This is a great event space. I had a family member that had their 16th bday party here and it was perfect. The rest rooms are clean and its enough room to throw a family gathering here. Itll be just right for a pop up shop or a bday party. I really liked it and if i lived closer i would definitely throw something here.

We had my moms birthday party here and was charged $250 deposit and once party was over the guy came over we did a walk through again I video taped and he stated everything was good. I called for my deposit a week later giving them time and they said some wine glasses were missing when I didnt even use their wine glasses because I had someone who decorated and provided her own. Long story short I never received my deposit back and they stopped answering me. I wanted to support black own but I have told everyone not to use this place. They are NOT honest at all! Funny though because they posted videos on my moms party on their Instagram without permission!

I hosted my sons birthday party at Smith Avenue. Venue was perfect and the place was clean as well as nicer than other venues I have been to! Table/chairs are included and the venue was setup upon arrival. The owners were very nice and personable!

We used this venue for my mothers 60th birthday party 4/14/23. We were charged a $200 fee for not rolling the trash out. The venue s kitchen was disgusting when we arrived (see pics below). I called the owner the day of but she ignored my call. But they took the time to come and take pictures of our decor as advertisement for their venue on IG. Also if you plan on renting linen from them, please don t. They don t fit the table s correctly. All of the linen was wrinkled and some had stains on them (they charge you a $65 cleaning fee btw). I had to rent linen from another company at the last minute because their linen wasn t up to par.

I love Smith Avenue Event Studio! Theyre very friendly and helpful. They tended to all our needs and were very open to bringing our vision to life. We will be booking them again for another art show!

Oh my goodness I absolutely love this event center. They were very accommodating, clean, very respectful staff, beautiful atmosphere. I would definitely be doing business with them again
