It is annoying and enlightening, this establishment specifically has caused me a headache for the 2nd and last time, they did not give me what I ordered, they did not serve me well and I ended up paying excess money for an order that was far from appetizing. The cashier said He repeated my order and I said yes. To a person who asks if you speak Spanish, it is logical to know that you dont speak English well and at the end of paying for my order I explained that I ordered the extra-large specialty pizza that was on sale today and I ordered another one like the one in the advertisement of pepperoni and a chocolate cookie, check the video. I really DO NOT RECOMMEND THE PLACE AT ALL, ending up paying 42 dollars for unpleasant-looking food and with some faces on the part of the staff. It leaves me with A very clear lesson that this place is far below good service. I was going to return and fight but it is something that I dislike, especially why did I wait for my order as it should be and when I received it I left with a very bitter taste in my mouth I really dont recommend going there. Ruined Fathers Day, thank you.

Ordered pizza for everyone on shift for delivery at 11am, the earliest they offered on Christmas Eve. Come 10:50, called store only to hear they never got our order even though I have an order number, email confirmation, and paypal receipt. Everyone was waiting for pizza and wings and I had to tell hungry shift workers on Christmas Eve that there was no food coming. Called IT and they told me because I ordered when the store was closed, they wouldn t get the order. Billion dollar company and you can t take orders unless theres someone there. Plus, the store told me there was an order for one year later, but no my order 2 hours prior did not take. Screw you, John. Fix your system.

Pizza has become like every where else. Use to be really good. But now they skip on sauce and ingredients. Even got someones really old pizza last time I went to this location. Now their online specials are no longer good deals. Went online yesterday and they where trying to push nothing but 1topping pizzas that are way over priced. Would rather got to lil ceaser or some where else that is cheaper for a 1 or 2 topping pizza. Had to go to Pizza Hut last night to get supreme and meat lovers pizza. A PIZZA SHOULD NOT BE $24 FOR 1 PIZZA. That outrageous. I can go to a restaurant and have way better food for that if not cheaper.

Made a order for delivery which was not delivered. Jessica the manager was extremely rude and no help at all. App said it was delivered. Delivery driver said they talked to a security guard, (I live at a home) I have camera at my home as proof delivery was not even attempted at my house or my neighbors. Jessica refused to give me a refund, was very rude and abnoxious, yelling thru the phone at me and over me. It was a 40 dollar order that Not only did I not receive but she refused to give a refund.

The pizza is good and I never had trouble with any delivery driver until today, his name is Julio Moreno and he ripped up my receipt and scattered it in front of my door all the way down the stairs. Okay so I miss you papa Johns! I absolutely love the stuffed crust pizza with Italian sausage, chicken, and pepperoni! My family and I absolutely love the buffalo mild sauce wings and cheese dip! My family and I have been sick and out of work until recently, so eventually I will get to order from you again soon! Here is a suggestion, make the wings a little cheaper please?!? I normally order 4 orders and it is so expensive to order from yall! However, delivery is always amazing, food is always hot, fresh, and makes me want more! Trying to call about a driver position opening and the employees are playing on the phone, one lady acts like she cant hear me and hangs up, I call back and a guy picks up saying funeral home I said yeah this is papa johns Im call to see if you have opening for a driver position? Ordered pizza through the Pappa John s app was told it would take 25-31 min for delivery it has been an Hour and half and still nothing. When I went to track my order it showed it was barely being made. When I called in to speak with someone I spoke to Jessica the manager who was not very helpful or courteous. When I informed her of the fact it should have been delivered over an hour ago her response was she does not set that time and she is short on drivers and could not tell me when they will deliver it at all. That if I did not like that she can cancel my order and refund my money in 3- 4 business days. At this point I was irate and wanted to speak to her direct manager she said to call corporate. So I asked for the area manager she informed me they were a franchise branch. In that case I asked to speak to the owner and his name. She only provide a first name of Zee and did not give a last name because she is not allowed to give out personal information? This location has been getting worse and worse the pizza is good but I recommend going somewhere else, they do not know how to treat their customers nor do they care or know how to resolve issues. Save yourself the trouble avoid this location.

Never had problems here till recently. Tonight was the last straw. Order was over an hr to be delivered (27 to 37 minutes it was supposed to be), and they forgot my sauces that I payed for. Pizza was cold and not fresh. Went out for delivery according to there app at the 20 minute mark, yet took almost an hr to arrive. I live less than a mile from the store Then when I called, the manager was not helpful, only offering to send the sauces back out with the same driver when he got back, offered nothing else. I buy from here a lot but sadly I may not ever buy again after this experience.

So very disappointed with this Papa Johns! My daughter and I wanted pizza, so we ordered from this location and they told me it would be 37 minutes. Well an hour later, its still not here but it showed it was out for delivery 25 minutes ago. Theyre maybe 7 minutes from here. I call the store, the guy says his best driver Justin is on his way and he promises it will be hot and fresh and he was sorry for the delay. 15 minutes later Justin pulls up, I go inside, food is not only cold, (not hot and fresh as promised) but BURNED. I called the store, and spoke with the manager, an hour and 15 minutes to get here, then delivered it cold and burned smh. They offered to remake it, or give me store credit. Took the store credit cause we are exhausted and Im not waiting another hour and 15 minutes for them to redeliver it.

Terrible service!!! They need to send the staff to take some customer service classes....the branch has advertisements on its door for the service in Spanish online and in the store. The ONLY place I have found to offer anchovies as an option on the pizza as a company. This particular store delivered my order faster than time quoted, pizza was hot, and prices are very reasonable. The delivery driver that brought it was so friendly. Considering the circumstances in our world today, he did not seem afraid to be delivering in person. He greeted me with a smile and thanked me. I appreciate that.

Always do a good job of having your pizza done correctly, and ready for pickup at the time promised! I enjoy their pizza and have done business with them for several years. If you have never tried their Cheese Dip sauce, you gotta try it!!!! Its really good.

Unprofessional, the lady on the phone was beyond rude, they got my daughters order wrong the lady had an attitude, my daughter said she would take the pizza and show them, she had an attitude and had a smart mouth and said well We can fix it, but you need to send it back, by that point my daughter was just like I want a refund and the lady tried making it seem like it was my daughters fault They messed up ... then my daughter asked to speak to the manager This Girl HUNG UP on my daughter and so my daughter called back and said umm maam You hung up on me and the girl had an even worst attitude, Spoke to the manager and the manager told my daughter to send him a picture so he could see and fix the problem and will put a note saying she could get a free pizza .... but how exactly is she supposed to do that if she called Papa Johns NOR does she have his number. This place is the worst Papa Johns and I would never recommend this location!
