Very helpful staff. something as a parent you may want to know when they sell you the product warranty... it is not a pay once thing, if a controller breaks, or the gaming system, your warranty does work, but you will have to pay another warranty fee on the next item they replace it with. It does not roll over from the original purchase.

Its cool place. Not much people. But sometimes it can get busy. I ordered online but sometimes the USPS dont pick up the packages. Sometimes if u get lucky. U have to wait longer like I did at one time. But other than that. Its good place

They sold me a used controller out of a box labeled new. Either GameStop did it or the ones at the factory. Nobody helped me out at all. Make sure to immediately check if something is new when you buy from this place .

My go to place for one stop game shop. Very friendly and informative staff members. The store is always organized and full stock. I cannot begin to describe how much Game Stop has done for me. Very poor management I placed an order for pick up at 3 pm they sent me the pick up confirmation literally 8 minutes before the store closed I called the store several times during the day and at least 4 more times after my confirmation email and had no answer... Now my daughter gets her present a day late I guess thats what happens when you order online.... Very disappointed with there online ordering system

This used to be one of the best gamestops around here a couple years ago, but once all of the employees got transferred to other gamestops it has really gone downhill. Need to remember the employees are what makes gamestop good, right now they have had very ride people working there and that dont even know what they are doing there, unimformed and everything.

I called today to find out about an older generation console and whoever girl was answering was extremely rude. I asked if these was at the store and she said that not online either. She let me know they don t carry them anymore and I should buy my stuff at a pawn shop. I politely asked if I could speak to someone else because to my knowledge there is always at least two people there and she stated there was no one else. She then proceeded to ask me if I had a problem. I decided to just let it go. They must really not need the business.

They had deals on buying 3 get 2 free but they had hardly anything in stock. Every game I picked up for the switch and the Xbox they did not have it in stock. They had the shelves full but I went and picked up a total of 10 games and my son tried to buy some and we walked out with none. Staff just said well you could buy it online. It looks like Game Stop is at deaths door.

I was looking into getting a new unit and the service I received over the phone was phenomenal. The guy answered my a 101 questions with out any hiccups, excellent service. Couldnt buy an xbox or a Sony, as they were all out but he recommended a blast from the past bundle from their online store, so thats what Im going to do. Thanks man.
