This establishment tries to scam people out of their money by using deceptive tactics. They claim that your item isn t worth anything at other places to convince you to sell it to them for cheap. They might tell you that similar items are selling for much less online or that there s no demand for what you re selling. They use these gaslighting methods to make you doubt the value of your item and pressure you into accepting their low offer. Do not, by any means, fall for their tricks. You re better off selling your item on Facebook Marketplace, where you ll get a fair price and avoid being taken advantage of. Take control of your sales and ensure you get the value you deserve by choosing trustworthy platforms.

Today, I took my brand new, barely used $530 Sony camera to see how much they would offer me. I m assuming that because of the way I was dressed, the male staff thought he could finesse me by claiming it only sold for less than $150 on eBay. However, I checked myself shortly after leaving, and it actually sells for $350+. That alone speaks volumes about this scamming establishment. Save yourself the time and just sell your item on Facebook Marketplace; you ll get your money s worth compared to whatever you call this place. He tried offering me $120?? What a joke!

So this place is now called Valu+Plus pawn shop and their attitudes are bad I was being nice saying how are you and they don t even talk to you they role their eyes and ask if you want to buy or sell in this case I wanted to sell something that was a gift to me but I never used it it s a blue yeti nano microphone that s new and never used it was 180 bucks I wanted only 30 bucks for it but they told me 12 bucks I politely said no and walked off with a have a blessed day they rip you off all it seems like and sell for me and I might as well keep it rather than let them give me 12 bucks and sell it for more than what I got back. Never coming back again

This place is an absolute and udder Rip Off! I once again tried to do business with them and once again I left there feeling like I was a victim of a shake down! The woman who I was dealing with was rude and very very negative! She had no clue or any knowledge of the item that I brought in the store. She refused to look my military grade rifle cleaning kit up on line to appraise it so that we could maybe come to an honest agreement of the value. Which was 109$list price. It had never been used ever. She rudely offered me 10$for my item and told me pretty much to take it or leave it! I was only asking 30$. I would have been okay with 25$. I asked to talk to the manager and she rudely replied Youre Looking at her! And then looked away and then shouted next customer! At that time an older gentleman intervened and we were able to come to an agreement really really fast. This gentleman was very nice, professional and courtiouse and wanted to be fair with me. Which is more than I can say about the rude woman that I had originally been dealing with. That woman is in dire need of a customer relations course.

The staff members are very helpful and polite. I was looking for a gift, and my husband wanted to see the firearms. Chris was patient as I looked at the jewelry and handbags--there were so many choices and great designer brands! I found just what I needed. Angel also helped by showing me some new jewelry pieces that had just come in. This shop is bright, clean, and well organized, and the staff is very professional. I wouldnt hesitate to go back!

If you need help, if you are affected by COVID-19 financially, need financial help after hours on Saturday when all the banks are closed, This is the place! They have a huge selection of high end authentic designer handbags ,accessories, beautiful clean sparkly diamonds Engagement rings, promise rings, lots of jewelry, exceptional watches and accessories. They have everything, tools, televisions, musical instruments and even things for the garden. I cannot say enough about the staff. Making my payment Manager was taking my payment and counting my money and stoped to take a phone call (did not excuse himself) and then after the money was already fully counted, another guy comes over to try to take over the transaction and re-count the money. Spent 1/2 an hour just to make my payment and get my stuff. 2nd guy was super rude with a really bad attitude

I went in today and was helped by a young lady who was very helpful and nice but while she was helping me an older man working there named Andrew just went right underneath the register where she was standing and rudly was reaching for something and with out even saying excuse me to her..As a women I would of felt very uncomfortable reaching low and pushing me out the way like that it was very rude and when she asked him to please say excuse me next time he slammed the resister that was under her and very rudly got out of her way almost bumping her out of the way. I felt so embarrased for her. I hope I dont have to deal with him next time I go in.

They are not fair on their offers for jewelry and often do not even test for authentic metals or gems if they feel like it is not real by first glance. For instance, I took two necklaces in there which I am fairly sure are real and they tested it with a magnet as did I prior to going in there. Neither stuck to the magnet and the pawn broker still assumed was fake and did not even scratch or cut test with acid or a gold test kit, although I okd it. I did test them at home with muriatic and sulfuric acid afterwards to find out indeed they were real although they said otherwise. This is common with these places and they never lend, nor pay, near fair value.Usually.they pay or lend 1/4 to 1/3 fair resale value. If, they give you anything.

Its a bad store your better off keeping it .Carlos and his side kick like ripping people off I went there to see if I could pawn my rare cards one is worth 15 the other is worth 40 I told Carlos I needed 40 to pawn it to get it back but he told me he could only do 15 for each I was ok with it I was going to get 30 back words from his lips even his side kick knew they where both there its all on video , but I forgot my ID so I went and got it and came back and Carlos side kick went and asked Carlos in the back how much for my cards in the back and he said 15 for both when he came back he told me the guy with the the red shirt saying I need a lottery ticket on his shirt was ,even when its on video camera stating what he said they tried to rip me off very strange business hope it dont happen to someone else .always look up your items so when you go to a pawn store your more aware of your value of your items .

The manager there Maggie is horrible and needs to have her customer service skills seriously re-evaluated. I personally believe y all would have so much more business if she got herself in check. Got there minutes before closing time looking for a nice used motorcycle helmet. They didnt have one on display, but they managed to find one in the back room. Gave me a excellent deal on it, in total saving 50 dollars compared to other places nearby. First time there, and definitely not the last! Customer service was great!

I wish I could give 0 stars! I paid $36.00 for second day shipping on a firearm so I could take my daughter on the youth hunt with her first rifle. I called daily to make sure my payment was recieved and ffl paperwork was in order. I was constantly transferred and passed off to other employees who didnt want to deal with me. It arrived nine (9) days later! I called and asked for a refund for the service they DID NOT DO, and was told no. Life lesson, dont trust Texan dealers to do the right thing.

He went above and beyond to make sure I wouldnt lose my merchandise and restructured my agreements to be able to pay on time. As a full time worker and college student, this is very important to me. Great friendly place to do business. Ive been pawning stuff to this store now for the last couple of years due to the oilfield downturn and they have always given me a fair price. His categories seem to be restricted to guns, tools, electronics, cameras, jewelry and musical instruments. Anything outside of that doesnt really draw his interest. The manager (Raul I think) is a great guy. Its a very family friendly place. I bring my kids there sometimes.

Ive pawned here before always been a pleasure doing business with them their always willing to work with you your pawns do today but payday aint till Friday just call them up they will work with ya just an example first pawnshop I ever seen that you can pay your pawn over the phone with a card and same if you go into the store you dont need to make an out of the way trip to the bank for cash they will let you pay your pawn with your card in store as well but never been mistreated people always nice highly recommend

Nothing like being ignored while every dumbass wanting to look gets serviced. They should know strong buyers vs lookieloos. Im actually writing this standing at the counter while 2 employees ignore me and others just chat. From the few guns you can see, prices are higher than online. Other location is slightly better. But never seen a shop ignore cash in hand like they do. New shop down 35 was far superior.

The store is clean, but I didnt find any real values. They are asking retail prices for just about all their used guns. On the Plus side its one of the few places you can still buy a VCR for your legacy video collection. Wish they had better hours, and were open much later.

Ive been buying a new gun on layaway for a few months and have been very happy with the service and fair price. I forgot my payment was due and couldnt make it in to pay that day so they gave me an extension from Monday to Saturday with no penalty. Looking forward to making the last payment this week and taking my new handgun home!

I have been paying on my loans for at least one year or more, there customer service was ok, but not it is horrible, especially over the phone they are rude and rushing, if this continue I will be calling corporate office, to see if something can be done. I just moved here in Pearland and being we are from the Southside of Chicago working as a realtor I have seen the Pros and Cons. I went here to give the small business in the area a little support , but found out this place is nothing but a haven for crooks! They sell items with no exchange policy, no kind of return policy at all! I bought a weed trimmer and a blower to do my yard. $30 for the blower and $60 for the trimmer. The blower went out the same day! Then the trimmer a couple weeks later, i went back the next day the guy that works there a hispanic guy with dark hair tells me they cant do anthing! I bought a blower from cash america pawn and it works great and also ther is a 30 day guarantee on everything in the store.And the manager was trying to sell me stuff that was costly an not telling people there is no return period! All I can say is just stay away from this place! These people have no idea of who they just screwed or my involvement in the neighborhood but they will soon! Just dont do business there, go to Walmart or a pawn shop like cash pawn of america that give customers 30 days to return for any reason. I know pawn shops are there to make money, but I will make sure that this one doesnt. Stop ripping people off with a smile dude!

The people who work in the Pearland store dont keep their word. They will tell you that it is okay to get an extension and then when you talk to them again they tell you something different. This happened to me several different times. If I could give advice to anyone going to this place...first...dont pawn your stuff and dont get a loan on your items...second...if you have to pawn or get a loan on your stuff go somewhere different than this place...third...they will screw you and the loans are at 180%...you are better off getting an advance on your credit card. Each person in this place will give you a different story...never trust what they say!
