Maisie has a great team, and they really take a thoughtful approach to working with clients. They really took every element into consideration to help guide me towards my best outcome. Hopefully I don t need them again but if I do, I wouldn t go anywhere else!

My ex and I are amicable and have verbally agreed on final orders. We both shared screenshots with each other from our respective attorneys so michael del rio suddenly and unexpectedly withdrew from my case with only days until mediation. I feel like I wasted 20k by choosing him to represent me.

2nd time using her firm. Michael del rio suddenly and unexpectedly withdrew from my case and we were days away from my final order. Hes left me without counsel days before mediation. Im so upset. This has cost me time with my daughter

Maisie & Michael have been great during my very contested divorce. The team assembled to support was great, meticulous and always prepared. This made a big difference during the process as we faced 2 different teams (due to change of attorney during the divorce process). I really appreciate the emotional support as much as the legal support the team provided to be able to navigate this very difficult experience.

Maisie and her team are exceptional! Due to my high-conflict divorce, I worked with many lawyers, which gave me a clear perspective on who truly stands out. Maisie is by far the most effective. She is forthright, principled, and deeply knowledgeable about the law and child custody issues, thanks in part to her experience as a former amicus. Her communication skills are excellent, and she always made me feel supported. Maisie navigates the court system expertly and thinks strategically to achieve real results. Her support team is top-notch, and they don t overbill. I couldn t recommend Maisie, Michael and the team more highly!

Maisie, Michael and the entire paralegal team were all outstanding to work with. I first contacted Maisies office when my divorce went from an uncontested to a contested one, and they helped me get up to speed and walked me through the first very tough few weeks. I was expecting the divorce to have to go to court, and have no doubt they would have done a great job representing me if it had, but Michael was able to help me settle everything in mediation, saving me further financial strain and heartache. Im so grateful to Maisies office and would highly recommend her team.

I came to Maisie for child custody change because my oldest wanted to live with me. Maisie and Michael Del Rio and the whole paralegal group made the case so easy and seamless that they would be the first group I would recommend to anyone looking for help in there divorce/child custody issues. Never easy to work with and informed me step by step what was going to happen and what was in mine and my daughters interest. I cant thank yall enough for all the help. 10 out of 10 stars.

I had an amicable divorce where all parties were perfectly cooperative, and they still charged me $10k. I figured this would be easy and I would receive most of my retainer. Nope. Divorce finalized Jan of 2023, writing this now (May 2023) because I didnt want to just be some angry guy on the internet. Maybe I would have calmed down and realized the charges were justified? They werent. They nickle and dimed me for my whole retainer regardless of what was necessary.
