I did not feel like cooking, and the wife is out of town for a while so I ordered Pizza Hut. The Edge pizza is really good, and in my opinion better than the thin crust from Dominoes. They were out of one of the items I ordered and they called to let me know and ask how I would like to handle. Great customer service. Also, I put in the notes for the delivery driver to honk when they pulled up so I could meet them, so as to not get my dogs all riled up, and they did. Great experience

I mostly place the order on the app. The pizzas are delicious, ingredients are fresh and the toppings fill up each slice like they should. I only wish they would offer free cheese packets and chilli flakes with each order. Never had any issues with orders placed and they are done on time.

I ordered a pizza and when it arrived I noticed hair in the pizza so I called back and one of the so-called managers Chris answered and I explained my concerns and he told me to bring the pizza back and I told him it was a delivery and could not return that is why I got a delivery and he then hung the phone up in my face! I called back to speak to him and I hear him in the back ground talking to someone about my issue. He gets back on the phone and I told him to forget that pizza why you hang up in my face for no reason and he stated Im a manager and I get to do that if I want to!! And he hang up in my face again...Wow now I see why there is so many bad reviews and this is not a even a 3 star location leadership reflects altitude! Super unprofessional and very ghetto manager Chris is!! I garentee he has a star on his face and multiple felony on his record! Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere!!

I stopped by Pizza Hut at 7110 Hwy 6 Suite A, Missouri City, TX, and I must say, they genuinely knocked it out of the park with their service. A horrible experience, almost at the time of waiting for the delivery I called them and according to them I did not have any order for my cell phone, when I explained until the time to call the person yelled at me and hung up the phone, then I called customer service customer when my order had already arrived and that person also yelled at me and hung up on me insisting that they didnt have my order even when I already had the order in my hand. I have the receipts with the call time and the record on my cell phone.

I placed an order for a large pepperoni pizza for delivery with a $5 tip and never received the pizza... I called to ask about my order a male answer the phone rudly and processed to tell me my order was for carryout and before I was able to let him know I clicked no for contactless delivery he hangs the phone up in my face , tried calling back multiple times and no one answered... A hole in the wall place in a small strip center. Service is horrible! They leave stand in the lobby for 10 to 15 minutes while you stand there looking a your pizza in the warming oven 4 ft away. Stupid! Had to whistle and loudly yell announcing I was there before anyone came to the front. Then the guy opened opened the warming oven door, pulled the box out that my pizza was in, turned around and handed it to me & said Have a good day! He then abruptly turned around & disappeared into the back room again! VERY POOR Customer Service!

An employee at this location lied to pizza hut corporate behind a mistake HE made regarding my order. This employee at this location also left a completely unprofessional blatantly disrespectful voicemail on that said day. He then deleted my account with pizza hut and fabricated a lie against me (with corporate) to do so. As a corporation, you lost years worth of loyal business behind one location and one employees false claims. My business and loyalty now goes to Dominos. Thank you for showing me what you stand for as a franchise and a corporation without even having the decency to verify any of the claims this store made against me.

Just delete your app. Go to Amazon and order a Ooni Pizza Oven (mine is coming Monday) and learn how to cook pizzas. Your fired Pizza Hut! Goodbye forever. My kids worked real hard all summer to earn their personal pan pizzas. We ordered them last night well in advance and specifically requested no sauce. When we picked up the pizzas, we asked again if they had no sauce. We were assured they had no sauce and we trusted them. By the time we got home we realized they were all made with sauce. We have allergies to the sauce in the household. None of the pizzas were edible for the family. What a waste of time, money and effort. Will never use this pizza hut again. We ordered pizza for a birthday party. We had called the day before. They ensured us it would be delivered for the party and we would pay when they deliver. On the day of the party we stopped by before to pay so there would be no issues. The order was not placed!!! So we had to place the order again! We informed them the pizza had to be delivered by a certain time because of the specified time for eating. They arrived at the end of the party. Even after numerous calls and they continuously said the driver was 5 minutes away. The place of delivery was 5 minutes away. When we called to complain as the pizza arrived at the end of the party and many guests was not able to have food and we had numerous boxes left. We wanted a refund. At the end we just have boxes away to people who had been there. They refused and said to bring back the boxes!! We brought back what was left. They refunded what we returned. Still beyond disappointed and upset. Never again from this location. The birthday venue suggested papa John s and Marcos. Now I see why. Avoid this place.

The limited delivery area means I have to drive to pick up an order, so you really, really have to want pizza hut pizza to drive 6 miles to pickup pizza hut when there are other pizza places that will deliver it to your door. Edit 7/6/2022: Pizza is trending toward second-rate gas station pizza. Placed an order with 2 pizzas with regular amount of cheese. Pizza was almost entirely devoid of cheese. Cheese sticks used to come with a generous amount of unique mariana sauce, this time it came with a small cup of what can only be described as tomato paste. Pizza Hut used to mean quality, now it means cut corners and declining quality.

Did an online order which was suppose to be ready at 8:43pm but still wasn t ready at 9. Pizza Hut makes a lot of false advertising about customer service and delivering hot fresh pizza ... Its a lie. Zero management or oversight on quality... I ordered 4 pizzas. I one of then was undercooked and completely incorrect toppings. I called to report they out me hold after 25 minutes i hung up. No one called back. After calling again. I was told i will get a credit in account linked with my phone number. But that didnt happen either

Horrible!! First time we tried delivery it took 2 and 1/2 hours after the online estimate said 45-55 minutes! Tonight I let my kids give it another chance and we are still waiting for our pizza 3 hours after ordering. Plus when you try to call and complain the staff is rude, crass, obnoxious and unbecoming. This is completely unreasonable.

Was excited to see the new Detroit style pizza on the menu. Ordered a double pepperoni and a Thin and crispy. 12 to 14 small pieces of pepperoni on the pizza. Several pieces had none. One of the signatures of Detroit Pizza is cheese all the way to the edge. This one had none within an inch of the edge. Both pizzas were lukewarm.How can this happen? $45 down the drain. Should have looked at reviews. Amazi gly poorly run !

Ordered a large chicken, mushroom, and pineapple pizza with a hut special crust... I get home & my pizza has pepperoni, mushrooms and pineapple. I almost took a bite of it because it s dark and I m GRATEFUL I didn t bc eating pork is against my religion. Also has way too much parsley or whatever seasoning on the crust. I tried to call but now they re closed. 0/10 recommend.
