My grandpa and I go for lunch specials, which are way more than reasonably priced. $11 for a drink, fries, and an entree option (I usually get the 10 boneless wings). Ive never seen it really busy, so I cant say much for the atmosphere, but food and service are always spot on. Servers are attentive and management seems nice too. They also have a ton of flavor options for the wings. My favorites are Parmesan Garlic and Nashville Hot

If i could give zero stars, i would. We walked in and were completely ignored. The only person to speak to us was a worker that walked right past us, grabbed her food from the kitchen, walked by us again and said its open seating, and sat down and started eating. We sat down, and were ignored again, despite being seen by every employee currently in the room.Then we left.

I came to this location with my adult IDD client for an early dinner. He was not happy to be there and started to have an episode inside of the restaurant. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were ok and asked if there was anything I needed. There wasn t hardly anyone in the restaurant but my clients screams did startle some that were there. The staff wasn t afraid, they didn t awkwardly stare, they tried to HELP - no questions asked. Me and my client left about 3 minutes later and I called in my order instead. The manager, Jessie took my order and we went on a car ride to deescalate my client while they prepared our order. When on the phone, Jessie let me know it wouldn t be an issue for him to bring the order out to my car, if that made things easier, which it did. He kept his word and I obtained the order without my client having another break down. I am still amazed about how accommodating they were and so helpful when things could ve been different. Inclusion matters. Acceptance matters. Kindness matters. THANK YOU JESSIE Btw the food was amazing and fresh!

We used to eat here all the time, and did the other day only because we has a gift card. Every time we ate here, service was terribl, no matter how busy or slow they were. We ate here 1 to 2 tines a week; we stopped eating here sometime last spring. We could tell nothing has changed. Will not be returning here again. If my boss gives me another gift card, well just have to find another location.

Tried to place an order through the app for a promotion BWW is offering. Didn t work. So I called the local store to see if they could clarify/help. Wow-customer service skills are a joke. First she says okay just order it and we ll add the extra six for free when you get here. I proceed to remind her for the second time that it is a delivery order since I m not driving at the moment. She says oh ok well since that s the case it s actually because you just can t use that promo today. Then she starts talking to her coworkers about how I m ordering on DoorDash-doordash was never mentioned, ever. From the beginning I said I was using the app. So long story short, they do not honor their promotions, customer service is really terrible, no resolution provided and really only made things worse. I advised to whoever was not assisting me that we d be placing an order elsewhere but we really wanted wings.. they just won t be from here. Sucks that a restaurant that has the word WINGS in their name all over the building, website, app-can t handle a simple order for just wings. Also, I might as well note that the last time we did pick up food here the service was crappy and the to go server was rude to me as well. Two strikes is enough for me, we won t be giving them a third chance to be rude and contradicting. Hopefully they get new management and new training and find ways to make customer service a priority. How I was treated tonight is how this or any business will lose customers. I hope the calls are recorded. I hope your GM reads this, reaches out to me and I hope and pray your GM is level headed enough to know his store needs MAJOR changes!!

Horrible service. Bad food. Getting worse. Last time we left after standing by the hostess desk for 5 minutes (literally) and no one came to seat us. Even had servers on the floor and they ignored us. Place has gone downhill big time. They need a change in management. We used to go at least once a week... not anymore. Food has gotten bad too. Wings are chewy, cold, and dont have enough sauce. Cant even keep your beer or tea full. ..... No I will not fill out a form. I already completed this review. You have the info. Normally when I visit, the female bartender is nice, polite, friendly and efficient at her job. But on 10/7/2023 there was an Asian bartender and he is complete the opposite, did not get all of my order and then completely rushes me by giving me the tab without asking me if I want anything else or checking to see if everything is alright.

When it s good it s good, but when it s bad it s terrible. Over the years, their service has gone downhill. I went yesterday with my wife and we never got a server. We were seated quickly and then waited 15 minutes without a greeting, water, etc. it wasnt busy at all. The tables around us were getting their food and drinks, yet we couldn t even place an order. Eventually we just got up and left. Worst part is, the hostess said thanks have a good night completely oblivious to what was happening. I used to love BWW but the prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. I really can t justify any more second chances after this

Literally the WORST place to go on your lunch. Got here 1213 it s 1242 and we re STILL waiting for our food, they didn t even take our order until 1235! Finally got our food at 1248 literally a hand full of people at this place atm! If short on staff it would be nice to know ahead of time if that was the case. Very disappointing. The lady didn t even bother to ask if we needed anything refills/anything! Very inconvenient for those on lunch break during work hours. This is the second time this has happened at this location. Very frustrating. Next time I ll make sure to read reviews before hand.

Came in for some wings, beer, and cheese curds. Beer was good. Lots of good options on tap. Bar tender could practice a little on pouring a Guinness, the head was a little too much. Cheese curds were great. Perfectly fried and the sauces that it came with were really tasty. Wings were meh. Some of the skinniest chicken wings Ive ever seen. I started going to Pluckers instead because of this but came back to BWW to see if theyre better, but theyre not. Youd think for a place with Wings in the name, theyd take the effort to order from somewhere that gives decently sized cuts. Also: that is not General Tsos sauce. Its like a spicy plumb sauce, but definitely not General Tsos. The waiter was very friendly and helpful, but weirdly didnt bring us waters without us asking. Were eating hot wings, water should be a given. Atmosphere is fine. Its a sports bar. Everything looks clean and tables and chairs look well maintained. It seems brighter than the last time I was there which is fine.

The lack of any decent soft drink hit hard. Usually Id get a beer, but today I didnt want alcohol, and lacking Coca-Cola, I asked for Sprite or 7up, but instead was offered something called Starry no idea what thats supposed to be. Then there was an extraordinarily long wait to be served our food. Lots of other small niggles, like having to ask multiple times for napkins, etc. The one bright spot was our server, Reese that was friendly, had a lovely smile and endeavored to do the best to make the meal pleasant.

Food tastes good but the portions have clearly been modified when it comes to the boneless wings. Paid for 10 and got about 7, the others were just small breading chunks. Service was terrible, sat there for about 5 minutes then asked if we had a server. Apparently our server had been walking around the section just not acknowledging us. Was friendly, but clearly was clearly taking his time. Not sure if it was an off night or what, but probably wont be coming back to this location anytime soon..

We want to like it :( the good: wings and tvs. If you re sitting in the bar area it s not terrible. The bad: dirty and dingy at all times. They have carpet in the main dining and it s always gross looking. Staff is slow and typically not friendly. Food is fine not great. Wings are smaller than other establishments. Kid-friendliness: If they are small and going to be running around. I wouldn t come here. Carpet is gross.

This place is awful. Seems very dated and the floors were dirty. It needs more natural light in the place, I felt like I walked out of a casino when we finally left. Buffalo Chicken Tots were okay. Bone in Wings were luke warm. My Titos soda had a lime that looks like it was cut from last week. What kind of dumb bartender thinks that looks presentable? Definitely not worth $70+ for a couple drinks, appetizer and wings. Third experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings and never again. They need to get with the times and refresh.

BE AWARE!!! When using Uber Eats or Door Dash to order wings from this store they give you the SMALLEST wings with hardly any meat. This is not the first time either. I have ordered here quite a few times and its the same story. However when you dine in you get the pretty and meaty wings. This is a common practice Buffalo Wild Wings uses all the way up to Chicago.

This is the cleanest restaurant I have been in this decade. From the hostess wiping down menus to servers and management cleaning tables. Tons of tvs to watch which is why the restaurantwas chosen. Went on Saturday and they put MLS soccer on for us but we could also see college football. Wings are good. I am not a wing person but love spicy food so I got the hottest flavor and the mango 3rd hottest. Wasnt as spicy as I expected but have a good flavor. The chocolate cake is a hard pass. It wasnt heated up (I had the ice cream in a separate dish) and pretty dry. I found the front door facing 407 really crazy. No parking on that side so I got a nice tour of the building because I didnt know where the front door was. I get they thought it was a good idea for advertising but I would have put the door on the patio side so people could find it. Server was nice just took a long time to get the more drinks - beers (didnt sit at the bar so they could have been really busy but the restaurant was only half full) and I had to ask for a refill of water and this is after spending 3 hours there.

Golden Coral has better service than what Joseph provided. We had to wait 20 minutes to get our beer and that s after I reminded him. He did ask if I want another and got our food order right, so that s the one thing that went right. Paid for everything and as we left didn t say anything as we left. We tired to give this kid money but clearly he didn t care. We ve been here multiple times before and it s been average but today was just absolute garbage.

Update 2022-09-17: Beware they are now charging a takeout fee if you pick-up your takeout plus asking for tips (again, for takeout). Also, check your order for accuracy before you leave. I was suppose to get sauce on the side but didnt get any at all. Update 2022-01-13: I hadnt had boneless wings in a while but got some today. Unfortunately they werent that great. Barely any lemon pepper on them. Also lots of tiny pieces. Down rating to 4 stars for this lackluster experience... but Im glad they still have the BOGO deal on boneless wings. If I had paid full price then I would have been very disappointed. Original: BOGO deals are good and my last carry-out order of boneless wings and wings was super-hot and tasted good. However, website ordering could use some improvement (easier to use, more intuitive, get points back immediately for cancelled rewards, address some online payment problems, less obtrusive messages & notices, etc.).

Too many employees standing around yet we were constantly waiting on our server. Didnt get our drinks right. Condiments not on table. Price vs quantity too high. Make sure to ask for semi quiet seating so they can ignore you and put you right next to a table full of kids! 2nd time we have tried this place, not impressed. Samantha was the worst server! Never had a moment to stop and see if anything was needed. She was qui k to set stuff down and turn around and leave. To top it off she even did it in front of the GM, and he didnt seemed too surprised either, even after something was said to him. Jennifer the bartender is awful. Don t bother to complain. Her manager Kyle backed her up. Service is bad, food is awful and Jennifer and Kyle attribute it to no staff if you can t provide quality service CLOSE!!! They seemed very overwhelmed and understaffed, go to another location, the people working here don t care about you or quality.

I usually love every Buffalo Wild Wings I visit with the exception of this one. We went on a Sunday afternoon about 3pm and it wasn t that busy however it took 10 mins of us standing there and asking someone for help to get seated. I m use to sports bars having loud TVs with sports on it comes with the territory but OMG when we got set at a table the speaker was right above our head and we couldn t even hear each other talk across the table. We had to ask twice if they could turn it down some. Then we waited another 10-15 mins and no one came to our table to get drink orders. I then had to get up and finally ask someone if they could get our waitress. We went ahead and put food and drink orders in at the same time due to how slow they were. It took a while for the wings to come out and when they did they were extremely overcooked and gross. Barley had an sauce on them to the point there were like half pieces of the boneless wings on both sides missing any sauce. I would say that I won t be returning to this buffalo wild wings and I sure hope they eventually get it together here.

We came in today, Thursday at around 9:30-10PM. We saw it was busy and expected a wait because of it.. we were a party of 7. We saw 2 parties of 10 be seated before us and they came after us When we approached the host about the issue he tried to fault someone else for it.. once we asked for corporate number EVERYONE was super nice and trying to get us to obviously not call corporate. We waited for about 45 min for nothing, we left and got wing stop instead, no one else was open and they just wasted out time. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

We visit this location at least once a week, and also an additional time for the weekday lunch deals. The lunch deals are priced great and the service is great! Our weekend visits are also pleasant. Wait staff is great, orders come out in a very reasonable timeframe. Upbeat atmosphere, clean restaurant and always more than one manager very present throughout.

I do uber eats delivery but this was the first time ive picked up at this location. The staff were overwhelmed it seemed. Several of us stood there for at least 10 minutes and no one acknowledged us at all even though they were walking by us. I cant say for the food but the service certainly needs attention. The parking was awful also the lot was packed and the spaces were tight so if your driving big truck be prepared it will be difficult getting in and out.

I went on bogo boneless Thursday at 4:00 PM. I ate these right outside. The wings were not even warm, and they were dry. I should have just thrown my money in the garbage, which is what I did with these wings after trying one of each.

Horrible Experience. Waited over an hour after they took our order just to be told you cant order all flats or all drums on a Tuesday. Then they proceeded to let us know they didnt bother putting our order in since they didnt know what we would want. Not once in this over an hour wait did they communicate with us or even give us the chance to order something different. Their manager Jennifer is absolutely the rudest person ever. Not exactly sure how she is a manager. Her customer service is horrible and she shouldnt talk to people the way she does. Avoid this place!
