Jenna is the best!!! We utilize this store for a lot of needs for our brewery and they always deliver. We re able to get high quality prints in record time and they re always so helpful. The store is clean and organized and easy to locate - parking is also a breeze.

Had to return a package and came here to get label printed. Unfortunately, the label in the email had expired, which we hadnt noticed, Nichole was trying everything to help. I had to ask Dell to resend label. Came back today and she was still very helpful and pleasant. Both times I spoke to Nichole and she was a great help!

This is a very unethical and dishonest business location of trying to rip people off. I would not recommend anyone to this location. Today (2/28/2023) when I came to picked up the poster that I have sent to this location on Sunday (2/26/2033), and I was told by the team member whose name is Ms. JoAnn, that I had to pay a Priority Print of $15.00. I explained to her that I did not request the Priority Print because when I sent a digital slide on Sunday (2/26/2023) in the e-mail, and I should not be charged for the Priority fee. Afterwards, MS. JoAnn came back said in a very rude and unprofessional way, do you still want it or not? I asked JoAnn to show me the policies regarding the Priority fee, she randomly pointed to the fee notice on the counter that was irrelevant to the question that I asked.

I like this location so much that i drive 15 minutes to use this location instead of another fed ex near me...because so many advantages: 1. This location has awesome fed ex pick up time of 7 PM CST..wow thats the best right...2. very relaxed and pretty big fed ex and when u say some important documents related to immigration, the employees dont rush, patiently wait ask us to verify all documents,,talk to us so nicely..wow who does that anywhere else?..so guys u guys r best

My Mom died in 2020, due to covid and all the lockdowns and distancing the funeral was even harder. Kinkos was the only place that helped us get a picture printed for her Memorial, the quality was outstanding. My Son then went and had other pictures made and surprised my sisters and myself of our Mom. Thank you Kinkos for helping us during the hardest time of our lives.

THE worst customer service I have ever received for no valid reason over something so trivial from a nasty rude female rep Joanne and almost took my package shipping business elsewhere IF not for the kind and well mannered professional rep JACK which I very much appreciated! Whereas even the manager Brianna was no help after addressing my complaint just looking clueless when a customer is actually upset because of one of your staff members! What a joke - dont waste your time and money here.

Wow. Caught me on a bad day, fedex. Even still, I just needed to scan & email 3 documents. I looked around & no one offered assistance, but I found a workspace with a scanner, but then got stuck trying to email them. Asked for help at the counter, employee came over, clicked a few buttons & said mmm - yeah I dont know. Maybe someone else knows... then left & no one else showed up. Way to go the extra mile for customer service fedex.

Had the worst experience ever when I dropped by at fedex yesterday at this location in Allen. There were 4 employees working and none of them wanted to help. I was waiting for someone to help me for 10 full minutes before one of the employees approached me. I told I wanted a copy made and she took my papers without saying anything and went to the behind the counter open back area where I saw her for the next 7 minutes walking around with my papers in her hand and twisting them and engaging in conversation with the other workers. She kept walking around and talking so I finally asked if the printer is not working to which she replied it s warming up then she quickly want to one of the printers and made a copy of papers. Then came to ring me up and gave me a really high price on what she printed. She printed on the wrong paper and didn t even tell me that she made a mistake. I was already running late and didn t want to get held up more so I quickly paid. And I had to mail these papers out too so I did that. And quickly left the store. FedEx .can you please train your employees on client relation skills. I really don t understand how there were 4 employees working and none were available to me or anyone who was waiting in line.

Had 24x36 mounted posters made same-day for a wedding. They were responsive and were willing to commit to the tight turnaround when no one else was. Only nit was that I separately ordered some photos on 110lb paper, but what I received was much thinner paper. I have a feeling that if Id caught it at pickup, they would have reprinted them. Unfortunately, I was in a rush and didnt realize until later.

Fedex has bad communication and customer service when we tried to have a package returned when there was a missing document. We were supposed to have our package returned two weeks ago. The best we can get now is a call back at best while still waiting for our package to return (still waiting). We cant get overnight shipping return on an overdue return or even a refund.

I went there with A paper I needed (it was an emergency) and Rosa helped me. She looked all the possible ways to convert the paper into a PDF, or email to print it and at the end she screen shot it. It took at least 30 minutes for her to finish and she was always with a positive attitude. She has no idea of how important this document was for me and my family. Thank you so much!

Customer service skill are lacking when it comes to answering the phone with FedEx Allen, please hold Inwas returning a missed call from them that my package had arrived and I was needing the address. 28 minutes and 2 postal centers later I walked into the store still on hold to pick up my package. I was calling to be sure I would be able to pick up my package before closing as I was heading home from work in Frisco.

I get presentations printed here once a week or so because it is convenient to my house. The manager Jennifer is really the only helpful person here. Everyone just stands around and when there are multiple customers, i have seen many employees just walk to the back and do nothing and ignore the line.

I believe the gentlemans name was Doug working at the counter. He was so patient with us considering they close at 11 and we came in at 10:50. Took us some time to get our document to work so he could print off resumes for us, we ended up keeping him there 10 after. But he didnt rush us or anything. He was so nice and helpful. Wonderful service.

The most unwelcoming atmosphere I have experienced at a FedEx. Stood at counter 2 feet away from an employee and waited a full 5 minutes before he said Its going to be a few minutes . No greeting no request for a coworker to assist me, NADA. Second person walked in and asked for a blank label and got back we don t have those anymore with no offer of any other solution. All I needed was tape and a label envelope. Note to self: use the FedEx at Walmart or Stacy road!!!

Very upset with this location. I ordered some stuff for my church at 4:00, they told me it would be ready at 5:00 and they close at 6:00. I called them at 5:45 saying I never got a call back and George said It s hard to call back when there are customers in front of your face . Very rude guy. They made a promise they couldn t keep.

This is by far the best Fedex I have ever worked with. I have gotten multiple items from them over the years, mainly small stuff. This week we were printing a big poster for a trade show coming up, and it was an excellent experience. The staff is very friendly and very efficient. I would go out of my way to go to this location.

Assistant manager refused to give me a refund on a botched print job unless I gave him my personal phone number and address. The transaction was processed minutes earlier, and there was a receipt present (and still warm from printing). Having to explain to a bank why they needed to reverse the charge was, to say the least, an awkward conversation.

This is pretty much my favorite FedEx Office and convenient since I live less than 2 miles away wish they were still 24 hours that was pretty awesome and convenient but they are always so nice and helpful and dont mind when I come in there with my laptops and spread out and just make it my office for however long theyre always really cool. Im going to business professional as well and this is the only place where I will buy my notebooks and portfolios and any kind of materials like that that I carry around with me because they carry such a high quality of these items

Wowee! I dont think Ive seen so many unhappy people in one place. Every employee had the same go to hell look on their faces. Do you have a question about how youd like something printed? Dont bother. I did and I got handed a book and was told they would come back to me when I made up my mind. Well, the book didnt really help all too much as I still dont really know that much about paper, but I chose something anyway. Man, the lady that ended up working on my order was probably more unhelpful than the one that shoved a book at me when I had questions. I asked if there was a time estimate for my job and she said, whenever we can get to it and then walked away. Cool. The quality wasnt the best. I saved my documents in 300 DPI for 8.5 by 11, but was still given grainy prints. They werent terrible, but meh.

Dropped off color printing for copies. Very clean and attractive place. Staff is too busy with their noses in computers to greet you or wait on you. Picking up order was even worse. Waited in line for 15 minutes while two employees worked on computers the entire time and one waited reluctantly on customers. Never a greeting, just whos next. It wont be me again.

THIS STORE IS 24 HOURS!! AND IT DOES EVERYTHING THAT A FEDEX KINKOS CAN DO! I really liked how clean it was and a very nice lady helped me with the fax and she did it with a smile. They have a pic of kids up for their store on another search engine. cute! Everything is easy and up to date.
