My daughter and I came in tonight for her birthday dinner. We were gonna eat in and decided not to as the restaurant was nasty. My daughter ordered her food which was the complete opposite of what I got, the white rice was out so of course I waited for a new pan. The girl behind the counter who finally decided she wanted to help me scraped the bottom of the white rice pan to give me the crusty old hard pieces and I calmly told her I would like fresh she just threw the bowl in the corner. The two kids working the line (girl & boy) were very rude, and acted like us being there was a big inconvenience. We often come here, if we don t come in, we order Togo. We often get treated poorly, but being in the restaurant business myself push it to the side because of long hours, being tired and on your feet most of the day is exhausting. But, at the time we came in it was not busy at all and there was only one table in the entire restaurant. In my opinion there is no reason we should have felt like an inconvenience to the staff and the restaurant couldn t have been clean.

Atmosphere was gross, food all over the floor, tables not cleaned. I d expect this after a busy lunch rush, but not at 5PM. I d also understand if they were deeply short handed, but there were 5 employees, a couple employees walked through the dining area to the restroom area and didn t do a thing. They mess up our online orders all the time, this time they just completely forgot the chicken on my burrito and gave me an obscene amount of rice??? Last time we got a bowl full of lettuce sour cream and cheese and thats literally all that was in it. The young girl you guys have right in the front line has the worse attitude and she messed up on the order since I had 3 bowls. If you can t do all at the same time you should train her to do one by one. I asked for double chicken and she only did one. I asked for double veggies n she didn t add it. I explained that I have celiac disease and have to be strictly gluten-free, and the servers swapped spoons in all of the items I wanted. They also changed gloves and used new containers for lettuce and cheese since they usually grab those with their tortilla-touching hands. They were kind and gracious, and I didn t feel like a burden. My family and I moved to this area about 10 years ago, and I would say for the past 6 months to a year, this store (Rufe Snow & 820) has gone down clean wise. I don t know who the manager is but, doesn t have much control over who is cleaning the dining area both in and outside. We just left there (4.29.24) and there was trash on the floor, piled up by the drink station, and napkins scattered all over the patio (my husband told me to take pics and I didn t, ugh). We paid for fountain drinks yet the machine wasn t working. Luckily a nice young man that was there attending the customers needs (replacing agua frescas and over heard that it was someone else s job) was nice enough and offered us bottled drinks. I truly like Chipotle and use to think highly of this store and now, not so much. Sad because this location is super convenient of the freeway and all.

Don t order online at this location. My order was supposed to be ready at 5:50pm. I waited next to the pickup area and around 6:00pm asked how much longer I should expect to wait. Especially given they were not very busy and the line was short. They just told me to keep waiting next to the pickup area. After 5 more minutes, realized I should have just waited in line since I would have already had my food 10 min ago at this point. Asked again, and was told the same thing again so I waited in line at this point to order with everyone else walking in. Prior to ordering, i explained the situation that we ve been waiting more than 20 min at this point for our order so we would just order now since it s still not ready and no one is working on it. I watched as the worker was told that she gave me too many fajita veggies and they removed some and threw it away. At the register, I again explained the situation and she turned around and grabbed my order that had apparently been ready before I even walked in. This was the same worker I had asked a couple of times earlier. There was no apology. She tried to give me the food that had been sitting out about 30 min at this point so I asked if I could just have the fresh order that was just prepared. She seemed annoyed with me and just pushed my food forward without saying anything and walked away. Waited all this time and the quality of the food was subpar from other Chipotles I have eaten at. Oh also there was no toilet paper in the women s restroom. 0/10 recommend.

One of my favorite places for take-out, but food quality continues to drop. I ordered a veggie bowl. Brown rice was undercooked (hard), black beans were undercooked (hard) and food temperature was lukewarm at best. Can I point out that undercooked black beans are not only NOT fun to eat, but also dangerous? (search the internets if you dont know why) I wish I got more enjoyment out of my $10 meal, but it appears most of it will go in the trash.

I remember going here one night around 7pm on a weekday & they were completely closed with no signs on the doors, multiple cars pulling in to order but had to leave due to not being open with no explanation. Decided to give them another chance. This place is seriously going more & more downhill.. I came in for a to-go order. Asked for steak, barely puts a scoop on so I ask for a little extra & literally puts two more piece of small steak. Has the audacity to charge me for it. This location is always very quick in regards to customer service and accommodating the customer seems to be a priority. The wait in line is super short even when its rush time. The dining area is generally clean but it could probably use a little more attention on sweeping up under the tables and the soda fountain area is a high traffic spot. However, the associates come through to give everything a once over every few minutes... I mean, what more could they do? **** Also the younger girl who works the end of the line is super cool . *** Parking: The parking lot is right off the highway with a TON of movement. Spots are all full during busy times, so come early or expect a wait or to walk from the next door business. Be aware this area overall is very windy so the walk kind of sucks.

Omg where do I even start, this is one of the most disgusting locations I ve ever been to. I love chipotle and I ve been to many of them, but this by far has been the dirtiest and nastiest tasting one yet. All the food was severely under seasoned and I ended up having to ask for salt. The line was filthy, cheese and salsa, lettuce and queso covered the holders for the ingredients. On top of that the vinaigrette tasted like sugar water, wayyy too sweet, someone must ve mistaken sugar for salt. The chips were so stale i may as well have been chewing on leather and they were being handled right behind the cashier. The guy at the front was super nervous to talk and mumbled to himself a lot, not sure if he was nervous about working the front, but if that s the case and he s moving super slow, he may need a place he can better help. The dining area was also a mess, trash all over the floor, wrappers, receipts, dirty tables. Nah fam, I will never come to this place again. Edit: Hi Chris, I followed up, my wife was never given her receipt from the tall white guy working the line so we have no way of showing proof. This was on Jan. 20, 2024. You might can find who was working at the time. It was him on register and a white girl making the food.

I usually get a Barbacoa burrito when I go to Chipotle because it is the most flavorful option but this barbacoa was bland and mushy. This Chipotle on Rufe Snow in North Richland Hills has excellent food. They were busy and tried to push you through the line as quickly as possible. I got everything on my bowl I wanted but my friend that was with me didn t get one item she wanted because she felt she didn t have time before her bowl went to the next person in their assembly line. It was fast and furious which can be a positive if you have to go back to work or get home to the kids. I have been to other Chipotle s where the rice was not completely cooked or there were other issues.

We went for a fundraiser for the Haltom High School Cheerleaders. service was great the food was great it was nice because we got to sit out on the patio.

Good food but jeez, every time I come to this chipotle they give so little everything. I asked for half and half of steak and carnitas and I counted 7 pieces of steak. Last time I came also I asked for extra steak and got only two pieces. If your gonna give me barley meat at least give me more veggies. I wouldn t recommend this chipotle. Go to another one and save yourself the disappointment.

We ordered the chicken burrito, cheese quesdilla, and chips with guacamole/salsa. The burrito was really good, I was surprised. It needed way more cheese though. The cheese quesdilla barely had any cheese. The guacamole was okay. The red onions were cut too thick and big and it also needed lime juice. The tomato salsa was bland. Ill probably get the fire roasted corn salsa next time. Its way more flavorful.

Food was good, but I asked for salt as they did not have any at the table. They all looked dumbfounded and one guy gave me a small cup 1/2 full of salt. I said I didnt need that much and kinda laughed. He was like nobody asks for salt. Parking lot is a bit small for sure.
