The lady who filed my taxes was rude as she spoke to me with an attitude in her tone. I felt like I was getting spoken down to as if she didn t take me seriously and just wanted to get the process over with. I m never going back here again should have stuck with the guy I found last yr but it was due to my own poor time management I had to go to the closest place to my house. Came back to add the fact that they re such a huge scam. I just found out that my brother has never had to pay to get his taxes done here while I have what kind of double standards is that?

The ladies here are absolutely amazing! Dolores and staff go above and beyond to assure you get great results and to your best interest. This has been my go to office for over 10 years and to this day have never disappointed. Building has good parking and spacious. Office is clean. Lovely place.

Very disappointed. Went to get a quote and they charged me a fee of $109 but not only that the lady that did my taxes did things the lazy way. I got a quote elsewhere and she was 5k off. Don t recommend.

I ve been handling my business account & tax questions etc with Dolores since May 2018 . Called today to schedule my business tax return . And let the secretary know I had been calling for a week and recieved no answer despite voicemail and message I left on her phone . Was rudely told she s very busy and I didn t need an appointment I just needed to go . Great way to treat people . Word of mouth is very strong . Wouldn t recommend , if I could leave 0 stars I would . Don t waste your time and find some more respectful and deserving people of your hard earned money . She could ve at the least apologized for not answering phone calls . People are more understanding when you are as well .

We were told our taxes were e-filed while in the office, even given a signed letter stating so. I come to find out on April 12 - over two week later - from an IRS agent directly that nothing was ever submitted. I spoke with Dolores receptionist(s) 2-3 different times over April 12-13, and left Dolores the same email on her personal and office email addresses with absolutely no response. I later find out she did correspond with a family member who shes friends with that she indeed got my messages, voicemails, and emails. I then spent more money using TurboTax to complete & submit my return only to find out that she submitted it and it was accepted, but she never told us she had done so. On top of that, her calculations showed that we owe $400 more to the IRS than what it should have been, so I now have to wait another 3-5 weeks before spending more time and money on filing an amended return after I first have to figure out what she actually submitted. If youve experience similar non-performance of services, I suggest you look into IRS Form 14157: Complaint - Tax Return Preparer.
