I have had nothing but problems with Kelsey Seybold. I received blood test results that were completely wrong, yet they still insisted on charging me for them. This is unacceptable. I ve tried to contact their risk management team multiple times, but they refuse to respond to my calls and emails. Their lack of accountability and customer service is appalling. I would strongly advise against using this hospital. I will also be taking my business elsewhere to a place who cares about me. If you care about your health and your money, avoid this place at all costs.

Firts time, and I never come back, I dont even see a doctor, I have an appointment for Monday, and they called me and rescheduled for Friday. The day before, they called me cause they needed my insurance information , I talked to them and gave it. This morning, on my way to my appointment , KSC called me again, telling me I need to change my dr because my insurance card has another primary dr, they given me another Dr. name, and they said he could see me if I made the changes on my insurance. They gave me 15 min after my appointment, and I arrived at the KSC 10min, before and let them know I was talking with my insurance at 10:01am. I had made all the changes by the time they finished. The lady from the front desk said I have to reschedule again . Why if they called me a day before and I talked to them, why they dont told me that, when I asked that , she said they called me and I dont answer, big liars, I talked to them a day before and they dont said nothing about change dr with my insurance, and they lies when they said I have 15 more min for see dr, if they recording the calls, they have to check it, and see I called back and answered the calls and they never said nothing about my primary dr Reschedule again ? No, thank you! Nobody is going to pay me for losing my work day today, and for the next appointment. Never come back.

10/10 . By far the best care I have received in my entire being .. The clinics are so super clean to start with . They have an app where you can schedule what you need and review your medical everything. I have yet to wait 5 mins to see a physician after arrival and the plus is everyone has been so pleasant .. if you could pick a provider I would definitely recommend a Kelsey Seybold plan

I love Nicole Hunt . She is the best rheumatologist. She is very talented and has very good bed side manners. She listens to the problem very well and helps my mom who has very chronic arthritis. The Internal Medicine of Kelsey-Seybold of Pearland cancelled two of my appointments in a row. The second appointment was cancelled at the very last minute. I had already made arrangements to miss work. When I asked if I could see a different doctor I was told that there were none available until two weeks from today. I have medical condition that needs to be addressed by a doctor. I have begun to look for a different doctor at another clinic because Pearland s Kelse-Seybold service is pathetic.

Did my annual physical today and was seen by my requested PNP-BC, Margaret Roberts. This was my first time being seen by her and I plan to always schedule with her for my once-a- year physical appointment. I take note of wait time since clinics have no problem having you wait forever but will quickly assess fees if youre a little late. I was scheduled for 8:00, and there was about a 25-minute wait, but that wasnt too excessive. Otherwise, the appointment was great!! I will recommend her and Kelsey-Seybold. The entirety of the staff I made contact with during my visit (intensive medicine and lab area) were friendly, professional, and swift. Even with the slight wait at the beginning, I was headed back home at 8:50.

Doctor Tyler young obgyn is the best one I was so scared when I have my first baby and he was soooo nice he always takes the time to answer all my doubts and worries I totally recommend him. Also all the staff there was so nice, if youre looking for an obgyn dr Tyler is the best option I highly recommend Dr. Tyler Young, I had my first baby with his care as a gynecologist and it was the best I could have!! Super attentive and patient and accurate with his diagnoses and care, I would definitely return to him when I have my second baby!!! If you are looking for a gynecologist, do not hesitate to go to him, you will be in good hands. Your group of nurses are also super cute
