 minutes to an hour. It actually took over an hour and a half. When I called to inquire, I was put on hold for 8 minutes and then they just hung up on me. They didn t have the simple courtesy to at least tell me that the driver was here. When I got my pizzas, my order was wrong. They didn t send me what I paid for. I called back, they ignored my call so I called from another number and they answered right away. I asked for my money back on the order they messed up and as of right now they haven t refunded me what I overpaid. I love this place but the horrible service today will make me think twice about ever ordering from them again. Absolutely horrible.

Just tried to eat here and upon walking in there was a dead roach on the ground. I tried to just ignore it and went up to the counter. The gentleman was nice however there crawling all over the counter was a live roach. The guy attempted to ignore it however when he realized I had seen it he proceeded to brush it down to the ground and kill it with a stapler. I strongly do NOT recommend this place.

This is my second time ordering and I have to say this is my favorite Pizza place, HANDS DOWN! Theyre so friendly and the food is like a culinary firework show in your mouth. I ordered their calzone (which you can build yourself) with pepperoni, sausage, beef, bacon, and basil. Best calzone Ive ever had. The amalgamation of meats was glorious, with the crisp bite of the basil complimented the other flavors perfectly. The crust was perfect and crispy golden brown. Another big plus is that it wasnt a total soggy mess, everything inside was perfectly cooked and not swimming in grease. I also ordered half a Philly cheese steak sub and the veggies were perfectly roasted and the steak was so flavorful and not dry at all. Just an all around quality sandwich. If you want great food, order from Pizza Parlor. You wont regret it!

Please do not eat here!!! I use to like ordering from here with delivery. Great customer service and good pizza. Yesterday I ordered and decided to pick up. When I was in the store I saw a bug crawling on the counter that looked like a small roach but the cashier swatted it away and told me it was a fruit fly. It clearly wasn t but he tried to brush it off quickly. I was a little grossed out, but when I got home I found a ROACH ON MY PIZZA. I was completely disgusted and will NEVER step foot in here again. Please take the warning, clearly they have an infestation.

Best pizza place and the wings are so good you cant beat 18.99 + tax for 16 pizza and 12 wings and two drinks. The service is great. I highly recommend you try this place out. 5

From the moment I walked into the place I knew I should have turned around. It smelled like musty molded towels! Anyway, I wanted to give the place a shot. Given that they have been there for a while now. From reading these reviews (after my visit) I probably should have gone with the pizza but oh well, my mistake. I ordered fettuccini with shrimp. Boy, was it disgusting! The noodles must have been cooked a few days ago, most were rock hard. The sauce smelled and tasted as if it were expired! And the shrimp? There were hardly any! I almost mistaked it for pencil erasers. Either way. Never going back.

This place has THE BEST tasting pizza and crazy good customer service. I have to order from here at least once every other week, if not once a week. They are always at my door much earlier than the email states that they will be. One time I requested and paid for extra ranch and they forgot to put it with my order. The next time I ordered I mentioned it and they sent four ranches. Their wings are also delicious. Probably the best pizza place in town and I want to say I have tried pretty much all of them!!

I go here often. Hand tossed crust is the most New York style in Pearland. They use quality ingrediants. I order the sausage, canadian bacon and feta. All quality!!! Nice light touch of fennel to the sausage, nothing too processed. Support mom and pops businesses!

Next time ask for [pepper and cheese packets]. Come on, be prepared; when I was a pizza delivery person I was prepared and had essentials that are free on hand. The delivery person was not professional or friendly.

This place should be closed. It smelled like a sewer; their food tastes like it came out of one too. It was raining inside the place because of holes in the roof; they told me thats why it smelled bad, because of the rain and the land lord has to fix it... Being a plumber for over 20 years I know what a sewer smelled like and I told them you should have this place fixed. I will be calling the health department soon.

I was hoping to find a good little non-chain pizzeria close to home, but this isnt it. Only a 5 minute drive to the store, but the pizza was already cold when I got home. Very limited toppings on a $20 large supposedly supreme, with a gummy and chewy crust. Ive had much better pizzas at the big three chains, very disappointing.

Decent NY style pizza! I lived in NY for five years and was missing the small family owned pizzerias until I tried Pizza Parlor. Ive just dropped by or ordered ahead via PayPal several times and Im very pleased so far, they always have it ready quickly.

Not the best or the worst Ive had, but considering that there is very little pizza options in this area, I gave it 3 stars. Dough was chewy and pizza was a bit bland. Ingredients were fresh but there was nothing that stood out apart from a Dominos or pizza hut. Small location and not very easy to see when driving by. I was in the parking lot and I still had trouble finding it.

I have eaten here twice and I always order the pasta. Today I decided to go for a third time and I will not be returning. When I placed my order I specifically asked the cashier for Penne Alfredo and chicken pasta. I could since that the cashier was not fully paying attention but I accredited it to his youthfulness. After the 12 minute wait I recieved my food,thanked the cashier, and left. Luckily I work in the shopping center and when I opened my bag, low and behold they had given my Maranara Pasta instead of Alfredo. When I re visisted the establishment to correct this mistake they were happy to do it, but when I asked for compensation for the time I had to wait as well as the time i was going to have wait for them to correct their mistake...they owner said either Money back or I wait for them to fix it. I feel as if my time was not treated with value and poor customer service. To add to it all....their food has a soapy taste like cleaning solution.

This place had been great but my recent experience has changed that. I ordered a pizza and it had a cleaning solution after taste. I called to complain and they agreed to make and bring me another pizza. Again the pizza had the same after taste. I am not sure if its the oven cleaner or something they use to clean the counters with. Overall the pizza is clearly not the same as they first opened. They have taken the less is more theory on toppings. Quality is not there anymore.
