Going through a green card application process, or any kind of visa request in the US can be a daunting task for any individual. My wife and I are both college graduates, but we didn t study law, so trying to figure this out on our own seemed like we could easily make a mistake and therefore get denied. We were recommended Goshal Law by a friend from work. It turned out to be the best investment ever! Looking back, the whole experience was smooth. We called and emailed the lawyer. We prepared all the paperwork to the best of our abilities, before our first in-person meeting. Before that meeting, we had good communication over email and text. During the meeting, she was kind and let us feel we were in good hands. After the in-person meeting (which turned out to be the only one we needed), the clear and fast communication continued via text and email. We received the Combo card, and only a month later, we received the happy news that the green card was approved! My experience with Ghoshal Law was amazing. My mothers green card was approved in less than 2 months. Mrs. Snigdha Ghoshal knew exactly what documents to send along with the application and sent all the documents along with the application and the green card was approved in less than 2 months. During that time, she was very responsive to my ignorant questions I had about the green card and other VISA questions and answered them so that I can understand. My mothers case was slightly different than all other VISA holders and I was not expecting such a fast result. Snigdha was a great help in navigating the Green Card waters (stormy ocean, more like!). The GC process has become much more difficult lately and Snigdha has kept track of all changes and potential problems. My wife and I got our Parent-of-US-citizen GCs recently and I have two bits of advice for GC applicants based on our experience: 1) Hire Snigdha as your immigration attorney - she is knowledgeable, patient, compassionate and will get your GC done if at all possible. I have bugged Snigdha with many emails and questions throughout the process and she has always replied patiently, in detail and was always correct in what she predicted. 2) This is very important - if you get an Interview Notice, take Snigdha along. Yes, it is an additional expense but very much worth it. You have no idea what the Immigration Officer will ask - in my case he was off on a fishing expedition but Snigdha politely pointed out that none of what he was asking was even allowed under immigration law - he said he would refer the matter to his supervisor - my GC was approved later and my wifes as well after some more time. Best of luck to Snigdha and her clients!
