Such yummy pizza. Weve gotten it take out before, but there is something so fun about the atmosphere of Mod, so we usually dine in. The staff are all super helpful and polite. And its the best pizza!!! Oh, and dont forget to grab a no-name cake while youre there.

Ordered online a simple cheese pizza, and asked for light sauce as too much sauce makes me sick. As soon as I picked it up and went home, the sauce looked like it was overflowing the crust but my boyfriend s pizza was fine. I order MOD pizza online quite a bit at other locations and never had this problem. Very disappointing.

Just left this location 4/27/2024 Staff is extremely unpleasant and the young boys don t know what s going on. Mind you I have been a MOD customer for years, I won t bore you with details of my other but long story short he told me we don t usually do that sir it s made to order so let me order and you make it. The woman (don t know her name) but she wore a mask was very rude as well. This location wasn t like this before so maybe train them or restaff. Pleaseeee! Customer service is EVERYTHING.

Normally Im not a pizza guy but my husband wanted me to try this place for the first time and I must say. Not only was the food great, but the service was awesome. It was a nice calm atmosphere I tend to want to eat and relax with out a bunch of noise and luckily there is a kids play ground right outside so the kids that were there were all having fun but werent figity from being stuck inside so that was a plus. Also the person making our pizzas was very friendly and patient as I didnt know what all I wanted on my pizza so that was nice. All in all a great place to stop and eat so check them out you wont be disappointed.

I went in for a gluten free pizza because I have Celiac. They were not busy and very slow. I watched the person who was coming to greet me wearing gloves, touch things along the way back to coming over to greet me. I told him that I have a food allergy, although technically it is an autoimmune disease, and his response was oh, well, these are new gloves. I said, nevermind and walked out. I have never been greeted by someone as lazy as thus that wasnt wiling to change his gloves by stating it in such a passive aggressive manner! Im quite turned off from coming back and thats unfortunate since I work nearby and thus eliminates one of the only places I could have been getting food from.

The restaurant was dirty. The bathroom was horrendous; feces in the urinal. I had not been to MOD in quite a while so I did not know the protocol. When I arrived to the cashier she just stared at me for approximately 3 minutes. I finally asked if she was going to tell me what I owe. She responded, No, you tell me. Confused, I asked what she meant. A kid in the back answered and said I needed to tell her what size pizza I ordered. The meat on the MAD DOG tasted like it was spoiled. Forgot why I don t come here often. The drink bar was disgusting and they were out of ice. They were kind enough to post written signs, NO ICE throughout the restaurant. Do better MOD-Pearland!

Food is always decent. They seem to be challenged when it comes to managing their staff. Allow staff to wear clothing and dress to express their feelings for what ever social justice cause they wish to take up. I can deal with that. What is apparent is not holding their social justice warriors to any form of accountability. The restaraunt is DIRTY, tables not cleaned, garbage and half eaten food everywhere. Seems its more important to let the customers k ow how they identify, while not being concerned that customers want to identify with eating in a clean environment. What happened to making employees wear just a uniform and perform certain duties ? Mod Pizza suffers from lack of guidance and understanding why customers walk patronize a restaraunt.

I m not usually one to leave a review but this was probably the worst experience I ve had at Mod Pizza and I don t think I ll be coming back for a while. I m sitting here watching people wait as the staff stands around not being very helpful. This dude took my wife s order then walked away and started talking to the cashier, leaving me standing there. He then came back and sloppily put my pizza together. The side salad my wife ordered was also less than an handful of greens and again sloppily prepared. Other guests were visibly annoyed. The pizza prep areas were not very clean.

After reading several rave reviews I figured Id give this place a try. So sorry I did. I ordered the Mad Dog 11 pizza. It was delivered cold, the crust was so thin it was unbelievable, there was very little in the way of toppings or flavor. Honestly, Little Caesars or a cheap frozen pizza wouldve been 100 times better than this. Theres not one good thing I can say about it. Ill never try it again. $23 for cold, small cardboard. Worst pizza ever!

Great customer service and experience. I ordered a Dominic and they put red sauce instead of white. I told them no big deal but when we checked out they comped my pizza and our drinks. They did not have to do that but appreciated it. Also, while waiting for our food a woman came in for her online order and realized she was at the wrong location. Instead of making her drive to the other location they made her meal for her. Great job and great environment. Will definitely be returning.

Very unhappy with the lack of service! I placed a order for curbside pickup. When I arrived I called the store to let them know I m here and they just hung up the phone. I called about 3 times and the same thing happened. They just picked up and hung up. They did not say anything. This is not the first time this happens to me. we ordered a pizza. everyone wore gloves in the front. when I saw that the lady in the back area, the pizza without gloves, touched everything with her long claws. I quickly lost my appetite. hygiene is everything, especially in the food sector. When I asked the staff about it, they said its like that everywhere... for me thats no reason not to wear gloves. I asked for it straight out of the oven, uncut. You see, I mixed up this location with the one off of 288. The other location is much better. Here, one of the workers looked at me like she couldnt believe I was shopping there. I was the only customer in the store. I rebaked the pizza when I got home and cut it with my clean utensil. Online ordering is a serious problem here. We ordered online and arrived 20 minutes later as instructed by the MOD online ordering (not a third party website, the official MOD website). We then had to wait 30 more minutes before the food was ready. There needs to be a better system for processing online orders and we will not be returning until that is fixed. 50 minutes past the order time for the food to be ready is absolutely unacceptable for a pizza place that makes pizzas within 10 minutes for walk-in customers.

This MOD Pizza location has really changed over the years. Compared to past years its very unclean and the service quality has gone down a lot. The taste of the pizza was okay. If I ever want to have this type of pizza again I will most likely order it for takeout or delivery. For me to dine in the service will have to change and get better and the restaurant will have to be more cleaner.

We walked out. This is the slowest mor pizza I have ever been visited. I informed the staff of how bad the speed is. I was told they were short staffed. That s a lie! Two girls were the only ones working. Two guys were joking in the back room, two guys were in the front doing nothing. Where is the management???

How you choose to make your pizza: it can either be really good or terribly bad. I honestly liked the personal size one since it was not too much or less for a petite human being like me that doesnt eat much. You can add as many toppings as you want without any extra charges. The person who took care of me was patient with my requests.

I won t go at night The pizza was not properly prepared (part of the pizza was missing cheese; some slices were cut really small, some large). The taste was okay. This is the first time Mod did me wrong. My pizza looked sad. I wish I had my receipt to ask for a refund.

Always love going to MOD Pizza. It s one of the few places you can get a great amount of food for a good price. I stack my pizza up, so I can make 2-3 meals out of it! This location is always great. The wonderful employees are always so welcoming and consistent. The food is always great! They aren t trying to be greedy with their ingredients like their neighbors a few doors down.. over all, great experience and atmosphere! Mikes hot honey and ranch are the best on top of the pizza! (Don t judge, corn and olives are amazing on pizza!)

Amazing experience, as usual. Lana is an artist. We love when she s here because she s the person we want topping our salad & pizza!! Date night and this was the perfect place for a quick bite before heading to see our movie. This MOD location is close to home and the movie theater; win, win and win!!!. I ve been to other locations before and I love MOD pizza. I was very upset yesterday when i stopped by the new location in pearland. The guy that was making my pizza kept going back and forth from the back to the front joking around and talking to the other employees not paying attention to what he was doing. He used the same gloves that he was using to make my pizza to touch the computers monitor came back and kept trying to touch my pizza. This employee forgot to add cheese to my pizza I had to tell the other employee next to him to add cheese to my pizza.

My brother just had a terrible experience here tonight. He went through and his pizza was exactly as he wanted it. They put it in oven. He waited for over 20 minutes. The workers then noticed he was waiting for a long time and asked him for his name and he told them. They looked distressed but didn t say anything else. Another 15 minutes passed and he finally went to ask if something was wrong with his order. The workers then admitted they had given his pizza away to the wrong customer and were remaking it. Instead of apologizing and telling him what had happened as soon as they realized it, and then giving him the opportunity to give instructions for the pizza, however, they remade a totally random pizza that was nothing close to what he ordered. When he received it, it had already been 45 minutes and so he just took it and left without saying anything. He said this is the second time they ve done this exact same thing, accidentally gave his pizza away, realized their mistake but didn t communicate anything to him, remade his pizza with random ingredients, and didn t own up to their mistake until so much time had passed that it would be ridiculous for him to make them remake it again. For it to happen twice to one person means it happens a lot, which indicates this establishment has not trained their employees on ensuring people get the correct order, nor how to admit their mistakes with orders and handle it properly with customers.

I watched as the people making the pizza not change gloves and would go from the pizza crust, to the sauce, to vegetables, to the meat and then to the cheese. They did this for six to seven pizzas. I just declined to eat and walked out

Mod in general is really good. But this location seems to be disorganized and slow on their orders. Multiple times I ve stood there after mentioning which order I am to wait 10-20 more minutes for them to realize they had them ready and just sitting on a tray behind them. They ve missed ingredients too often as well. It s an area of improvement specifically for this location.
