Wide selection of tacos and are very flavorful which is why I gave it 5 stars. The service is a walk-up counter but the staff will engage you if you engage them which is why I gave them 4 stars. The atmosphere is very loud with a lot of families and children sometimes screaming. The place is very acoustic and everything echoes. If youre looking for a quiet intimate place this is not the place. But if you are looking for a lively family place well this is the place for you which is why I give it 3 stars.

Got the half chips and queso for free from signing up, I put no guac or diablo sauce for online order but was still spicy. Its really good queso though, i liked the cilantro in it, never had queso with cilantro. Also i know i was picking up a to-go order but the cashier didnt even acknowledge my existence. Might try their tacos in future but they are high dollar for 1 taco. Update : 5/22/2024 Spent $30 the tacos were almost cold the queso didnt come out with our food so had to get refund. Even told the manage the tacos were luke warm almost cold didnt ask if we wanted compensation or anything. Next time if i go again and their cold ill tell them to take it back and microwave it or something. Horrible experience even tho the manage was nice. Ruined my whole day After the last experience with this place and the tacos being cold and the queso not coming out with our food/at all. Me and mom havent been back and probably wont. If u order here u better taking it home and microwaving it. Ud think for the price the food would have came out warm or hot

First time going here and the tacos were amazing! I had the Baja shrimp one and worth the visit. Because I had never been there before I didnt know it was automatically on corn tortillas which I dont like...but told the waiter after it was brought to me and he promptly switched it to flour. The place was clean and the menu list was plenty for any taste.

It was a quiet morning here, not a lot of customers. I ordered one taco (migas taco) and chips and salsa. I really liked the chips and the salsa was really good too. My taco was good, but I would have liked more migas (crispy ones) in the egg. It has a good taste though. I dont usually pay this much for one taco, but this taco had a lot of filling, probably enough for 2 tacos.

Ordered our food and got our appetizers within just a couple minutes and got all our tacos within 10 minutes of that. Perfect portion sizes, you leave feeling fully satisfied. Everything is very tasty and everyone is super friendly. We were regularly checked out and our table got cleared almost immediately.

Allen is amazing. He noticed by our lack of knowing the menu that we had never been here before. He let us know that everything is customizable and we ordered our tacos exactly as we wanted. I went to this torchy s for lunch and found the location on Google maps. This Torchy s location has great customer service. The employees checked in on us multiple times to ensure we had a great experience. The Baja shrimp is my favorite with Diablo sauce. It is filled with of flavor. I also tried the Mississippi tacos. First time going to this location and arrived as soon as they opened. Cashier wasnt at the front, the bartender told me she was coming, and then sent me to grab a drink. In the meantime other customers went in and I had to get back in line instead of her calling me back in front since I was the first to arrive. Horrible customer service! Front cashier was very nice. However when I got my food, I ordered a Wrangler and Matador, there was maybe 1/3 of the meat on there that is normally on the tacos. I feel like for the price of the tacos, the amount of food was definitely not worth it. Despite the tacos tasting good, which they always do, I feel ripped off. $25 on 4 tacos and two of them barely had any meat and were mostly tortilla. I also requested one tortilla for my wrangler and matador, and yet the single tortilla still over consumed the inside fillings of meat, cheese etc. A shame since this location is not even 5 minutes from my home. Next time I crave Torchys, I would probably rather drive 15 mins to the Webster location instead. When asking a food runner why there wasn t that much meat on my tacos, their response was, they were probably just being strict about it the recipe and there wasn t much meat left. I m sorry but these aren t $6 tacos.

frustrated!!! I ordered the tipsy chick and trashy trailer park on uber eats. Im thankful to the driver for not tampering with my food/packaging but im upset with Torchys for not putting the bacon marmalade in the bag. ITS THE BEST PART OF THE TIPSY CHICK. without it, its bland chicken with spinach and green chiles. It was a complete waste of money and I was so disappointed. We are very lucky to have this location in the suburbs. The staff are always welcoming and checking in on us to make sure we are good. They really do fill your tacos here. They also put the sauce on your tacos, which we didn t really mind. If you prefer to have your sauce on the side, I would specify it here! It is located in the corner of the plaza on a busy intersection, so traffic getting in/out may be a tad bit hard. Otherwise, there is plenty of parking here!

Torchys has great tacos & especially love when the taco of the month is something fun. I love the tipsy chick taco, its delicious. And the queso is yummy. Youll order at the counter & theyll bring you your food. This location definitely has more attentive service than some of the other nearby locations. I wish they would add a few more fun tacos to the regular menu & there prices have gone up from the last time ive been (but thats just inflation). I also still need to come check them out for breakfast. A great place to get a quick bite to eat.

amazing food but unprofessional customer service. I came in the other day to use my free taco cards and the manager took my order, i asked if i could use two and he said no so i asked again if i could use it on two separate orders and he responded with i just told you so i ended up using one and went about my day. Cashier wasnt at the front so had to wait for someone to come and take my order. Bartender wasnt helpful in taking orders. Then it took 18 minutes to get 2 tacos which is pretty absurd. Definitely not quick by no means. I get having shift changes, but staff needs to be better at adapting through all of that. AND the tacos came out cold. Mister fake accent needs to change his attitude as well with his pathetic apologies.

Spent $40 to have cold Queso, cold tacos and tacos that taste like I could ve made them at home for $10. Flies flying around me while I eat as well.
