They accidentally gave me the wrong burger, but before I could even walk up to the counter to tell them, I was approached by (I think but never confirmed) the manager asking if everything was ok. I told him and he apologized profusely and said he would get it fixed in just a few minutes. All I was hoping for was the right burger, but he went above and beyond to make it right. Ive had worse experiences at other restaurants without an offer to even make it right, so I fully appreciate this level of customer care. The only thing that could have made for a better experience was if I didnt have to eat my burger on a gluten free bun, but thats my own fault. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bun available - its not the best, but gluten free rarely is. Its better than plenty of others Ive had.

We really enjoyed eating at Shake Shack in the Shops at Legacy in Plano! The hamburgers are a little small for me, but the perfect size for my wife. Of course, the shakes are great and can be ordered with or without whipped creme. My wife says the chocolate milk shake had the strongest chocolate flavor she has every had! We enjoy eating outside when the weather allows.

This is a 5 star hamburger joint. I held back in 2019 during my first visit this location. But having eaten at their other Plano location several times it is a no-brainer to rate this a 5. I took some interior photos to update the review. We had great cheeseburgers just like at other location. I think this place has put in the tablets to place ones order (see photo) since we came first time. Ordering at tablet is done same way at both locations. Whats best about this location is you are very likely to get a covered parking garage spot right across from restaurant. If you come into Windrose Ave in front of store from Legacy Ave take the first entrance to parking garage on right. When you come down you will exit right in front of Shake Shack. If it is busy weekend or holiday traffic best to go to Legacy West via Headquarters Drive enter garage from north end and drive to south end. Windrose Dr is very very crowded on most weekends.

Im not sure whats going on with the quality of foods here? but lately the burgers have had a strange smell and taste? The customer service was so so ok but always room for more, I am the one who initiated conversation and broke the ice, it should be the other way around like Hello! Welcome to Shake Shack!! with a big smile. The cheese fries cheese were flavorless and the cheese is like a yellow starchy liquid and not real cheese! Today was a failed day, I am sad because I really was hoping for a great burger and fries for lunch! Btw... My pickle slices were almost the size of the burger bun. The burger also looks nothing like the picture on display. Ill return in a few month to rereview and hopefully can update the rating and make it a 5 star review. Lets get that staff retrained team! We usually order to go from the park and Preston location without issues. On Wednesday 6/19 in the late afternoon we were shopping in the area and were starving. I dont know if during the completely self guided order process on the iPad, I missed it, but I ordered the bbq shack and only requested no cheese. For some reason, I got no bbq sauce. I ate it dry anyway. Then we asked for an extra ranch to the manager who brought us our order, but she acted like it was inconvenient for her to have to come back to our table a second time even though she obliged. Wont be back to this location. Parking: There are select parallel spots in front of the shops but usually youll have to resort to the free garage which is a good 5 minute walk.

This location knows how to cook a mean Veggie Burger. This location s crinkle fries have been on target every time I visited, nice and crispy and not dripping with extra grease from the fryer. Shake Shack needs to add an extra pickle button to the order menu. There is no edit button for extras. Great location to eat at.

The food was great. The staff was friendly. The only problem I had was the bathroom floor had standing puddles of water. It was so slippery and my 11 year old daughter who wear AFOs slipped and fell. Luckily she didnt break anything or hurt her herself very badly. That issue needs to be fixed before someone really hurts themselves.

This location has its ups and downs which can be frustrating when it comes to the cost of a meal and the quality you receive. The meal I posted was one of the few occasions they got it right. I went to the front counter and asked if my order was ready in a clear calm voice. I guess asking if my order was completed was too much to ask a minimum wage worker about a $12 burger because I received my food with kinky hair in it. I will report this to the health department. This review is mainly based of the service which was incredible! My family and I dined-in last night and Matthew was so kind and personable. He walked around and checked on everybody not just my family. The restaurant and restroom were both so clean and I also noticed Matthew making sure the actual restaurant(building) was doing and looking good and taken care of the whole time I was here too. They truly take pride in making sure you have a good experience and that is refreshing and greatly appreciated! I asked Renee for his name on my way out. She was also very kind. As soon as we walked in a cashier told us we HAD to use the kiosk if paying with card. Then the kiosk asked for a tip for the kitchen staff. PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES SO YOUR CUSTOMERS DONT FEEL OBLIGATED TO TIP ON A REGULAR JOB. I just got a milkshake. It was a nice and quick bite. Had been for a lunch. Not so rush on a weekday. They have screens when you enter to look and place your order by yourself and choose a table that you like to sit. Food is good. Atmosphere is nice, mostly during evening you will see more of young crowd. The reason for 4 in service is had a to go and to eat for lunch under the same token number. $15 for a shake and a small Burger. The shake was okay but I had to ask for a a spoon because they dont have anything out. The burger was smashed and crispy and small. I did ask for jalapenos and instead of put it on the burger they gave me a side of jalapenos. There was nowhere to get ice or fill a water. Its a stand in line restaurant and they asked for a tip on the credit card machine. The bathroom stall was taken up by an employee most of the time. Originally rated this place 5 stars, four years ago. Today, after the first return visit in years I ll have to drop it down to 3 stars. Not much has changed except, they expect you to place your own orders with new touch pad kiosks right as you enter. The ordering process is easy and has appealing images of each item on the menu. Tap to Pay is the method to pay; presumably you can go to the counter to pay with cash? The irritating part of the visit is the request for a tip. Im not sure if this was standard 4 years ago, but I thought it was an interesting choice for a fast food joint, but also commendable as it says the tips are shared with the kitchen staff. You re then asked to put your name, phone number, and, order number holder into the kiosk. Grab your condiments, have a seat, and, we ll bring your food to you! Off we go! We got a text our order was ready shortly after we got settled, and then heard someone shriek out Order for Michael! Not the worst thing in the world, but nobody the entire time we were there had their order delivered to their table. I tipped because they were promising to go above and beyond and yet they failed to manage that. I don t mind tipping at all, but I do expect the service that is advertised. Otherwise, why make the customer place their own order, enter name, phone number, placard number, and text them, just to shout their name is ready. A normal or great experience was easily turned into an average and irritating experience. A shame for the relative cost of the food.

Shake Shack is pretty polarizing and is understandable with its higher prices and smaller portion sizes. However, the food itself is pretty good. The best things weve had here are the chicken shack and the cheese fries. The fried chicken is very juicy and good quality. The burgers themselves are pretty good but nothing amazing considering the price. The fries are the real star and they are fried very well to get the perfect crisp. The cheese they use is good quality and pairs well with it being overly salty and without getting it too soggy. Its great to try every so often when you are craving the fries but probably not a regular stop for us.
