Worst restaurant and worst management. I invited my brother and his family to dinner on Mother s Day and when we arrived at a restaurant the waitress told us we had to wait 45 minutes because there was no table. I asked her can we sit outside? She answered yes. We sat down and she brought us the menu And after ten minutes, the manager of the restaurant came to say you have to wait outside and register in the queue in a rude and racist manner. She was very bad and we left the restaurant. It was a very bad experience.05/08/2022

Clint, the waiter we had was excellent. He stayed on top of our drinks and food without hovering. The food was hot when served and the various dishes seemed to be enjoyed by all. There were 5 of us. While the place seemed very busy. There was a low keyed noise level which allowed for us to carry our conversations on normally. It was a Good experience.

The atmosphere is just like any other restaurant but it doesnt matter when you have good company to finish the delicious food prepared here.. You know reading the review Miguel left is really resonate in what I m about to say. I would read if you are on the fritz on eating here. About a week ago I took my girl out here for a casual dinner and I usually do the 3 for me and get the dip trio as a upgrade on my entree. The first time the chips and dip were great and I got a old timer with no thousand island or whatever sauce they put on it and just wanted mustard. Well the dip trio is very filling so I ate my fries that came with my burger and the dips and took my burger home only to find there was thousand island on it but hey that was my fault as well I should have checked. I didn t leave a review because I figured I was being a Karen and mistakes happen. So we fast forward to today and this time I got the same thing and the dip trio my gosh, the chips were stale and the skillet queso was runny and liquidy just the whole appetizer was just very offputting. My entree comes out which was the same way my time previously that I mentioned and I went to eat the fries and today is Monday they had to be the fries from the weekend I ve never had such old fries from a restaurant. But you know I still wasn t going to leave a bad review I get things happen. So being grossed out I just took my burger to go nothing else. An old timer with no thousand island or whatever add mustard. Just now at 11pm got my appetite back from being grossed out went to eat my burger and behold Mayonnaise all over the burger. In a way it s my fault for not checking but I just automatically assume good service because I manage in a service industry environment. With Applebees on fairmont being right down the road and I ve never had an issue with them in years, What am I to do? It s sad really! I feel the kitchen manager has to go or upper management needs to be more hands on the orders going out and food quality because 60 dollars later I have been let down and disappointed in 2 total situations back to back! It saddens me to write this so late but I hope to see better if I do come back. Theres glimpses of greatness for the price and thats the huge attraction but I dont like gambling on quality of food. Im not paying taco bell prices!

Dined here twice in the last month with my family church and food is always phenomenal! The only thing me and my wife get here is the honey chipotle chicken crispers because it s one of the few real food dishes, and they are always good! Comes with 2 sides and the whole meal is pricey but it s so delicious! Would leave 5 stars but I feel like the prices are kind of high, kids menu is great too by the way, service is real good every time we go here, will be back

I was having a rough couple of months. I hadnt left the house in so long. I came for food and drink. The staff was great and everything was delicious. They actually made me smile and I hadnt smiled in a long time. I dont know what it was, but everyone was so nice and their smiles seemed so sincere. It was very nice.

We were here during my visit to Houston,kinder Morgan. We went to chillis after a break for shopping from wallmart and best buy. They have nice bar, awesome food and not expensive. Service is top with friendly staff. Nice place to hangout with family, near to all shopping centre nike clearance store, wallmart , best buy and lot of other stores. Ambience is good and decent area to accommodate big group.

Our waitress was fine. She was nice, she didn t seemed thrilled to be there though, but she treated us really well, maybe she was tired. The southwest egg rolls were probably my favorite thing of the night. They were awesome. I got a burger with fries. The burger was okay, but the fries were kind of cold. I didn t want to be that customer who complains so I just ate them. My girlfriend got the Margarita Chicken and that was really good. We got a mango and black berry tea, they weren t as sweet as I thought they would be, but that s a good thing. I thought they were just going to taste like syrup. So if you re looking for a flavored tea that isn t too sweet, I d recommend those. So, they installed these new overhead lights somewhere in the middle of the dining room and wow, they were so bright. Maybe it was the angle that it hit me from where I was sitting, but it was so annoying. It was an eyesore to a point I was going to ask if we could be sat somewhere else. At first, the hostess was going to sit us at these tiny booths, and I asked her if we could sit somewhere else. I didn t want to ask be placed somewhere else a second or third time so we just stayed. I was pretty disappointed with the dessert. It took a really long time to come out, and I get that, that s okay stuff takes time, but when it finally did come out, it was super over done and not soft at all. I remember the cookie being soft, this one just kept breaking into pieces because it was so hard. You can see in the picture where it s actually sideways it s so hard, it s just sitting there at an angle like a disc. At that point, with the lighting, the cold fries, and the hard cookie I just wanted to leave. We paid, left her a nice tip because none of those things were her fault, and left. Overall, a mediocre visit and experience. I feel this place isn t what it used to be. I don t know if I ll be coming back.

Let me just start off with this, I like Chilis 3 for 11 deal.. there are not a lot of places you go to these days where you get an appetizer, entre and a drink for 11.00+/-, good price for the quantity of food items. We went at lunch time- the food tasted good, nothing was undercooked and/or burnt. The server was super attentive, polite and super fast. The only thing I didnt like were the bathrooms-super dark and the first table we were sitting in was sticky. Other than that it was pretty good.

I have been going to this Chilis for almost 4.5 yrs and I am feeling not respected anymore . It takes awhile for them to take my order. Then my drink refill is not refilled anymore and some say Hi but recently they never chat w me or say good night anymore! I feel like I have a virus and they are avoiding me . I spend about $100 + a week and I have to flag down or wave in the air for some service or get my ticket and to go box they are hiding in the back or chatting w girlfriends or coworkers. Im not jealous or do I even care that they have gf coworkers. I just wish they were recently more attentive to me like in the past. They dont ask if I want dessert etc . I dont know what I did to this deserve this treatment. The only one that recently makes me feel respected is Leslie the day bartender when she works some nights. She treats me respect and asks me if I want a refill to go. She doesnt make me feel bad. T and Lauren are the best and I am gonna miss them. I am not going to except this disrespect anymore all I want is an attentive waiter to have some small talk after a long day at work and to feel respected coming into your store and spending my cash for dinner. The past few times been also getting sick from eating dinner also not a good feeling. So tonight will be my last time in your store. Im sorry this has to come to this but Im done. Miss Josie.

We visited on a Sunday afternoon. We were seated right away and serve came over quickly as well. There wasnt alot of people. The place looked clean and they had three football game playing on the tvs. We started with chips and salsa which we got for free for signing up with them. I ordered the southwest eggrolls as my entrée and my hubby had the triple dipper (substituted the southwest eggrolls for bone in wings). Our toddler had Mac and cheese with mandarins as her side. Everything tasted good and our server was attentive to us. We will visit again and try other menu items. Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu and they give them crayons and something to color.
