Tastes like any other r&b tea out there so it is consistent. Black milk tea less sugar, less ice 7/10: I prefer milk tea that is pretty dark and also equally creamy. I think this drink wallet is pretty dark. It s not as dark as teatop and doesn t bring the creaminess of share tea. I would put this similar to teahouse. Some thing I would recommend getting here is the Vietnamese coffee. R&B tea House has actually pretty good Vietnamese coffee 9/10. The baristas were nice and the environment was clean. I would go here also to study that has a nice interior design.

Delicious drinks and helpful staff! Stopped by to grab a couple of drinks to go and both were delicious. We had the mango yogurt drink, which is flavored Yakult drink. If you like Yakult then youll these. We also got the Assam black tea with boba and taro mash. I love taro so this was a dream. Their Assam black tea is very flavorful and not too sweet. Boba is also on point. Well definitely be back to try their other drinks. This location has the tiramisu milk foam and Im definitely getting that next time. They also have a passion fruit milk tea that was on tap to sample and that was really great too!

I want to like this place. I really do but they continue to hire incompetent staff and have the worst customer service policies. They continue to take a stupidly long time in making orders. Calling ahead solves nothing. Most of the time they dont make your order until your get there. They refuse to offer accommodations when they screw up.

Good study location, there are plenty of accessible power outlets, however the restaurant is somewhat small with seating for about 27 people. They play a nice assortment of music, but the limited space can make it very loud when busy. It is somewhat cold inside, so bringing a light jacket is a good idea. I had both the jasmine green milk tea and the thai black milk tea with 70% sweetness. There are plenty of choices on the menu and the staff was very helpful with recommendations.

Like a lot of boba tea spots, they also dont use much fruits or natural ingredients for their fruit-based beverages. Hawaiian fruit tea, for example, does use real fruits. Most of their other Fruity beverages use a flavored syrup. You can adjust the ice and sugar amounts. They offer small foods like popcorn chicken, corn dogs, etc. I got the Vietnamese iced coffee. Asked for 50% ice. It was a little too sweet. Rating: 4/5 Overall its a good place to study/work or meet up with someone. The staff are friendly. The womens restroom is clean.

First time here yesterday night and the drinks were great! Milk Tea had a fresh taste not pre-made and tried the Dragon Fruit Mango tea - which was sooooo refreshing. For sure THE boba spot for Pearland now. Since Zero Degrees and Sharetea closed, this is my new go-to! Also the staff were extremely kind and not dry like other boba spots. The Vietnamese Coffee with coffee jelly taste delicious. I work 12 hour shifts and I must say that the coffee keeps me going. It s very rich in flavor. I definitely recommend this drink for all coffee lovers and for my fellow nurses who need that extra push on a grave yard shift. Kid-friendliness: They have a wall of magnet letters for the kiddos to sit and spell some words.

I m a frequent boba tea person. And usually not too picky on my drinks. Ordered the strawberry horchata and the winter melon milk tea. Way too much cinnamon in the horchata my head literally whipped bsck on my first sip .nothing strawberry about it all just some purée type jam that settled at the bottom from the last few sips of the drink. Winter melon way too sweet and not much hint of winter melon. Boba was hard but I guess it s from the end of the night batch since we did come around 830ish.

Good service. I just wanted to note that on 09/07 8:15 p.m., 2 women were recording me and taking pictures of me at this location. Tried this place today for the first time. I ordered the brown sugar boba latte for my 6yo. It doesn t have caffeine. The total with tip was less than $7. The drink is pretty large and EXTREMELY sweet! He didn t finish it all. I took a few sips. It s a distinct taste and the pearls are very good. I ll come back to try other drinks. Ordered the Vietnamese iced coffee and it tasted awful. I m a frequent boba drinker and I ve never had a complaint from other places I ve tried, except this one. I am giving 3 stars because it s the only drink I ve tasted and it s possible their other drinks are better. My boyfriend and I get drinks from here WAY more than we should. I had NEVER tried any boba drinks before dining here, but everything has been delicious and I keep coming back for more. Have been in the search of milk tea in my area and found this place!! I have been greatly disappointed by many boba places even in Chinatown and have stopped expecting much. I consider myself a tea expert and love my milk teas to be on the stronger and fragrant tea side. I tried the Rose Oolong milk tea here and found my all time favorite now. I used to go to Feng Cha for this particular drink until their standards dropped a little. Now, I found this place which is really close to my home and the flavor is way better! Their boba is pretty good too, soft with a lil bit of sweetness, not tasteless like most places. Finally, their grass jelly is really good too considering many places don t have much flavor to theirs. My husband also enjoys their tea and branches out more in terms of trying different drinks.

Updated review: I went on here to review and realized this use to be ding tea. I knew the place looked really familiar. My friends love it here and told me to try. Dragonfruit mango green tea 5/5 Flavor was good. Overly sweet. I would recommend getting it less sweet if you arent a sweet tooth. Love that they have this though. Big fan of dragonfruit drinks. This place was originally Ding Tea, which was my absolute favorite boba place in Pearland. It s now switched to R&B Tea and it s just not the same. I ordered 4 drinks via the clover website and it said it d be ready in 15 minutes but I didn t get my drinks until 30 minutes from when I ordered it. The wait time isn t a big deal. I m more upset about the quality of the drinks. The boba isn t as sweet as it used to be and was too chewy. Ding Tea s boba was the absolute best! This place used to be Ding Tea until they switched over to R&B Tea. Same management and staff but different drinks. We ordered the Hokkaido Black Milk Tea, Taro Stormy, and Dragon Fruit Mango Green Tea. I must say of the 3 drinks, the Hokkaido tea was very tasty. I can actually taste the tea. It was strong and flavorful. I also enjoyed the Taro Stormy. Thank god we ordered at 70% sugar. Otherwise, I cant imagine how sweet it would be at the max level. The egg pudding was a bit mediocre. Lastly, the Dragonfruit tea was all right. It didnt taste that fruity or flavorful so it was a miss for us.. I absolutely loved the interior wall. A genius idea really. It occupied us while we were waiting for our drinks and we enjoyed playing with the tiles.

Drove 29 min there, using toll, to try out the popcorn chicken snack they offer on the menu. Waited in line for another 10 mins. When its my turn I told the cashier I wanted the popcorn chicken, and she replied because theyre busy right now they are not making it. If the item is such a hassle to make then they should just take it off the menu altogether and save people from wasting their time. If its busy, customers can wait. But they will be very annoyed when the availability of an item (that theywthey willing to drive 30 mins each way there to get) is dependent entirely on the whim of the employees. I wonder if thats the managements decision. In that case, unprofessional.

I love this place. Great service, delicious tea. Just a fantastic place to stop to grab a tea. Plus it is confidently located and easy to get to right by costco.

I was so happy when I found Ding Tea! After moving to the Pearland area I had a trial and error with finding a tea place I enjoyed. The first time I ordered was during covid deliveries, the order came during the time frame we were given and the teas were amazing! I ve had the traditional milk with boba, traditional milk with coffee jelly, honey green tea, iced black tea with sea salt cream. All have been so good and refreshing! Staff is always friendly and quick with orders!

Super friendly, fast service! So far Ive been twice, and each time I was greeted with kind and helpful people. They have a huge variety of drinks on their menu. Prices are only slightly higher than other tea places in the area, but the quality is definitely worth it! I got a drink on Valentines and someone wrote Be Mine on my cup. Cute, little details like that totally deserve a 5 star rating

I have tried many different drink options here and I am never disappointed! Drinks are always high quality and consistently delicious. I am also a huge fan of the popcorn chicken. Ding Tea gets way too much of my money !

Tea places like Dings are slowly popping up in Pearland and I am a fan. I went in to this location on the way from Costco and I was greeted with friendly service. I ordered honey green and a jasmine green tea with golden boba in each, lightly sweetened. There was a slight hiccup (training issue maybe?) in the ordering process but, the product was great. I will definitely stop by again soon.....

Best new tea shop in the Pearland area! Great tea and everyone who works there is incredibly friendly. You can tell the owner puts a lot of love into this shop!
