Absolutely the worst service ever last night. Ordered a beer waited for 40 mins finally got my beer. Ordered a second beer after finishing the first. Never got the second beer even after waiting almost and hour and reminding the server that i had ordered a drink, but got charged for it. The employees, were rude and disrespectful, giving the impression that they did not even want our group at their restaurant. We showed love to their business by having are get together there. Even after the trap service we still showed love while trying to get everything rectified. Only to be met with getting kicked out and banned from the location. Thats fine we will take our business elsewhere lile bombshells or twinpeaks they always return the love. Needles to say even before we got banned I would never return to this establishment. Id rather hit myself in the nuts with a rubber mallet than deal with this garbage

Bartender was very rude I asked if I could order a drink at the bar and pay there for it so I wouldn t have to wait she told me she wouldn t serve me and to go wait outside for my waiter who took over 30 minutes to get me a single drink 10/10 do not recommend!!!!

Not complaining. I still ain t everything and paid without saying nothing. I m just sharing my experience with this location For others to read. First off, I did not know Hooters was into killing baby chicks. Wings which there were no wings at all. it was completely all 4 orders of straight drums sticks The Smoked wings are trash, waaay over cooked And no smoke taste or smell. Gave us burnt wings or dehydrated chicken jerky on the bone. For the rest of the wings they are good but the sauce is drizzled or put on by someone Who either is considered a huge conservative, doesn t know how to calculate sauce to wings ratio or just Doesn t care.

When I arrived the parking lot was unlit. When I walked in it took the two waitresses at the hostess stand about 3 minutes to get me (only person waiting) a table in a restraunt with about 4 tables with customers (largest party was 4 people). When I was seated, I waited 10 minutes for anyone to come to my table before I got up to leave. I was in the parking lot and asked another customer if he had a waitress come to his table, because I never did. He said he was a regular and would get me a table and someone to wait on me. He then tipped the girl 20 dollars to take care of me. But they were out of queso...and the dr pepper which apparently ran out when she was filling my cup was still brought out to me instead of changing the dr. Pepper. The burger that I did get was at least good though. And once I was FINISHED, it STILL took about 15 minutes for bill.

Hooters has earned a permanent spot on my banned list due to consistently abysmal service and repeated mishaps. During my last four visits, the service was consistently slow and inattentive, leading to incorrect food orders and wrongly charged bills for others in my party. On top of that, I experienced the frustrating situation of having my empty water glass taken away and not returned until I had to ask multiple times. This kind of neglect and incompetence has completely soured my opinion of Hooters, and I would caution anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience to steer clear of this establishment.

I m 2 years from being 50!!! I was told by a 22 year old bartender that it was state law to ID me. At that point I left , of the idiots serving the alcohol don t know the rules then I m done . This was my very first time getting food from Hooters and will be my last. I traveled 20-30 minutes from La Porte to this location to get takeout. I ordered the chicken nachos and the chicken tender and wing platter. Whenever I arrived home, I saw that my chicken platter was missing the curly fries and ranch that came with it. The chicken nachos were for my husband. He went to take a bite and noticed that there were multiple black hairs in the nachos. He immediately spit them out after realizing that the hair was also in his mouth. This experience was the absolute worst I have ever had from a restaurant. We first attempted to call the restaurant multiple times, and they did not answer their phone. I had to drive out to Pasadena a second time just to get the issue resolved. The manager was friendly and gave me a refund, but that does not excuse the quality of the food.

This is the worst managed restaurant Ive been in a while. Went there to watch the Texans game and only after the game started management didnt plan on a crowd everything went south quickly! I bought a gift card for $50 for Hooters last year in December, 2023. I go to use it today and they can t find it. However, I have my receipt and provide it to the manager. Again, they can t help for some reason. Then she goes on to tell me to calm down and she is doing me a favor for looking into this issue. She was rude. I may not ever go back if this is the management team that Hooters hires.

It took them 65 minutes to bring our order of 10 chicken tenders and some fries. Our waitress was extremely incompetent she was off in another world and could barely speak to us. It was just a really weird experience I hadn t been to Hooters in 10 years and it was nothing like what I remembered. The chicken they brought us was crazy awful it was like the chicken version of beef jerky. Just very terrible and it s crazy we had to pay for this experience. Don t go to this location!!

It has been years since me and my wife have been Patrons of Hooters and I now now know why. Them menu has changed some for good and some for the worst sangria was one of our favorites which is no longer available and the fried pickles no longer come with the signature sauce and it is just ranch dressing. Those things aside I must say our waitress Passion was very attentive and was top notch for what she could provide. Our issue with management blatantly lying to our faces as if we were idiots. The everyday all day special of $4 drafts was advertised but the location had ran out. This in my opinion is an establishment issue not a customer issue and the Manager insisted there is nothing he could do about it. Paying more than $4 beer is definitely not going to break the bank for me but it was the principle in the matter that there was no attempt in trying to make right on your lack of preparation. Definitely tipped the waitress more than the typical 20% that we usually do because it was to no fault of hers but delivery and just compensation for lack of preparation would be great. Or just be upfront with customers upon arrival as that will set expectations early. I worked in customer service for decades and there is always something that can be done even if it is a simple coupon for your next visit to ensure you return.

Placed a Togo order . I picked it up before the scheduled time and glad I checked the bag . After paying $36 they decide to give me 22 cold ice cold boneless wings . The fries were old , hard , stale and cold . Also , zero salt . They only gave 1 ranch for the entire order . I even payed for an extra ranch . So Im currently sitting in the parking lot while they remake the food . As a former hooters girl I m been disappointed. The restaurant is dead and it s 715 on a Thursday. This Location Needs HELP! Went For My Nephews Birthday Celebration And We Had About 12 Of us in our party. The girl who took care of us was so RUDE and impatient Ive never met a waitress with such poor attitude and etiquette. We ordered our food It took about a hour for our food to come out. And it was not very busy for a Saturday evening so I guess that should have warned us from the beginning. Everything is coming out a little at a time I ordered a salad got it and had to wait about 10 minutes before she remembered to bring my dressing. They are serving us wet silverware as they bring our orders to us. After finally getting everyones food out the waitress brings the bill all together mind you we ordered separately so it wouldnt confuse her However she argues that they cant separate checks even though we ordered separately she said the computer didnt allow it so she proceeds to tell us to figure out how much we all owe and take care of the tab that way. It was a complete mess. It definitely took away from the Celebration we were trying to have for my nephew because the service was just terrible. I would never go back to that location after last nights experience they need better management and wait staff.

Ordered within 15 minutes of sitting down (my appetizer and my child s meal) and about 30 minutes later, went ahead and decided to place mine and my husbands order (still having no appetizer or kids meal) and then everything was brought out (except my husbands) all out at once. I was there for an hour before I had food in front of me, including the food I ordered first thing. An hour. And my appetizer came out with my meal, the cheese to the pretzels were lukewarm, at best. And her reason for the delay was because they had to heat up the cheese so clearly, that made no sense. Another 20 minutes goes by and we are still missing my husbands food and we asked about it once she finally came back to check on us and she seemed confused and said She hasn t got them yet. We asked for boxes and they didn t have large boxes or lids to anything we needed. Absolutely horrible service and kitchen service. My husband wanted to have a beer or two and had ONE because she never came back to ask if we needed refills or more drinks.

Myself and a neighbor came in and have lunch at the Hooters in our town and the stereo system was up so loud. You had to scream at the waitress to be heard for your order and we ask two different times for if they could turn down the speaker right over our head and they did for a little while, but it was just too hard to enjoy with music that was way too loud.

Very comfortable place with an upbeat atmosphere. Our server, Taylor, was very nice and attentive. I thought the music was obscenely loud however, and this is a real turn off for me when I cant hear the person 2 feet away from me or when I have to compete with obnoxious noise posing as music from every direction in order to converse with the person sitting next to me. As for the wings, not too shabby! I enjoyed the smoked wings immensely! Since my last visit, they have improved the ranch dressing. Overall, as sports bars go, its a good time! Highly recommended... If you dont mind noise so loud that your ears are numb for a considerable time after you leave, otherwise, take out would be a better option.

I havent been to Hooters in years but they have buy 10 wings, get 10 wings free on Mondays (bone in) and Wednesdays (boneless). They have a huge variety of flavors now. Great staff at the Pasadena, TX location. I have been 3 times this month, and the manager has always visited my table to make sure everything is to my satisfaction. Highly recommend.

Walked in the door and greeted with a smile and courtesy, took a seat at the bar and was greeted by 4 different working waitresses with a Hi welcome to Hooters . Bartenders were busy, but checked on all patrons continuously. Very professional staff and Great Food. We ordered the pretzel and beer cheese and was super disappointed that the cheese was Velveeta. The familiar taste of Velveeta came thru pretty strong. I love breaded wings and love the spicy garlic sauce. I always have to ask for extra sauce, which they charge more, bc it looks like the guys in the back drizzle the sa7ce 9ver the wings with a spoon. There are big patches of the wings missing sauce. Hooters no longer serves carrot sticks. Strictly celery only. IDK, I have given themn2 chances in the last month and not sure if well continue to spend + $50 for such a mediocre food experience.

It was Awful if I could give no stars I would the hostess was really nice and sat us promptly but that was it the place was basically empty and it took at least 15 minutes for a waitress to acknowledge us she brought our drinks, then realized we did not have any menus it took 15 minutes to get those menus because on her way to get our menus, she stopped to clean and set a table, got distracted by something else shiny in the room and then, finally brought us our menus I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt, but then realized she kind of disappeared into thin air As I said earlier, the restaurant was pretty empty and we sat there for at least another 20 minutes then we just gave up and walked out And the whole time, on our way back to the car I m asking myself what could she have possibly be doing? I ve been a waitress and there was absolutely nothing going on in the restaurant, it was not busy the only thing she could ve been doing is either taking a loooong phone call or in the back making or watching aTikTok video, or something who knows??? absolutely horrible!!!

Place was empty when arrived. Pretty much should of known right then on the quality of this place seeing so empty. Had a couple beers at the bar. Decided to order wings and split with a friend. Took a while to come out. Ate one wing each then grabbed a second one along with a foot long hair attached and smothered in the sauce. Out of carrot sticks and blue cheese. Had to get celery and ranch. Don t like either. Only reason for 2 stars is waitress was pretty attentive. Would not recommend going here and would never go back myself. Terrible experience

Literally had to walk out after waiting 40 minutes. Ordered half and half appetizer with one ranch and one spicy ranch two Dr. Peppers. Waitress brings only one drink then 10 minutes later the other. It wasnt busy to justify the walking past us and not bringing what was ordered. Told hostess and hope they fix their issues cause this is the 2nd time we dont stay. Seriously saddened by their attitude.

Man this place has gone downhill. Multiple bad experiences with service when dining in with my family. Oil was old on one occasion, each of the others we encountered horrendously long waits for our food, and poor service. Men, if you are coming with your wife or a family expect to be ignored. Drinks are rarely refilled. We keep giving this place chance after chance because we love their traditional wings. It s one of the only places that still offers breaded bone in. After many bad experiences dining in we figure from now on we will just order pickup and bring the food home. How can they mess that up right? Oh how wrong we were. Wife was treated rudely by hostesses when she came in to pick up food. We got home, and my wife s order which was boneless mild sauced wings and fries was not even close. They charged us for the fries but didn t give them to us. Her boneless wings had no sauce on them, and looked like bottom of the barrel popcorn chicken. When we called and asked to speak to a manager, he said if we came back he would fix it. We live across town, but nevertheless we came back. He fixed her wings, but still forgot her fries. Didn t comp us for anything at all. It s now clear that from top to bottom this place is managed poorly. Corporate really needs to get in here and clean house.

Our waitress was good at 1st, food was good, serving time good and restaurants was clean but towards the end she was near but kept avoiding us or wasnt responding to us. We were not loud, not annoying, and left her a $10 tip though we had to try and keep trying to catch her attention.

I got garlic parmesan wings which was on the menu in the sauces section which means that it would be a wet sauce on the wings. The wings came with little to no sauce on them, and my fathers beer was dirty. Me and my friends had a total of 3 wing orders and 3 fries, they took 55 minutes to bring us our food. Was not pleased with my meal 2 stars.

I havent been to a Hooters in many years. The uniform back then consisted of the orange shorts, leggings and white tank tops. There is such a thing as crossing a line. The new uniform is way to revealing for a place that serves food. Especially where some idiots bring their young children. My experience was distasteful not only because these women had all of their cheeks hanging out of the panties they were parading around in but also because the food was barely palatable. I will not be going back.

Service used to be good before. Came today and food took forever since the manager wants to be holding up the waitresses to take pictures. (Bald guy with the beard). Not professional at all. Got our food after other people who came in after us. Didn t like my experience at all wasn t even a busy night. Totally disappointed.
