Nature center is small, nice to have in the community. The walking trails are around two ponds with lots of different birds to watch. The space is right next to a Recycling Center and a Water treatment facility. Visited on

Kids will enjoy the nature center! Great interactive exhibits and live alligator babies. The trail area is quite exposed, although there are new trees planted, but no shade yet. Bring binoculars to see lots of nesting herons and roseate spoonbills.

They just reopened up about two weeks ago and are open Tuesday to Thursday. Great place to learn about the area wildlife. Aquariums, American Alligators, turtles, frogs, and snakes. Walking/Jogging trail around the water feature behind the building. If you are looking for a backdrop for outdoor photography, this is the place.

Very Nice place to take a walk with family and friends. The only downside is that there is no shade on the trail. So sometimes it gets very hot. (Tip: wear hat) Inside the nature center they have different types of fish and some very cute alligators. The two ladies that work there are very nice and welcoming!

There can be a smell in the section near the water treatment plant, but the rest of this park and the nature center is wonderful! The trail winds through so you re not just walking in a boring circle. Across Magnolia is another walking trail (concrete) with rows of fruit trees and bushes open to sample. The nature center is cute with a few exhibits and free short kids classes.

Great running trail along two man made lakes. The one behind the processing plant has a bunch of pellicans that are fun to watch. Took two times around to get in my 5k. It can be windy so wear your hair in something to keep it from getting Tangled. Ive not been in the nature center so I cant comment on that.

My kids attended a Fenwick Fledglings session. They studied the atmosphere. I loved the fact that the nature center offers science lessons during summer. Its a free event and a very nice way to learn or re learn things. The center itself is neat. My kids loved the animals on display. The instructor was super nice too.
