I have had neurological issues for 15 + years. Most doctors follow a set pattern of meds and little else. Then I went to the institute. Met Dr Palvadi and she was incredible! I was feeling very alone dealing with my problem. She was incredible. I felt as if she understood what I was experiencing. She always takes the time to listen which is rare today. I cannot recommend he more to anyone w nerve issues and other problems. The staff is also great and the whole process doesnt feel rushed. My quality of life is exceedingly better and owe it to Dr Palvadi and the institute. Awesome place and people!!!! A recommend!!!

Dr Palvadi was caring and took time to listen to all of my problems and set me up for multiple testing which actually helped diagnose me and led to surgery which I would have never had known if not seen or cared for by Dr Palvadi. Now not only am I seen by her but also my husband!

Dr. Praviti always listens to my concerns. She doesnt rush through the appointment as if Im just a number or someone she needs to hurry along so she can get to the next patient. She really has best interest in mind and takes into account if I have any reservations taking the time to explain things. She also tries to help with insurance issues. She is very good about getting back to me with any immediate concerns I have even on non-appointment days.

The visit with Jessica was extremely productive. We addressed not only my seizure issues but also the migraines that I suffer from. Saw a recommended neurologist in Webster but he didn t want to look at MRI CD as he only reads the report. I went to see Dr Fayle. He was amazingly patient going through each image back/forth explaining the anatomy of the brain, what this/that meant. I ve learned so much what s going on in my brain.I am glad to see a Dr who didn t treat their patients as too stupid to understand the MRI. He took time asking a lot of questions and told me how he came up w his diagnosis.

I had back and neck xrays ordered by Dr. Van Owen on a Friday afternoon at 2:15 and was expecting the results the following Monday, however to my pleasant surprise had the results on my patient portal the next morning. Of course I had to google the results, but the office will call me Monday morning. This, in a nutshell, tells me a lot about Dr. Van Owen, and I wouldnt have any problems sending my family members to him.

I was sent here by my Neruoligist and I had to make an Appointment to be seen and I was very comfortable with the medical person I saw, and they had me try on before ordering, and I they were very helpful and they said that they would check my insurance and they would contact me if they had any questions or if I owed anything. Anyway, I had my follow-up appointment and I was very happy and I highly recommend them for any of your orthotics that you might need.

Im leaving this 1 star review because Melissa Miranda is a rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional receptionist. I called over 2 months ago and made an appointment for my dad to be seen by Dr. Eberle because we have heard that she is very good. We have been trying for OVER A MONTH to send my dads medical records to her office... at 5pm the day before my fathers appointment we received a phone call from Melissa rudely saying that they never received his records and will be cancelling my fathers appointment. Its not our fault their fax machine doesnt work! Despite us waiting so long for this appointment to see Dr. Eberle, she shouldnt have called the evening before about this situation... The main reason im leaving this review though is because Melissa was extremely rude on the phone when talking with my father about the fax records and blaming us because she has apparently not received them. She wasnt considerate or even willing to try to help fix the problem. Dr. Eberle may be one of the best neurologists in the area, but her office staff (Miranda) lacks severely with respect and communication. We will be going elsewhere.

1 star because of the rude receptionist Melissa Miranda. I got there to drop off my mother in law for a visit, my younger kids where there as well for support since she struggles when she walks. The first thing Melissa Miranda did before acknowledging my mother in law to help her sign her in for her visit was to loudly and rudely state that KiDS COULD NOT BE IN THERE and they would have to wait outside . There was no Good Morning no how can I Help you and she was not welcoming at all. Melissa was also very impatient with her with the sign in process, and seemed to be very upset once she find out my mother in law was 15 minutes late for her appointment due to traffic, as she walked shaking her head towards the back to ask the Dr if she could still be seen. Melissa Came back a few minutes later to let us know Dr agreed to see my mother in law, again re stating very loudly BUT KIDS WILL HAVE TO WAIT OUTSIDE . I understand the office have rules, I work in healthcare myself in a hospital and there are times when we have to remind our clients the rules within our facility. However, we have to ensure patients and family are treated fairly and respectfully . Melissa Miranda clearly lacks customer service skills, does not look happy with her job and I would strongly encourage management to adress her behavior, as it negatively influences the reputation of this practice. No complaints regarding Dr and nurse.

The ONLY reason I m giving this place two stars is because I have liked my doctors so far. My experience with getting an appointment for my Botox injections has been nothing less than ABSOLUTELY ASININE. I called BACK IN MAY to make an appointment to receive my injections. I was informed, after being bounced around for a few days, that an office visit was first needed as it had been over a year since I d been seen. I agreed, and then they told me that Dr. Eberle was booked solid until AUGUST. I was NOT happy (obviously), but what could I do? I made the August appointment and was also put on a list in case something opened up sooner. I never managed to get in over the summer. The beginning of August rolled around, and I noticed the messages from their office had stopped, so I called to confirm my appointment with them ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT I WAS NOT ON THE SCHEDULE!!!! They asked me who I d spoken with back in May - like I remember that!!! I told them I d been receiving texts from their office all summer to try and get in sooner than my SET AUGUST APPOINTMENT. They apologized a few times. Was I given a NEW appointment?? NO. Was I squeezed into the first available slot that worked for me like MOST offices do when THEY are in error? NO. I was placed BACK on the waiting list and told to call in when I received a notification of an appointment that worked for me. My Migraines are returning now with more frequency, and I told them that. I am beyond angry and frustrated with this office.

I would like to compliment the reception staff that helped me at my 2 visits June 14 and 15th. They were kind, courteous and helpful. I would also like to compliment Miss Kelly, my infusion nurse! She helped me get my insurance company to expedite my financial approvalso I could get started ASAP. She went above and beyond and even dtayex 30 minutes after closing to get me started on my infusion. I cant tell you how much I appreciated that!

Tried calling as new patient. Rang 12 times put on hold for 25 minutes so hung up. Called later, rang 26 times no answer. If this is indication of patient treatment, shop elsewhere.

We have been under Dr Monday s institute for over 20 years and she was always able to help my husband after brain surgery and his problems. I highly recommended them to everyone and even took my mom when no other doctor could help. But since Dr Monday has left the care has fallen so low that it seems they don t have time to deal with your health problems and most of the time they don t answer phones, return after message left or can not seem to send refills after pharmacy calls and then you have have to call several times to get action even when insurance needs information. Happy that Dr. Monday got a greater position with Medical Center because of her knowledge and caring but her reputation is going down with the practice still under her name.

I have been here for 6 years and I agree that it has gone downhill since Dr. Monday left. When I had my stimulus check I specifically asked the receptionist because I thought my co-pay was higher and she said only $35 and now theyre hitting my credit report with collection fees when they could have been paid the day of my visit if they had known the real price. Insurance processing seems to not have proper training. Dr. Palvadi has been great, the other staff need better communication.

I have been seen at this office for 15 plus years. When doctor Kimberly Monday left this office has gone downhill. Adding charges that shouldnt be there and not informing you until you arrive.

I absolutely love Dr Palvadi. My previous 2 neurologists walked out and didn t tell me they were leaving so when things went south with my health, I was stuck. I got in with her the next day and she s been the best doctor I ve ever seen. She cares about my health and my opinion and works well with my other doctors also. The infusion center they have at this office is also wonderful. The nurse is cheerful and does magnificent IV stocks. It s been a wonderful experience with all of them.

My Mom came in for a visit becasue she had trouble walking and standing. At this point we were tired of seeing doctor after doctor saying its her arthritis and now Dr. Fayle. I thought he was going just brush us off because she was 72years old and seem to be having aging issues. To my surprise he came in and after about 10 minutes of questioning and testing she was diagnosed. I honestly wish they could clone your spirit and help train the new textbook doctors to view the symptoms. You did not allow her to diagnose herself. She felt welcome in his office and of course the office staff was great!!. Thank GOD he had the withitness and knowledge to push her into recover. Thank you again Dr. Fayle for an awesome experience and saving my mother.
