I really enjoyed the food. But the area we sat in was very dirty and nasty. It was a knives on the ground under the seats. And the people werent very inviting. No smiles or greets. The waitress didnt check on us at all. The only time we seen her is when she brought the food, drinks and the ticket. Hopefully they fix some of those things before coming back.

We like to eat out on the weekends as a family to ensure we re keeping up with what s new around the area or just trying places we haven t tried yet. We always end up eating here at least 3-4 times a week and not just on the weekends. This is our go to spot as the entire family has their preferred item here that we love. The atmosphere is welcoming a comfortable, we ve never had a bad experience with the staff, and the food is obviously good. We recently just tried the appetizer Snake bites and love them. Try it if you haven t and make sure there s still some when we get there! You can get anything on the menu and be happy! The place can be loud but I see that as a sign of people being comfortable because the place brings out the best in you. Parking: Parking is only bad if you re entitled. This place is packed because of the quality, if you want good parking go to a nasty restaurant.

Lets call it shrimp skimpi. We eat at TR alot and the food is always great. We had the catfish and it was just the way we like it. Our server suggested a side order of grilled shrimp special for $3.99 so we impulsed it since we were having a small celebration. Three shrimp that might could be called a medium, what a rip off. We will be back but we will leave the shrimp alone from now on.

manager on duty was not caring ..the service was crap the food brought was wrong after waiting 45 min ..then they take it away ..i felt likeca hungry dog getting the food jerked away seems they wanted to up the ticket by bringing food to the table that wasnt ordered ..the steak sauce bottle was completely empty ..the waitress seemed pissed when I handed it to her to bring a full bottle..the manager wasnt caring when we spoke to her..it was busy and customer service was not important..

My server was amazing today. My order was wrong and they took forever to fix it. In top of that my food that they fixed? Was so salty it was the smothered chicken it had never been salty. Manager came by and blamed the server for the order being wrong she didnt even try to apologize. Manager kept saying it was the server fault. This Manager should get a training on customer service for sure. The server kept apologizing she was really sweet. If we ever come back it will be because of that server being so nice. Update: Manager reach out to me and gave me a coupon. Gave them a second chance didnt have any more issues.

First off they tried putting 7 adults at a 6 top. When I mentioned to the manager that isnt going to work because the 6 top booth wasnt even big enough for 6 adults. The manager said its company policy. Lesson #1 from an ex-restaurant manager NEVER quote company policy when a guest is complaining, it is extremely BAD customer service. If that manager worked for me, when I was a manager she would have been fired. Steak came out cold. However our server was in top of everything. Her high level of customer service made up for the poor level of service from the manager. That manager needs to be trained by our server on how to treat guests. Sadly will never be going back to that Texas Roadhouse again.

For anyone who gets on the waitlist Make sure you remind your hostess 4-5 times that you re waiting for your table. Checked in and confirmed via text that my family s party was here. Then after 20 minutes asked why people were being seated long after we had checked in before us She said she sent a text which happened after we had checked in. Then once I brought it up again to her she continued to seat others who had checked in long after us. Horrible customer service experience. She did not seem concerned nor aware we were seated literally two feet from her in the waiting area. Last time we will be coming to this Texas Roadhouse.

Went in for the 1st time for dinner 7/30/24. It was about 530p so it was busy but no wait yet. We where seated quickly and service was fast as well. The rolls are given to you right when you are seated and yes they are very yummy! Kids had simple chicken nuggets and fries, we got chicken fried steak with white and brown gravy. Both very yummy!! The appetizer trio was good too. Kid-friendliness: They have a menu with fun items for the kids and the table tablet. Our visit they did not have canyons for the menu but my kids understood.

Texas Roadhouse is the perfect steakhouse if youre on the carnivore diet like myself! The steaks are very affordable so you can order multiple like I do (3 steaks), skip the carby sides and get the side kicks of grilled shrimp as extras. They are so good at giving me my steaks super blue rare and still raw inside with NO oils, butter, seasonings or salt. The servers and cooks are awesome! They have done so well in getting me my food carnivore style. Dietary restrictions: Perfect place for carnivore dieters!

Its Texas Roadhouse...always packed, usually really good, Unfortunately, this time it wasnt. It was just ok. Ribeye was over cooked and a little cold. Same with the sirloin. The 2 chicken plates were spot on. We figured the steak sat and waited for the chicken. And it seems like the courtesy table visit and refills are becoming more and more less common at many places. We only saw our server to take the order and drop off the check. And that gadget you pay with on the table is screwing the servers. Regardless of the less than par experience, we know the server usually isnt to blame. But give me the option to just push a button and give 20%. The server misses out on my lazy math skills and would have received a $30 tip instead of the 26 and change the gadget offered. Maybe if there would have been more effort on their part, there may have been more effort in mine. None the less well be back. The Margaritas are great!

We were seated in a booth the floor was filthy my house salad had brown and old lettuce in it. We spent the entire time fighting nats. As the booth near us became empty I watched the bus boy sit down in it to wipe the table down with just a towel nothing was sprayed on it that floor was just as nasty and he never swept the floor or tried to pick up any of the napkins under there then the hostess sat another party in the same booth. We tried this place for dinner one evening and were greeted at the door and seated right away. Our server Hannah was prompt on getting our drink order and returning and getting our food order, we ordered the Filet which was delicious. The chili was awesome as always and the Mac and Cheese was tasty. Hannah was very knowledgeable and even though she was very busy made sure we had everything we needed and the drinks never got empty. Two steaks overdone twice. Medium was the order for both, and both were delivered well done (no pink) the first time. The ribeye came back half well-done the second time while the filet came back rare...like still mooing rare! To top it off, the first overdone pair was 45 minutes. The third attempt at a medium filet landed on the table at the one hour mark...medium-well. To their credit, the steaks were taken off the bill, but I think I was low-key asked to leave by the manager when the manager delivered the filet and immediately asked if I needed a to-go box. Our server, Madi was a delight. Attentive and apologetic when things started going wrong with the kitchen.

Great experience as always. My only complaint, and I would have complained if we werent just leaving, is that the music was suddenly blaring because they were going to line dance. Im all for a great time , music, and dancing, but it was so loud for so long that I couldnt converse with my family. I literally had a little panic attack, leaving my family to pack up the leftovers and pay while I hid outside. It felt like I was at a bar on a Saturday night. Just a little too much, for too long, for me. Otherwise, absolutely fantastic!

Great steaks as always, but atmosphere and customer service are just average. During our visit, our side dish order was wrong and we were brought an up charge side dish (mac & cheese) instead of the one we ordered (corn). They fixed it, but didn t take it off the bill until I brought it to their attention. Several times we didn t have our drinks filled for a period of time. When we were walking out there were waiters in the aisle talking and we had to walk around them instead of them moving. We walked passed the host stand on the way out, two hosts were talking, and did not say anything to us like Thank You or Have a nice day . Just little things so if you are looking for a very friendly atmosphere - the place is average. If you want to go in, eat a steak, and keep to yourself - it s really the place for you. The hosts at the front were primarily talking. I checked in and was told to wait while my table was being cleaned. Multiple parties got sat in front of me, understandable it s a Sunday night. When I asked how many parties in front of me they said did you check in with me? My husband and I love Texas roadhouse it has good food for the price that you re paying for a family. The atmosphere is loud and can be very crowded at times, But that s to be expected on the weekends. Due to being overly crowded on the weekends, they need more service. They are overworked for as many people that are there waiting to be served. Our server, Ryan was a nice young man, but he was definitely overwhelmed, but that is totally understandable. My experience that place was phenomenal. The waitresses were so polite everybody that worked there was so polite and make sure you had what you needed and when they got it it was Good no matter what it was. If you want a good steak dinner, Texas RoadHouse is where you need to go.!! Place I have been to many times. We left our phone close to closing time with my wife pregnant and we got home and realized didnt have our phone. We called and they said they didnt see a phone and so I called again to do me the courtesy to check and they said they didnt see it to call back tomorrow. My wife got there at closing time and used her watch to find it and the same girls in the front that told her to find it In where we were eating were holding it and got caught because we located it by the watch. Rockwall location seems to forget to put orange juice in the Jamaican cowboy. It taste like all pineapple juice, maybe cause the orange juice is too expensive. It used to not be like this but started noticing this about 2 yrs ago, so when I order I just ask for orange juice on the side. I don t notice this at other locations. I still love roadhouse and giving good reviews but just putting this out there. When you bring it to their attention they say it s because they make it in bulk, but to me whether in bulk or not orange juice should be orange

In the past, this was an amazing place with top-tier service, steaks, and atmosphere. To me, it has increased in price, lowered in food and service quality, and turned the energetic atmosphere into an over busy, hurried, chaotic environment with poor sound quality cranked up. More decibels wont undo poor output. Now I see dozens of undisciplined staff standing around, not contributing, and realize why it is less quality at higher prices. This could be fixed, though.

I had to send my steak back but I m glad I did because I got the best steak ever the 2nd time. I have been to many Roadhouse and this was my favorite experience. The staff was happy to work as a team. My waitress and the manager visited my table multiple times. Would absolutely recommend!

Great people that work there who are friendly and do a great job on checking with you to make sure you have what you need. The food is good but nothing great for some of the pricing. My steak was cooked right but arrived almost cold which I didnt like. Is this the best place to eat, no, not even close. But its not the worst and they have great service that makes things better. Was told the bar seating was available. We sat down in the surrounding table of the bar. We ordered with the waitress drinks and appetizers . About 10 minutes later some one on the staff notified us that this table in the bar area was not actually part of the bar, and that just every other surrounding table was. Label this table of it is not part of bar.

This is one of our favorite spots for dinner and drinks. The food is always cooked properly and tastes great. Sometimes it can be a long wait to get a table, even if you reserve in advance. The table service is always top notch.

Good basic restaurant. Food good. Although messed up my order a bit. Had to wait quite a while for food. Even at 1:30 in the afternoon. Place is always busy. Daughters order messed up a little. Service was good. Just need to iron out fine details of making sure orders are correct.

Service was like what you want when going for an oil change, where they don t offer you anything and just do what you told them to do nothing more nothing less, the TIP calculates way off, we were paying $32 + charge it showed 20% was $10+ when it should have been $6.55 , a video shows this is happening on instagram or save video on other platforms.

We used the app and were promptly seated on a busy Saturday night. We had a wonderful meal, the service was great, and we left fat full. Cant go wrong with the Ft. Worth Ribeye, but the Prime Rib with the Au Jus was phenomenal. Always a favorite, we will definitely be back!!
