Hi, Im not the one who thinks about you nor would I ever want to be one of this company. A&A services has told me that they are super abusive, the same with the clients as with their workers. All the I should not give them a single star since they have told me about the He abused labor that he carried out in conjunction with his lawyer, supposedly with sweetness, he deceived workers and clients, he failed to comply with the laws of the state of Texas and blackmailed workers who were found without legal documents, forcing them to sign documents that were not in accordance, I repeat, with the txas laws every worker has the mandatory right to his lunch hour he has the right after his 40 hour to time and a half pay or otherwise he signs documents to a worker who does not know about laws orchestrated by his lawyer to give up his lunch hour termination of their job labor explained to me if you work hourly you have to respect the right to lunch and pay time and a half after your 40 hours and if you work on commission you do not have to demand work completion time or entry and exit times but I repeat with Sweetness, Asen signs the workers documents renouncing these rights granted by the laws to the state of Texas. In my opinion, it grants me the freedom of expression of this great country. They are a great piece of trash to the company and as employers.

We recently engaged A&A Cleaning Services for a deep clean of our home and unfortunately encountered several issues that marred our overall experience. Despite positive initial interactions, the service fell short of our expectations, leaving us disappointed and frustrated. Our first point of contention arose during the pre-appointment phone call when we specifically arranged for the cleaning crew to leave all doors open to ensure our cats access to their litter boxes. Despite clear instructions and the observable open position of baby gates upon the cleaners arrival, the gates on the stairs were inexplicably closed. This oversight resulted in our cats soiling our mattress, leading us to express our concerns to A&A. Regrettably, our attempts to address the matter with Mona, the customer support specialist, were met with resistance. Mona disputed the existence of instructions to leave the gates open, highlighting a communication gap between the office and the cleaning team. This was further exemplified by the cleaners unawareness of a spare key under the doormat during our absence, which we had mentioned but went unheeded until we contacted the office. The closure of the baby gate directly contradicted our directive to keep doors open, reflecting a comprehensive failure to follow instructions. Attempts to amicably resolve the issue were met with accusations of slander, and subsequent email exchanges included what appeared to be A&As presumed attorney in the CC line, seemingly as a tactic to intimidate. We question the necessity for legal involvement when expressing our rights protected by the First Amendment. Beyond these communication and customer service issues, our $400 investment in the overall cleaning service left much to be desired. The deep clean crew spent less than three hours at our residence, and multiple areas were inadequately cleaned, including the oven window, under the couch cushions, the hallway table, the shower panes, and the baseboards. Our complaint is rooted in the discrepancy between the service quality we expected and the reality we experienced. We hope that a more appropriate representative from A&A will promptly address our concerns. While our initial experiences were positive, our continued relationship with A&A hinges on the effective resolution of these incidents in the future.

We were promised a move out cleaning on a 4300 sqft home. What we received were 2 non-English speaking maids who did a very basic cleaning. The supervisor came by twice to check. We asked about inside windows, cleaning two small chandilers, cleaning wall niches, cleaning doors, cleaning and polish the front door, No, we do not do that. The contract was for 4 hours. It took them 2 extra hours at $45 per hour. So our move out cleaning for $495 now became $585 plus taxes, tips. We even gave the workers a lot of kids toys and items we didnt need. So we have a 60% clean home.We still need to hire someone else to do the right job. This company is deceptive. Please ask a lot of questions and read fine print. 1 Would never use again.

Our large dog had a backside backfire! The Roomba did its job of spreading it like peanut butter on bread After 6 hours of mopping and cleaning the stone travertine floors, I realized I needed a professional with a steam cleaner to get deep into the grout and pores of the stone. A&A what is the first and only place that I called. They sent a young man (who took 6 hours on his own) to scrub the grout and sanitize with a 1,000 psi professional machine hooked up to a truck. When he was done, our travertine looked like it did when it was first installed 14 years ago. Now we are going to wait 2 days for it to completely dry, and then, room by room, seal the floors. LESSONS: if you have pets, NEVER schedule your robot vacuum to run without you present and ALWAYS call A&A first (they have the pro tools and pro skills to restore even the tricky travertine floors).

Ladies did a great job on 12/9. I.called the office after their November cleaning to list things that were not cleaned and that was corrected. My criticism is the window of time for ladies to show up (1pm to 6pm). When you plan for them to show for 1 month in advance rearrange your schedule only to get a text around 4 pm that they are not coming is unacceptable. If I were to recommend AA it would be about the possibility that they might not show up.

After 7 months of COVID, my house really needed some help with the dusting and floors. I had a service prior to covid. My husband was adamant he did not want anyone in the house during Covid. I tried to keep up, but sadly I failed. I researched cleaning services to determine if there was a service I could hire that followed Covid protocol. A & A cleaning looked like exactly what i was looking for. I called them and, after talking with a representative from A & A, my husband agreed to allow this service. We just had our first cleaning. The girls followed protocol, they did a great job. I will definitely have them back on a regular basis.

After posting my initial complaint,A & A cleaning came back out to my house for a redo cleaning. I must say this time was far better than the first. Sandra is awesome as one of their Premier cleaning ladies, she made sure that each room was cleaned to my satisfaction. The owner spoke with me personally and apologize that I wasn t satisfied the first time cleaning, and they followed up several times to schedule a redo. I appreciate their determination to make this right and planning to have them come out again. Merry Christmas I am very disappointed in the services they provided. I called A& A to clean my house, as I had injury to my foot and was unable to do it for myself. The ladies showed up and immediate started. However, after they sd they were finished. The floors werent mopped properly and had smears, they did not get spider webs that were hanging low in the bathroom shower window, lint and dust on picture frames and window sills. I do not recommend them to anyone.

About 2 weeks ago We paid for a deep cleaning and now I m not sure what a deep cleaning is because our house looked exactly the same other than mopped floors and bed linens being changed. Ceiling Fans were not cleaned and are in reach with a step stool. furniture down stairs not dust, baseboards not cleaned and I could go on. They called and asked if we needed monthly service. My wife complains about their work every other day & was nice and said no thank you without letting them know how horrible the actual service was. That s why I m leaving this review. We will not be using them again or recommending them. You usually get what you pay for but not in this case

Theres bad news and theres good news. The bad news is that I found multiple areas in my house that werent completely clean. The house was completely vacant when we had it cleaned, therefore it was easy to tell what was cleaned well and what wasnt. I called to report the issues simply because I know this information is beneficial to a business owner. Thats where the good news comes in. Due to the problems I had, they mailed me an American Express gift card to apologize for the inconvenience. I appreciate the gesture very much.

I was very unsatisfied with the service I received over the phone for a quote on cleaning my home. The woman that took my call was nice but unprofessional in that she stated she would call me back in 10-15 minutes and did not and the second time calling she stated 5 minutes and did not call back within those time frames. If you cannot meet those expectations, please avoid stating a time frame in which you will return the call. When the lady did call back she stated that it would be $250 to clean my under 1950 square foot home, and that was with $20 off...lol!! There are MUCH cheaper cleaning services in the Pearland area that do a great job! This company is trying to gain wealth out of cleaning homes and thats just ridiculous! My advice: keep searching, they are too expensive for the BASIC cleaning services offered!

I have used this cleaning service numerous times. The first couple times I used them, the quality of their work was amazing. They spent time paying attention to detail and making sure things were almost perfect. The last two times I used them the quality of the service was fair at best. They were late getting there and then only did a fair job. When I addressed my concerns with the company they informed me they have made changes to their service which has drastically reduced the quality. In addition, they informed me that the cleaning crew (2 people) were there 5.0 hours for a total of 10.0 hours of cleaning which is totally false. They arrived between 4:00pm and 4:30pm and exited my house at 7:30pm. That is not 10.0 hours of cleaning. The were going to charge me $205.68 for a one story, 3 bedroom house but when I voiced my concerns they offered a $20.00 discount. The service they provided was still not worth $184.03. I live in Pearland and try to use companies in Pearland but will seek other services. Very disappointed in this company that at one time did an outstanding job.

Have used twice and paid the top dollar because I get behind on cleaning. I am surprised the vacuums they bring dont have attachments. They cant get behind or around or under furniture without attachments. I also prefer my 2 blinds be cleaned with sucking attachments instead of being slapped with damp rags, blowing the dust all over. Do you have a crew with a better vacuum? I have been dealing with A & A Cleaning Services since 2011. I know how hard these ladies work and they do a fantastic job!!!!! Of course being human we all make mistakes, but they try their best to make it right when they are made aware of a problem. They call after every cleaning to follow up. I used these ladies many times monthly over a nearly 3 year period. Each time it was a different crew. They started out fine. Each cleaning seemed to get faster and sloppier. By the last cleaning I was done. It seems that so were too they since they took their payment in 24K gold and pearls (~$3000). My mistake for leaving them in a closed but not locked drawer. THIEVES! The administration was very pleasant. They fit me in for an appt last-minute, and that may have been the problem. Two women arrived, and first thing they tell me was, they barely told us to come here just now, as if to say -- we didnt plan on another home to clean, so let us just hurry up...which is precisely what they did. I was gone for 2 hours, and they were gone when I got back. My home isnt big, but it isnt small. Last time I checked, a thorough cleaning doesnt get done in 2 hours. I was given the option of a deep-cleaning, but had had one done not even 30 days prior. So i didnt ask for one. But what I received was your normal wipe-down, vacuum, maybe mop, and placing things neatly. It wasnt until a few days later I noticed they hadnt moved ANYTHING, which isnt good when you want things to get clean underneath some stuff (i.e. dusting UNDER things on the dresser, too, not just around it). Then I realized they hadnt cleaned inside stove, toaster oven, microwave, etc. So I paid $109 for something I could have easily done in 2 hours. Not impressed. But the administrative girls were nice. But nice doesnt clean my house, not for $109.

The crew at AA Cleaning are awesome. they spend spend hours and are very thorough. We have used them for several years now and i would recommend them highly. They saved my marriage, this house is just too big for us to handle alone.

For $180 to clean my less than 2000 sqft home (thats including the $20 coupon), I was expecting my house to be sparkling when it was done. Im the first to admit that Ive got high standards when it comes to a clean house, but I was extremely disappointed with the job A&A Cleaning did. Usually, my problem is companies do well on the initial clean and then slack off, but A&A NEVER impressed me. They did not do a good job at any of the cleaning, but the worst were the floors - they never even mopped! I ran a damp paper towel over the entry way tile and it came up completely covered in dirt. My husband called to complain and the offered to send someone back out. He let them know I had already cleaned the floors myself, and they said they would call us back and let us know what theyd do for us...cant say I was surprised when I didnt get a call back. I will not use A&A Cleaning ever again, nor would I recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning crew.

Poor customer service! My first attempt to hire this service failed due to their lack of communications. The sales rep asked for another chance. When my son and his wife got married, I hired A & A to deep clean their home in preparation for guests, etc. I was very explicit with my instructions, over the phone, saying that I would go over all the details with the crew upon their arrival. They dispatched a Spanish-speaking crew! So, Im on the phone hearing excuses like, Well, thats the nature of our business.... I voiced my dissatisfaction at not being able to communicate to these workers. They promised they would send an English-speaking supervisor to the home in 15-20 minutes. No one showed! My son happened to come by and was able to communicate a little of what we wanted. He speaks only a little Spanish. I asked several times for the owner to call me. The owner never called, instead had her help call me. Will never use or recommend after the way I was treated.
