The complexities of Workers Compensation are beyond anything I could have imagined. Some of the tasks Kim has confronted included: navigating through ratings, a point system that is morbid (loose half an arm, we pay you X, loose a hand we pay you y), battling insurance companies that are after the bottom line (not being at all concerned with your life), unscrupulous MDs who are willing to lie for a dollar or two, and, the crown jewel, adjustors whose IQs are below zero. That is where Kims job starts. She has offered containment in the face of distress, and frustration, as well as a word of advice that provided hope. And if it werent for hope, I would have given up long ago which is exactly what the enemy wants. Thank you, Counselor!

I am so happy I chose Bailey & Galyen to represent me on my workers comp case. My work injury is overwhelming and stressful but having Kim and Jessica on my side helps ease the burden throughout this process. The young lady who called me within only minutes of requesting a phone call was very courteous and professional. I was impressed by the short time frame I received a call. She was attentive and offered me 4 different attorneys in my area, and she scheduled me an appointment for tomorrow at 9:00 am. She told me her name at least twice, but I have a difficulty remembering names.
