I order wings here and they were not cooked all the way.. it was horrible! Have lazy workers who are in a rush to seat around instead of making sure that the food is completely done.. who wants some half cook wings? The employees do not wear gloves while preparing food and pick feathers out the chicken with his bare fingers.

Went inside to pick up takeout order. Cashier was sitting behind the drink fridge on top of the counter using her phone. I got my order and checked the food order inside my car. I was missing veggies sticks, so went back inside. While the cashier was handing me the veggies sticks, she insisted that the veggies sticks were in the bag with the dips. I told her I throughly checked the bag and even took out the tray of wings and opened it to see if the veggies sticks were inside the tray, which it wasn t.

I come here roughly once a month. Wings were always consistent, service was suspect. They ve recently gotten a new staff and I can t speak any more highly of the service. Helpful, attentive, patient. I was pleasantly surprised. They communicate well with each other and are very respectful. I know it sounds like an old man review but I have to give the young people kudos when warranted.

Considering the location that this establishment is located, one can expect a good experience. Unfortunately it is in the contrary, in several occasions this wingstop have delivered the most poor service a place could offer. Frustrating enough the staff takes the experience even worse by being unprofessional, including the manager by laughing at the customers and giving fake names so one cannot report them. This has to change. Shift leader 08/05/24 closing manager.

My boyfriend and I went to this wingstop location waited 30 mins for our food then when it finally came out it was the wrong order. They gave our food to people that came in after us. They had to remake our order, we didn t get our correct order until an hour after arriving. On another occasion we called in to place an order, spoke to a guy, he told us it d be ready in 20 mins. We went in to pick up our order and we were told they didn t have an order with our name. There was 2 girls and a guy working, when I spoke to the guy he said he didn t take any over the phone orders but yet he was the only guy there?

I can not recommend this location as it steals money from people by not following though with issuing refunds as promised. I placed an order via the app on March 22, 2024. When I realized it was not the location intended, I called to apologize for the issue and asked for a refund. The employee who answered the phone said a refund would be issued when a supervisor was available later that day, and it would take seven to ten business days to reflect back to the account charged. Im still waiting for the refund, but by now, its not expected to actually happen. (For anyone curious, the amount is for $14.60)

My husband eats boneless. I eat bone in. I hate lemon pepper. Ordered original hot for him, Louisiana rub for me. I got boneless lemon pepper! Called and initially the young lady gave me attitude but then softened once she realized the mistake. They tried to make up with extras because my husband had to drive all the way back to get the right order. I got wings fried to hell. I appreciated them trying to give me more stuff but, I truly was not a happy camper and just wanted good wings.

5:00 PM timed order received. I told them I was there to pick up an order, but it wasnt ready yet. I wasnt in a rush, so I was okay with that. I sat there for about 10 minutes staring at a bag that was still on the counter without receiving any acknowledgment. After a few more minutes, they gave me my order, which was the bag I had been staring at the entire time. Friendly and hardworking staff members provide excellent service, but they should focus more on the clients who are waiting for their orders. Kid-friendliness: No harmful objects around.

I ve been coming to this wingstop since 2020. Once I got food poisoning and after that I stopped getting their wings and would only eat their fries. Recently I tried the chicken sandwich but every time I or someone I m with orders they always forget an item. The one that did it was this past time with my significant other. We now live 20 minutes from this location and at the time was in the area. We ordered and when we came to pick up they said they were waiting on the chicken sandwich.. once they said it was ready gave us the bag no chicken sandwich. So we call and they say they ll honor it. So fast forward to today, I call to redeem & it took a little second but they found it. What really did it was, they told me to give them 15 minutes( I called it in) I hadn t even left my house yet and I had went to Kroger before to give extra time. I get there and they gave my sandwich to a different customer. So I had to wait once again for the sandwich to be done and was given a free drink to compensate? At that point it should have just been a whole meal because now you ve messed up not once, but twice. Safe to say we will not be coming back to this location. Only good thing is, the manger there today I believe he was one was pleasant.

I will not be going back. After my husband ordered inside a family pack with 30 wings and two sides, they forgot to give us 10 wings and the large side of corn. We called and Alejandra answered and said that it s our fault because family packs come in a tray so we should have known if there were boxes inside. Beware of this Wingstop location. I placed a order and the food was HORRIBlE! My chicken was over cooked and the fries was cold. I called in to make the manager aware of the situation and they were rude and nasty. I was then provided with the district managers phone number and she too was very rude. I asked for her name and she refused and hung up in my face. I was told that although I put my food in the trash if I wanted a refunded I needed to get it out of the dumpster and bring it back into the restaurant so that they could use the food to train the employees. When you take food out an establishment and bring it home that will produce cross contamination. So the question I have is, is the food being reserved to customers once it has been returned. A total violation from the Health Department standards. If you plan eating at this Wing Stop please not they may be serving you all food has been returned. If ever wander how Hepatitis A is passed then read this post very carefully and you will have the answer to the question at hand.

I generally don t do reviews. If I could give a 0 I would. This Wingstop is the worst of them all that I have visited. I work in the area and live in the area. I ordered online and requested well done wings and I did not receive well done wings. This is not the first time. I called back spoke to a manager and was advised that the well done doesn t exactly mean well done. You have to request extra extra well done which is not an option online. I requested the contact information for the corporate manager. I spoke with him and was advised basically I m stuck with these wet half cooked wings. I would take them back but I recently had surgery and I am unable to drive. There was no concern or accommodation that was suggested to resolve this issue. Bottom line. Buyer beware. Lesson learned. Memo to myself: Cook your own wings. Posted a picture of the well done in the photos.

Paid full price for 2 combos even though their fountain drink machine was not working. I asked why I had to pay full price if the drink wont be included & the lady said the drink doesnt even come with a combo when online it clearly says dip & 20 oz. drink included. Money isnt the issue, her lying & making Wingstop look bad is. I wasnt the only one with that problem, other customers did too.
