Never a problem ordering unless its through their app or online. I request extra canes sauce through delivery or for pick up on the app and this is the third time I was charged and didnt receive the extra sauce just hoping to bring it to someones attention! Other than the small issue, everything else is great!

I came here with a Free Box Combo coupon I got at a UH football game. Already happy, and the food did not disappoint. The food came out fast and everything was really good, I wasnt skimped on fries either. The workers were all really nice and helpful too! The place was clean, and actively being cleaned while I was there too. Great place, great atmosphere, great food. Would come here again :)

One of the best places to go when you re feeling the late-night munchies. Even though we haven t gone in a while, the food never fails. It s always so delicious. We saw pulling up, how busy the drive thru line was but it was moving fairly quickly so we didn t wait long at all. We ordered The Caniac Combo with extra fries, Texas Toast and Cane s sauce. For the drink, we went with sweet tea and a side of ice water. The person at the box and at the window were very friendly and polite. We appreciate y all! I m probably the only person on the planet who doesn t like canes. My kids love it, and they always want to go. But I m just underwhelmed. Maybe if the fries had more seasoning? Maybe if you got more sauce? I don t know. But for a chicken place for me it s all right, for my kids. It s the number one first choice anytime I ask where they wanna go.

The food was okay, the chicken finger didn t have any flavor and smelled weird the only thing that added flavor to it was the sauce, also the canes sauce was a little too small for 4 chicken fingers and fries with bread toast, if you want a bigger sauce you can get one but it s too expensive and it s a waste of money because it s too big. Lastly the food looks WAY better than it tastes.

This is Saturday May 18th, 2024 and I stopped by this Canes to purchase dinner for my son after the movies at AMC around the corner. We decided to do the drive through and after ordering our food we approached the window to pay and what followed left our minds blown away. The vehicle that was in front of us just paid for our meals, just like that. My son and myself were left dumbfounded and speechless as the vehicle drove off. We wished we could talk with the people in that vehicle to express our gratitude for that very kind gesture. We cant express enough how humbled and honored we felt. My sons birthday is on May 21st and I told him you see how God works in mysterious ways we list expect and cant comprehend. I dont know whether that customer will ever get to read this review, and if he and or she does, we pray for God to bless you and your loved ones abundantly and continue to make this world a better place to live in ! Also the Canes team were also honest and transparent to let us know and give us the gifted food. That an amazing team that are to make a difference and bring a smile to customers faces ! Girl at first window told us receipt printed out front. Apparently they didnt charge us for the right order, even though they told us the correct one at the first window. The girl at the second window told us that next time we should wait for a receipt, even though it wasnt our fault that they told us to pull up to the second window. A guy who seemed to be the manager set things straight though. Still, the girl at the second window made it feel like it was our fault but they were the ones who made the mistake.

What the heck happened to the portions? The chicken fingers arent even half the size they used to be, the Caniac Combo had only 5 fingers instead of 6, and when I asked for unsweetened tea (they took the order with a person walking around at the drive thru for whatever reason) they gave me sweetened, which I only found out when getting home. Whomever got hired recently needs to be let go. Well, maybe it doesnt matter, my wife doesnt want to come back.
