I normally really enjoy Pei Way, but today was a total miss. The Won Ton soup was disgusting, too salty to even have a second spoonful. $10 wasted. The egg rolls were not even warm, even though i live less than 5 minutes away. The lettuce wraps didnt have enough lettuce, so not all my guests got even one. The edamame was good enough, but it seemed like way less than we get when we dine in. I wasted so much money today, and some of us were not full. We didnt even get fortune cookies to help our bellies feel like we had eaten. Whats the answer? I just dont know what happened today...

This store has blessed us so much today! I come here all the time and the service is ALWAYS spectacular! Today however was over the moon! I ordered delivery and they use Grub Hub and the Grub hub driver basically stole my order! I tried to call Grub Hub but they were no help and lied saying they would refund to the restaurant. I went to the store and explained my plight to the cashier and the manager Marc Anthony was so wonderful! He made sure we got the chance to eat without waiting for Grub Hub to fix their mistake. If only i could rate a -0. This four eyed lying witch did not know how to do a partial refund for fried rice I returned because rice was half cooked and no egg. Fried rice was wet. First, she tells me she would need to go to the back to process the refund for $2.29. Lying witch takes the fried rice but leaves the remaining order. After 15 minutes she returns without a refund receipt. I said mam, where is my refund receipt. She goes to the back and comes out 10 minutes later with an 8.5 x 11 paper with guest refund for the full amount. While my head is turned. She sneaks around me and takes my remaining order and throws it in the trash. I wasnt aware she had done that until I asked :where is the bag with the remaining order:. She says I threw it in the trash because you said you didnt want it. I yelled back and told her she should be fired for incompetence. She was unable to process a partial refund so she returned the entire order and threw away what I had decided to keep. Then she lies and says I didnt want the order. If that was so, why didnt she take it when she took the fried rice. This place is a 3 star restaurant and when I walked in it was empty, not a soul. It looked clean so that indicates they are not busy. Well they just lost another customer because I will not be going back.

If I could give this location to stars, I would. The traveling manager (Marc Anthony) Made this experience wonderful. He was very attentive, refilled drinks and gave us a great history on the restaurant. He also explained that food came in raw and had to be prepared fresh in the restaurant and marinated. I ordered 9 wings and they asked me to pay 1.18 for a ranch . Manager was very rude . Food looked very rushed. Bathroom was very dirty and needed serious cleaning. I order through the Pei Wei mobile app all of the time. I haven t ever had an issue until today. The DoorDash delivery person didn t deliver our meal and didn t answer the phone. I called Pei Wei and they told me to call DoorDash. DoorDash said they couldn t request a reorder because the system wasn t compatible. I called the store back and Marc Anthony was like, let me just make this right for you. He got my order remade and personally brought it to me himself. He got off at 4 but hung around to collect our order and bring it to my home on his way home - on a holiday. I cannot say enough good things about the level of customer service that was given today. I just made an online order thru door dash to this place and it isnt the first time Ive had issues but usually I let them slide. But tonight Im pissed. I paid extra for sides with my order and didnt receive them. I asked for extra sauce for my pei Wei original AND to be extra spicy (you can usually see the extra spices and seasonings when this is added- extra sauce comes in a nice sided plastic container on the side). I got my order from the dasher and opened it up after getting inside and noticed no side of sauce. I thought maybe they added it onto the plate this time. Unh Unh. Chicken looks drier than the Sahara. BARELY any regular sauce let alone EXTRA. I am THOROUGHLY displeased and when I reported it to door dash, all they offered me was a measly $4.60 to constitute when the plate with the extras was at LEAST $14. Then I try calling the store TWICE- NO ANSWER and it was around 8:33 pm when I called. They dont close until 9. Unacceptable. Ive wasted my money especially on a tip to the dasher

Alice at the Pei Wei Pearland Town Center location saved the day! I used an earned reward for a free entree, but accidentally chose pickup instead of delivery (ordered 2 entrees, with one of them being free). I called and Alice threw away the ones that were sitting there, made me fresh ones, and let me order the 2 entrees again for delivery, but gave me a refund for the delivery order. Therefore I only payed for 1 entree!! SHE IS AMAZING! I will never forget this!

We were both craving some solid Asian fare tonight and opted to order food for pickup from Pei Wei in Pearland such a disappointment! We ordered 3 different entrees, an appetizer and a dessert everything was offensively flavorless and just not good. We d normally chalk it up to an off night, but as we continue to read through these other reviews we re starting to think this location has some major room for improvement. Im shocked this place is still thriving honestly. Used to eat here very often years ago. Noticed the quality of the food going downhill so my family stopped coming. Well today my kids wanted Honey Seared Chicken. I was hopeful after seeing all the new menu items. Asked the cashier how the new Bourbon Chicken was and her literal response was Its alright if you get it well done and not the way they cook it lmbo that was honest so I passed. Asked for another suggestion for a chicken dish and she said she didnt know because she didnt eat this smh ok well 2 honey seared chicken bowls for the kids and crab wontons for me. They brought the food over and the portions were so OFF! My oldest got all the chicken in his bowl and my youngest got very little and tons of rice. I asked about the portions and the only answer was We cook the chicken together so when we plated it we just put more in the other bowl ummmm what!?!! Never again. Save your money and your time. Upon our arrival, we noticed that the cashier was engaged in cleaning for a duration of 8 minutes. Instead of promptly taking our order, we were asked to wait, which resulted in a disappointing customer service experience. Furthermore, the cooks in the kitchen displayed a noticeable level of displeasure, glaring at us and audibly clanging pans on the stove. I have been to many locations around Houston, but this one might be my favorite. The food is good, but the same at every location. Every location doesn t have staff like this one though. There is a lady named Alice who is amazing. I know she doesn t remember me when I come because I probably visit like once a month and it s always a to-go order but she s always the one to answer the phone and check me out. She always has such a fun and uplifting spirit. When I came in I probably didn t seem very approachable because I was very tired but she was still so pleasant. Foods good and overpriced. Customer service is good, but they have a C rating probably because the interior looks awful. Its always wet floors and dingy. Not good for eating in or saving money.

I have not been to a Pei Wei in a long time. Went to Pearland location The menu looked different. And just wrong. Broccoli in Thai curry?? Really?? Food was nasty. Brown rice was still raw also bad service. Not a friendly atmosphere. Never will go back to any location

Absolutely fantastic restaurant! Classic pei wei. I m glad they re food was good cause I really talked them up to my wife who had never been there( and this was the first time I had been to this particular Pei Wei) . The food was fresh and delicious. Definitely a great place to eat. The broccoli and beef was especially good! Definitely the star of our meal.

The pei wei original shrimp didnt taste good I dont recommend ordering it. It had too much sauce. However the Thai tofu dish was delicious!!! Had it with brown rice and I loved it!

It was ok. Server was not very polite, the tables were not clean. Cold dumplings, food had very little flavor. The crab wontons and Thai donuts were hot and crispy but they had absorbed a lot of oil.

Waited an hour for delivery, which is fine since it is a rainy Friday, however the lack of attention to the items ordered and accountability to provide good service so the customer gets the right order is disappointing. Half of our order was missing. Do better.

Be careful. I specifically ask for no mushrooms 4/3 , and she repeated the the order to perfection. But the kitchens seems not care or she lied to me. So I m a mushroom allergy and they remade it, my wife had look through again, and found some underneath all the rice and cover with sauce. So she lied or communicated with the kitchen to do something. So cooperate I hope you see this and take action. I use to managed at PF Chang s 2015-2020 and this is a disappointment. I wasn t about to ask for refund cause she would ve not give it to me and try to give something free that I won t take . I hear that line from Buisnesses/employees to much and far to long. Just to cover mistakes that you made.

The best customer service I ve had in a long time. The manager is present, visible & hands on. Very accommodating & polite. She does more than any manager I ve seen. Then again I m not sure if she s the manager but if not she definitely should be. The food was tasty, fresh, and without flaw. Use the app, order online to save, then eat in if you like. Enjoy, will definitely return.

Im tried to get food there for work lunches multiple times. They say they open at 11:00 a.m. Ive been multiple times well past 11:00 a.m. to find them still closed and people waiting outside. Im sure Im not the only one that has not given them business because they cant seem to open at the specified time.

My family and I enjoy Pei Wei. There are new dishes on the menu alongside the classics. The one I enjoy most right now is the firecracker chicken. This restaurant tends to be heavier on the sauce so be sure to customize to your liking for the most enjoyable experience.

Great customer service. I tried the new bourbon grilled chicken on white rice. I was excited because i havent ate pei wei in years. The chicken tasted as if syrup was poured on to it. Very sweet almost like a candy coated chicken. I dont know if Ill be back.

Poor customer service. Ordered my food online for curbside pick up specifically because I had my 3 month old in the car with me. Curbside was an available pick up option online and they had 2 curbside spots at the store. I arrived and texted the number as the curbside sign instructed but no one ever brought my food out. I called the store a few times to try and speak with someone and the phone just continued to ring. I ended up having to get out, get my sleeping child out of the car seat, and get my own food which was just sitting on the counter. This may not be a big deal to some but if you aren t going to actually bring food out to cars you should remove the curbside pickup option.

Ordered from Uber eats and basically everything from here was terrible except for the white rice. Crab puffs - absolutely zero cream cheese. These were -10 stars and had been fried through (oil into the center of these makes them awful). Dumplings - no taste, 2 stars. The reason it got nasty too Was because Uber Eats waited forever to pickup order and caused them to mold together and just mushify....still no flavor at all in these. Bourbon chicken - 3 stars. Absolutely zero sauce with this. Should at least have some sauce and not just be marinated chicken. Because there was no sauce it was very dry, but flavor was correct and tasted ok. White rice - 5 stars. Tasted like white rice . Egg roll - -10 stars. Not really sure what was in this...it was like chicken mush paste but was not really looking or tasting like anything but a dumpster. Some of the issues are Uber eats fault, but my mistake for thinking this was going to even be a halfway decent meal...

Portion of rice seemed small, however the beef and broccoli was hot and delicious. So 3 stars seemed too low. Used their app to order OLO. Polite young lady showed me where to pick up my order since this was my first time at this location. Also ordered a side of noodles with lomein sauce and they were awesome. I see other reviews complain about portion size. I feel the protein was adequate for the price, maybe ensure the chefs are using the right portioning tool for white rice, but still not a deal breaker for me.

Went last night and placed an order for 3 plates, of which one was their new dish, very disappointing. The chicken was hard, dry, and tough. No one in our household ate it. The honey seared shrimp is now a third of its original portion size although the price is the same...again disappointing. As a family we order from here quite frequently but if this is the new standard well be going elsewhere.

Just ordered lunch with my co-workers. Not sure if its just for today but the General Tsos I ordered was not good at all. The rice was not properly cooked. You can feel the crunchiness of the unproperly cooked rice. The wonton soup has a weird taste. Taste like plastic. Never again. Im blaming my co-worker who recommended this place. I will not eat at this location again. I ordered via Uber and did not get what I ordered. I asked for no onions, I got onions. I ordered two crab wontons and I ve got four crab wontons and they were burnt to a crisp and cold. When I called the store, the girl I talked with said That indeed they had given the wrong order to the Uber driver but I had to talk to Uber about it as they would handle any complaints. It doesn t make sense to me. The Uber driver took the order that she was given. In other words the store takes no accountability for the quality of the product and service. Stay away, so far away. There are much better places to eat.

Perhaps one of our best visit to Pei Wei. We didnt realize they closed at 8 pm. We arrived at 7:55. They took our order and even allowed us to dine in. The food was freshly cooked. They even checked on us as they were closing. It was great experience and we appreciate it.

I used to love Pei Wei, but this time around the food just sucked. Neither me or my family ate the food. I got the Kung Pao chicken and it tastes like boiled chicken with soy sauce and it was super salty. It was the worse Kung Pao chicken i have ever had. Needless to say i will not be coming back. Pei Wei you guys have some work to do.

I used to like ordering my food using Doordash from this particular Pei Wei because they are usually on top of things, but today they messed up my order. I ordered extra for my Polynesian bowl plus I ordered cauliflower rice for my bowl; they gave me white rice, which I was trying to avoid. I paid $1.59 more in the app for the cauliflower rice. They even forgot to put a fortune cookie in with the order. I feel cheated. I dont know whether it is new management or new workers, but I am starting to look at this location in a whole new light. [Update] Even though they responded to this as if they cared, they did not do anything to solve the issue. I contacted them using the information that they provided me and they havent done anything to rectify the issue. Terrible at best. I will never go to any Pei Wei location again.

I ve been dining at Pei Wei since they first started popping up and Ive always been a big fan. Their fresh food and friendly, welcoming staff is always a great experience. However, maybe due to covid or because Ive lived in an area that didnt have them for a while, something has changed. The food was mediocre, they got rid of the amazing black tea (their green tea is like water) it was just was flat disappointing. However, PF Changs made very positive changes, 5 Stars for them.
