Great place to eat. The food is really good and the app has amazing prices/deals. The staff are very welcoming and nice. I came in the morning to get my daughter lunch for school. This was my first time ordering from this restaurant, I told the cashier to give me a second to decide nicely. While I was deciding, I noticed the cashier started to get impatient with my parents and I. So at last we ending up making our minds quickly and started to order. My mom asked about a burger and the cashier responded with an attitude saying do you have the app? Then no, its only for the people who have the app only At last we ordered the food and asked if she could bagged one order for us, and the other 3 to eat at the restaurant. She got upset, rolled her eyes at us and started to speak to us very rude. We decided to not stay to eat and told her its ok, just bag up all my orders and we ended up leaving instead. To be a first time customer and to get treated like that is not professional of her part. This place was recommended by my brother and honestly I will not come back. But I will give 5 stars to the other staff in the back tho! Food was good. Other then that, the young lady is lacking in customer service skills.

The food is usually good but today my partner and i couldnt even get through half of it without immediately having to rush to the bathroom. The quality of food has been declining a lot in the past few months and on top of that it is EXTREMELY irritating when EVERY time i order a drink its 70% ice, 10% drink, and 20% air. i get maybe 4-5 good sips in and then the drink is done and all Im left with is a full cup of ice. if i wanted a cup of ice i would have gone to my freezer instead of paying for one. I included a picture of said ice while marking where they filled up my drink. I probably wont be eating here again for a while and the other location is so much better.

AMAZING Customer Service. A drink was missing from our delivery order, so I called the store to possibly get a refund. The employee who answered apologized to me profusely and the manager of the store hand-delivered a fresh replacement meal and drink to my home within 15 minutes. She even threw in a brownie! Purchased a wing and waffle meal which includes waffle fries and drink. I ordered the sprite, but when I got home, the cup was filled with water and ice. No sprite, just ice water. Id give the sandwich a 3.9 out of 5. I got the cayenne and ranch or something like that. Couldnt taste the cayenne, wasnt spicy either. Kinda of a let down in that way. It was a good sandwich though. Wanted a chicken sandwich on a Sunday, realized CHIKFILA was closed, and went here because my husband vouched for them. I was about 7 months pregnant at the time and needed a chicken sandwich. The lady on the other end of the drive thru sounded quite tired but she doesn t work at CHIKFILA so I understood. Got my sandwich, opened up the bun and the lettuce was old (soggy and not crunchy), barely any sauce if any, removed the lettuce and went through with it and took a bite and the chicken was disgusting and undercooked. To be fair this was last year, but I live near by and cringe every time I drive by it. Y all just go anywhere but here, at least for the chicken sandwich. My husband still swears the tenders are good. I ve been deterred.

Ah, Slim Chickens in Pearland, where the only consistency is their inconsistency. Its like a culinary rollercoaster one day youre on cloud nine, and the next, youre questioning your life choices. The staff seem to have a love affair with slow motion, making you wonder if youve accidentally entered a time warp. Some days youd think they were playing a game of restaurant charades Guess what the customer wants! Ive given this place (and several of their other locations) more chances than Ive given my GPS when it makes me take a scenic route. The foods like that friend whos always just okay not terrible, but certainly not something you want to spend every Saturday night with. If youre into surprises, Slim Chickens might be your thing. But if you prefer your taste buds at a steady 100%, this is a no-go zone. Im not sure how to break it to them gently, but Slim Chickens and I are having a its not you, its me moment and its a hard pass for me.

I guess I am a glutton for punishment. I keep going back thinking the food would get better, but somehow, it is worse. I get the lemon pepper wings each time, and they have been inedible my last 3 visits. They are dried out as if they were overcooked and then sat under the heat lamp for hours until the meat is like Jerry, dry & stringy. The only thing that is good is the fried mushrooms. Seemingly, this Pearland location has hired lit of high school kids. Thus, the care for quality of food and service had decreased significantly. But that is managements fault for not training and holding each employee to a standard of quality. I wish I wouldve took a picture, but I didnt think about it until after I threw it away.

I came around 9 10/4/23 to get a take out order. The fries were so hard we couldn t even eat them. I get they are about to close, but you can t just reuse fries all day. Update: came here twice in the last week and the food is much better. The wait times are still a little long for a fast food drive-thru, I still think they could benefit from simplifying their menu. But food quality wise, I will probably come here more regularly. Original review: Got a wrap, sandwich, and box of tenders. Food took 20 min from the time we ordered till it came to our window, and there was only 1 car in front us. The food was mediocre and cold by the time it was handed to us in the parking spot we were asked to pull into. Inside, the kitchen looked extremely disorganized, 4 employees were standing near the drive thru window drinking soda and chatting, other one was yelling that they need the wrap for our order, which it sounded like they hadnt started preparing yet. Overall a super disappointing experience, since Slim Chickens has a more varied menu, is open later than Chick fil a, and is closer to us than Canes, I was rooting for it to succeed. Owner/operator needs to clean house or invest in some serious training, or it wont be surprising to see another establishment occupying that building within 2 years.

First time Ive been to slim chickens! SUPER CLEAN, really nice vibes inside and an easy to read/understand menu. Chicken was different from other spots which is great however the chick sauce was questionable...it had almost no flavor. The fries are absolutely amazing! I was demon for those fries. Perfectly salted and perfectly cut. I paid $9.73 for the 3 finger combo. Definitely worth it considering you dont pay extra for lemonade

I really enjoyed dining here. The whole experience was great. As soon as you walk in the staff greets you and is ready to take your order. I ordered in the app so I just told them that when I walked in. They brought my food out in a timely matter and everything was sooo delicious. The food is actually very good. And yes it is better than raising canes in my opinion. I tried the fried pickles, chicken and waffles, slims club sandwich, slims salad and slims meal. My favorite was the chicken and waffles. I even ordered another one to take home And enjoy. The portions are large and I took a lot of food home for my family because I couldn t finish everything. The staff was so accommodating and asked if I needed anything throughout my dining period. This location is best I have been to. I will be back for sure! Great job Slim chickens.

This was only the 3rd time weve tried Slims, last time was over a year ago, the young man working the counter was VERY friendly & helpful, BETTER than I normally find in the fast food service these days. The wings were fair, not allot of flavor even with the supposedly spicey seasoning rub, the fried okra was just horrible, totally flavorless, no seasoning at all several pieces were to hard to chew, the wifey said the Mac & cheese & the strawberry desert was pretty good.

Buyer beware, the Mango Habanero Wrap is a lie! My wrap had one small chicken strip in it and barely any veggies, so all you ended up getting was a mouth full of tortilla. Its nothing like the picture on the window which distinctly shows two strips in the wrap. It even says so on the receipt (2 strips). To only serve 1 strip for $8 is ridiculous. Employees/Management are taking the Slim Chickens name a bit too literally. I wont waste my time with this restaurant again.

I just used the drive thru for my first time. I was stuck behind a problem customer for over 15 minutes. Even after they received the food and the window closed the problem customer was allowed to hold up the line for another 2 to 3 minutes before moving. When I finally made to the window to pick up my order I asked the staff why did they allow someone to hold up the line for such a long time? Why didnt have the move or go inside? She started chuckling. I asked for the manager and asked her the same thing. She also started chuckling. How does anyone ever become a manager when they purposely allow a problem customer hold up the line for over 15 minutes. Not the sharpest tool in the shed. This place is grossly mismanaged.

The staff is ALWAYS so friendly and super personable! Now .. lets get into the chicken! I tried the new Hot Honey with blue cheese as my dipping sauce and I give it 10/10! I hate big steroid wings, so these are sized right, sauced right and taste damn good! Make sure you sign up for the rewards program to earn points towards free food!

First time I went, we enjoyed the food on 07.27.2022. Tonight, toast was a little burnt and we did not receive our drinks via Uber eats. Called the driver back right away and she stated she would call the restaurant. I called, was put on hold for the manager heard workers in the back ground for 7 minutes. Hung up called back 4 times. No answer. At this point, I just want my money back for the shake and the drink. I am disappointed.

Ordered two of the 8 PCs wings with fries and drinks. When I got home there were only the drumette potion of the wing on both orders. I called to complain and the manager refused to make it right. His words were if you arent specific on exactly what you want you will get what they have. So you cant even get Burger King service. At least there you can have it your way!! Will never go back!! Chicken was raw inside!!
