The staff at Juice It Up are always incredibly helpful, nice, and friendly! Each time I visit, I am kindly greeted and each team member takes the time to get my order correct and they thank me on my way out. Juuuuiiiiice it up! I love coming here so much! Every smoothie and bowl tastes incredible. My favorites are the raspberry craze and the vital proteins blue smoothie! Is amazing how all natural ingredients tastes so sweet and delicious. They dont add sugar, agave, or turbinado like other places, which is so much better for our pancreas, lets admit? Insulin needs a break.

1 thing I cannot stand. When I make the decision to spend my money, to try a new place and I am asking for recommendations, and why you d like 1 thing over another I expect you to sell the product, sell the brand. I expressed twice it was my 1st time, and I asked about 3 different juices. The response I received was very brief, not welcoming, and ultimately I didn t want to purchase from here today and I likely will not return. 1st impression is everything and this was a terrible 1st.

First off, I wanna just thank the 2 women that were working today. I drove EVERYWHERE to get a smoothie and all I got offered was a milkshake. I was at work at the time (Pool technician class 3) in this heat and when I came in I know I didn t make sense because I been in the sun all morning, but they made sure I got exactly what I needed. TBH they even got me a better smoothie than the one I wanted! I went to this place cause my sister said the bowls were really good. I ordered an acai bowl only to find out the strawberries tasted rotten and a hair was found on top of the bananas. It really grossed me out cause they don t wear hairnets or gloves. I immediately complained and the girl that was working said to come back when the manager was there cause he had stepped out. She didn t offer to replace the bowl or refund my money even with her looking at the hair. She just said again the manager stepped out. I wish I would have gotten her name but I threw the bowl in the trash. This place clearly has no customer service at all and very unprofessional. I m taking my business to Clean Juice that s in Pearland too.

I ve visited this place maybe 3x. It s located in a shopping complex so there s plenty of parking but not always right up front by the entrance. I ordered the açaí berry smoothie bowl. My total was $11. It s really good, the fruit is fresh and the granola is crunchy. Most people get their juice, smoothies or bowls to go but there is seating if you decide to dine in.

Very horrible experience! I showed up 10 minutes before closing time after having rushed 20 mins just to make it, and was told that they would not serve me a juice cause it was too late. It was still during hours of operation and they just didn t want to clean. Will never come here again, there were 2 employees on duty at the time and neither was concerned about customer service.
