Joe and his team are the ones you want in your corner. They were compassionate to us and our family going through a horrible tragedy. I never want to have to hire an attorney for any reason, but there are thing that happen and the attorney is needed. I talked with several different attornies and their groups. Most promised the world, some told us that this will be easy, Joe never said he could get us the world or that any part of what we were dealing with would be easy. He did tell us that he would work with us to make thing easy as possible, to help us get a fair amount back to recoup losses, and for pain etc. That is what his team did. Even just to cry or talk to they were there for our family. There are so many things that were going on that we didnt know which way was up or down, Joe and his team helped us in every step. He worked with the other parties involed to get the matter resloved. I know that without Joe and his awesome team we would still be battling the other parties. My family and myself if ever needs a personal injury attorney ever again (we hope not) that it will be one quick call to Joe.

Where do I even start with Joe and his team. My family will forever be grateful to them for everything they done for us. When we first got the lawsuit we didn t know what to do. Our family are grateful to Luce Evans Law for taking on a pressing problem that had enmeshed us. They communicated regularly with updates as the situation grew into a civil lawsuit which we gladly filed under the advice of Luce Evans Law. Our trust was based on their legal capabilities and their caring concern. We also anticipated an early settlement. The lawsuit was of two parts. The first part involved sequestration of the object of the lawsuit, a truck, and this was a brilliant move by Luce Evans Law early in the game. In a small way we actually participated in this and worked hard to find and provide a house address that was deliberately concealed by the defense. The most notable relief from this part was the lifting of the liability threat of defendant-caused truck accidents when we obtained possession of the truck from the defendant. This was huge. The second part of the lawsuit was a drawn out process that lasted many more months. The strategy was complicated by a lawyer for the defense that worked pro bono, and it slowly became clear to us that the defendant had little incentive to mediate. This was apparently a rare situation that we felt we could have benefited from by proactive discussion with Luce Evans Law. The legal approach eventually worked and the lawsuit was settled. Overall we are happy with the result because Luce Evans Law lifted a weight that lay heavily on our shoulders and led to an acceptable settlement. We had prayed that justice would be served and Luce Evans Law enabled that.

I highly recommend Mr. Joe Luce and his team I was involved in a non-payment for service dispute where the other party refused to honor their obligation and stonewalled me completely. Mr. Luche took my case knowing that there wasn t much money to be made and that we really needed help to cover medical bills from an unfortunate accident with our then toddler son.
