The park is not bad but the lifeguards whistle at people all the time for no reason. Now I was calm taking a bath and they whistled at me and told me hey boy, dont do that but nothing was happening. The only bad thing about this park are the lifeguards, most of them. They whistle at people for no reason. By the way, they can also find garbage that they dont clean in the pool.

Covered work out station. Great place to get your steps in. Tennis, swimming, baseball. Mile loop. Playground: For all ages. Toilets: Clean. Dog-friendliness: Everyone is respectful and keep their dogs on their leash. Picnic area: Plenty of tables to choose from.

It was sort of fun, but I was surprised that the food court didnt take credit or debit. Because who in their right mind would take cash to a water park to leave unattended while you swim. The water was to cold for the kids to even swim in. Its not heated water at all, which for the price it should be. Maybe they should accommodate the public in that matter.

I like strawberries. Strawberries are awesome. Playground: Its got ground and you can play on it. Toilets: They are indeed roomy and equipped for resting. My daughter loves to play here. We have come many times to see the Pasadena Philharmonic. They have a nice pavilion. Lovely to sit on the hill and enjoy the modern music played by this fabulous group of musicians.

This really is a nice place. Spacious, plenty of areas to just chillax under beautiful trees....maybe try out meditation . Or a surprise picnic for your sweetie-pie. PLEASE pick up yalls own trash! Its just the right thing to do. Playground: Im grown, still luv the swings,spent 30mins on them. These are sturdy in-the-ground sets, with mulch(for when you jump off them) The trees shade the playground so you dont burn your legs. Its nice that the paved trails are Lit & Wide to accommodate THIS is the field teams like the game to be!

the park for running is nice its work out equipment its modest but efficient in comparison to the failures of other more complex and expensive equipments in other parks its playground for childrens its big and has many well thought games and amusements i give it 3 stars just in the fact that its only 1 mile long and the worst part is its pool which is very hard to know when it is open i just cant imagine how much money is wasted in maintenance each year without getting the proper use and profit.

Its so ran down. Not as much as they use to have for kids to play. They have walking trails but my son wasnt impressed. That is a huge area and they need to do more community outreach activities there. Maybe have a spot for babies and toddlers to have a special spot. Have a sensory playground, or if they could keep the crime rate down more get one of those glow and the dark play grounds like Katy has. Not impressed at all.

Great park for the kids. Life jackets provided at no cost. Lifeguards all throughout the day to ensure kids safety and rules were being followed. I would recommend bringing a lock for lockers because they dont have locks.

Just wanted to share about this amazing park I visited. Its such a gem right in the heart of the city. My older brother and I absolutely loved it! The park has everything you need for a fun day out with the family - a lazy river, three exhilarating water slides, and a small but clean pool. What I really appreciated about Strawberry Water Park was how well-maintained it was. It may be small in size, but its definitely sufficient to keep everyone entertained. No matter what age you are, theres something for everyone to enjoy!

The mile loop is mostly shaded and paved pretty level. Restrooms are hit or miss, and Ive not yet found the water fountains. Pack your patience when you visit, its often crowded.

First time coming here and I love the prices. How they re so economical and fun. My only down side is the kids slide! There are two water sprayers coming out of the two sides of the slide and it sprays hard! Almost every kid wanting to sit on the slide (especially my toddler) would cry because water would get in their eyes but over all it was fun

This place is great! We did wish that the water was about 6 in. deeper (its 3 ft.). I had to dump my water bottle on the way in. They will fill it with ice for free at the concession stand, and then you go to the water fountain to fill it. Minor complaints and its a great size when you dont want the overwhelming waterpark feel.

First time going; it was closed with no updated information so had to pay for another cab!; Next time we went it was an hour delay due to the thunder storm!. It seems like a great place for the children and the family to enjoy!. Today we planned on going back; yet another rainy day for us here in Harris county!. Picnic area: You can have a picnic outside if your bold enough to just find a spot in the grass and enjoy the trees the sunlight and the fresh air! Very spacious outside; so no reason to worry about bumping into any other families who may have the same great idea to have a picnic.

Come on Pasadena, the park was full for a Fourth of July weekend and the park was not ready. The grass was high and only the restrooms under the pavilion were open. Which is far from volleyball nets. The lighting was bad near volleyball nets. But we love the park and its location so we go back. Hopefully next time we can see. Happy 4th!

Very clean, small but sufficient for a day out with the family. Great for all ages. Plenty of lifeguards on watch. Things to note: cannot bring any outside food or drink (even water), NO coolers allowed. Come early or ahead of time as there is a line to wait to get in. They accept cash and card payments. MUST bring proper bathing suit/ swim trunks to swim NO TSHIRTS or JEANS or BASKETBALL SHORTS permitted in the water. There are concessions available for purchase also.
