Its definitely a place to go for a meal, whether it be during the day or at night. Has a variety in sandwiches, salads, and soups in their menu, or if you want, you can have the option of making your own sandwich through the menu or making your own salad at the well stocked salad bar. Staff are friendly and will bring your food to you when its ready, and they have a variety of drinks from soda to teas and coffee to plain water.

Loved, loved, loved Jasons. I was picking up food there almost every week. Their food is fresh and yummy. Delivery used to be free for a fairly small minimum, but now, according to the person I talked to, the minimum is $25 and the delivery charge is relatively high, and no one else delivers for them. Goodbye, Jasons, I will miss you.

I LOVE Jasons Deli! I do. I really really do. I live the sweet fruit dip. Its the best. Super yummy creamy perfect. I like to get the fruit bowl with grapes, pineapples, and strawberries and dip each beautiful fruit into that yummy dip! So good! Get the fruit and dip. I guarantee its a little taste of heaven. Ok so I love the fruit dip but I also love the broccoli cheese soup and chicken salad sandwiche. This is my go to. I do not ever change my order here. Always this. I can promise this is the most delicious combination.

I remember Jason s used to be a nice place to go, but this one, at least, has the vibe of a cheap buffet. I ordered half of a Carmella sandwich and a side salad. The sandwich looked really yummy in the photo but decidedly less appealing when it came out. It did not look appetizing and was greasy and did not taste very good. I left most of it. (The salad bar was ok, and the brief service was good.)

The food is good, but pick up orders need to be handled better. I placed an order for turkey sandwich at 11:06 AM, I arrived at the store at 11:29 AM, but I didn t get my food until 11:42 because I had to wait in line for people that were placing dine in orders. So for 13 minutes I had to stare at my food on a shelf with a sign above it that read please do not grab food from shelves . This is the only Jason s Deli where I ve had this problem. Other locations don t have a problem with ME grabbing MY own food that IVE ALREADY PAID FOR. Or they have somebody always waiting to handle pick-up orders. I only have a 30 minute lunch so when I finally did start eating at 11:45 I had to eat it very fast within 10 minutes before getting back to work without being late. Please have at least one or two dedicated employees that will commit to pick up orders only. That way pick up customers don t have to wait on dine in customers.

The food is pretty standard for Jasons Deli. Ive never been disappointed in their regular menu, but the thing that really draws me in to Jasons is their soft serve, or at least it used to. Im not sure what they do with their soft-serve ice cream, but some days its great, fluffy and smooth, others (About 2/3 of my last few weekly visits) its just straight garbage that Id expect out of a low rate hole-in-the-wall chinese buffet.

Very racist establishment. I m a Latino myself and I was very disappointed to see someone be mistreated. I also see that I m not the only one who noticed racism at this location. They refuse to acknowledge their black customers before the Hispanics even if they ve been waiting for quite a while. I also notice that they don t have any black workers. One employee even jokingly said, nah my manager never likes to hire those (as in black people). Sad to say the district manager and higher ups must be racist as well. Get back to Mexico if you think you re better than people who were actually legally born here. I ll be spreading the word about this location

The sandwiches were okay I love the muffaletta but the only thing that I did not like what that the bread was toasted on a muffaletta it does not go toasted, please next time ask if they like it toasted. The reason is that it dry out all the favorite of the olive salad.

Jasons deli... this place is like a mature grown folks Subway! You can watch the staff prepare your food in the most crafty way, its almost like a dance that only they know the steps to. My husband ordered the BEEFEATER n I had the New Orleans Muffaletta and a salad from the salad bar. I highly reccomend this place, the customer service is so genuine and polite. The fellow at the register, Roger, was very helpful with his input on the food items they serve. We will most definitely be returning to this place. They also allow free ice cream cones, vanilla, chocolate and the swirl. This really very a fine place to eat at.

We placed our order, paid, left only to return because only half the order was entered and included. Upon returning I was met with a bit of an attitude by Maria when I explained the issue. I explained that Roger clearly repeated the order back to us but, failed to enter it. Roger stepped in so nonchalantly and rerang the order without me having to tell him what it was and recharged my credit card without offering to correct the problem AND without asking how I wanted to pay for my friend s meal. He was able to retrieve my credit card information and add it to the original order when I had cash in hand. He never had my permission to charge my credit card for the other half of the order. He then told me that he was able to add to my credit card THREE times before it gets blocked. This is so disturbing on so many levels. Oh, and allow me to add that the deli was fully staffed however, there were empty tea dispensers and the condiment and salad bar area were filthy!!! HUGE disappointment!!!!

Unfortunately our visit was VERY disappointing. Counting is, there were only three tables occupied and four tables that had not been bussed. The salad bar, which is usually my go to, was so dirty that I opted for a muffuletta. When our food was being delivered a half of one sandwich slid off the plate and the employee attempted to give it to us after she picked it up with her bare hands. My muffuletta was served cold. It truly looked like no one had attempted to clean anything for a while. No. It wasn t because there were not enough employees. It was poor management on hand. So very disappointed! Ive ordered at many Jasons Delis around Texas and Louisiana. I always get the same thing which is the quarter muffaletta special for $9.49. I get the ham and salami, but swap the ham for turkey instead. I ended up paying $15.99 for the special and a drink. They said they had to charge me for salami...its already on the sandwich. And they added an entire half of a roll of salami on it and I ended up having to take it off it was so much. Like come on. Ive never been charged for that before and the lady at the front was rude when I asked why I was being charged when its already on.... She said she had to add it to the one with turkey. Ive been to so many locations and never been charged for that. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. And there was barely any olive mix on it to top it off. Ugh

Always clean . Always good good made to order. My favorite is the plain Jane with no chives , extra butter and sour cream. Add the salad bar , and you will definitely be full ...... The Pasadena location is my favorite , but I hit em all up during my travels.....

I have been coming here my whole life and was pleased until now. We got a bowl of soup, 2 manager specials, and a cheese sandwhich. Some how that now costs as much as going elsewhere for a steak dinner. My 5 years olds cheese sandwhich was $8, then they upcharged for the cheese and claimed the cost was because she got shredded cheese after asking if she wanted shredded and then not stating there was an extra cost. This made a cheese sandwhich for a 5 year old cost $10.I dont want to hear about prices of living has gone up. Other restaurants are not doing this so thats probably were we will go next time. Also, please clean your bathroom.

Just stopped in for dinner with the family. Theyve changed the menu, sort of. The menu board was the same but now there are no substitutions only upcharges. But the problem I have with this is that at no time was this stated as we were ordering our food. We discovered the change of policy as we were looking at our ticket and then we tried to discuss this with them. I felt as though they were trying to cheat me by asking questions that caused the price to go up without telling me there would be an upcharge. What restaurant does that. Im a long time customer that wont be back.

Sandwiches are fantastic. Three soups Ive tried are really good. The salad bar is a disappointing single trip only, but it does have a lot of options to make a great salad.
