If I could give less than one star I would. I am down over $20k and they didn t get anything done, and continually find a way to charge $1000-2000/week without anything getting done. Beware! This company is a complete scam, not legit at all, couldn t even serve a subpoena to a roofing company, basically worthless and put me in a much worse place than I started. Gave me bad advice from the beginning to the end of the case, just a shame, terrible experience. Wish I would ve never heard of this company.

I never knew working with a law firm could be so easy! My company was in need of updated contracts. They made the process clear and simple utilizing technology to communicate effectively. I had the pleasure of working with Keydra for my contracts. She listened well and helped inform us of things we should consider that I never thought of. Dont be deceived by the initial friendliness you may receive when youre paying your retainer, because its fake and fleeting. Customer service was 5 star worthy while they were invoicing excessive amounts for the minimal services required. When it was time for me to have my retainer returned, the TRUE character and culture of Cromeens Law Firm became disappointingly apparent. The lack of professionalism, the dishonesty guised as bad math, coupled with my having to send multiple emails requesting what should be considered basic human decency; was all enough to determine I nor any law firm I am affiliated with, nor my family, friends or even my enemies will ever be referred to The Cromeens Law Firm. And to think....they were a referral from another attorney. What a poor representation of how a law firm should treat a client. Karalynn, if this isnt what you intend for your clients to experience, heres your heads up.

Worst law firm , our entity is mistakenly being put a lean on for a business in new braunfels, me and my husband have been trying to have them fix the issue for over 2 months now, I was promised an email 2 days ago to confirm that they are removing us from this miss still nothing, they wasted our time and their client because they are sending everything to us instead of the correct destination of the responsible people. I would never trust such a law firm!!

Beware the Cromeens Law Firm is greedy. They will charge and charge you with no resolution. Their main intent is to make money off the client not fight for your case. We hired them to represent a lawsuit for our company and ended up spending more paying them than settling our case! Kathleen Cromeens was extremely rude and unprofessional when we expressed our concerns of the mounting charges. She threaten to charge us $10,000 out of pure spite!

Our construction company contracts were very generic and needed to be better written to protect both us as a company and our clients. Cromeens Law Firm took our original and re-wrote the contracts for us. They were very knowledgeable in construction law and researched our state laws. We are more confident moving forward knowing that our contracts are well worded and will recommend anyone to use Cromeens for legal services.

The Cromeens Law Firm assisted me with a residential legal matter due to the ice storm of 2021. During my consultation, I already received the utmost professionalism from their team. They collected information, provided a preliminary assessment and multiple plans of action to meet my needs depending on the route I wanted to pursue. Communication never failed. So as long as I provided them with the information they needed, I felt they proactively proceeded to execute their plans diligently. I own a small, artisan bakery. From 2015 to 2019, we were supplying our products to an airport food management company that works closely with United Airlines and manages United Airlines upscale restaurants in Terminals C and E. The management company failed to pay me for more than $10,000 in products and ignored my demands for payment until I engaged The Cromeens Law Firm. Jonelle Oldacre was the attorney assigned to my account and she was terrific. She pursued the management company and negotiated a settlement with them, which included clauses for attorneys fees and interest if the management company defaulted and breached the settlement agreement, which, of course, they did. Ms. Oldacre filed for a summary judgment and we were awarded the outstanding balance, interest and attorneys fees. Ms. Oldacre then filed to garnish the management companys bank account in an attempt to force them to pay the judgment. Ms. Oldacre pursued the management company, had their bank account frozen and created enough of a headache for them that they finally wired what they owed me. Ms. Oldacre kept me informed at all steps, offering sound advice on how to proceed. I felt I had a powerful ally during this stressful event. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. I hope I never have to go through this again, but if I do, I will engage The Cromeens Law Firm again.

I just spoke with an attorney in the practice by the name of Jessica Mora. Never have I spoken to an attorney that was so up front, informative, helpful, knowledgeable, and above all, kind. I received a citation related to previous Company that I used to be a member (back in 2017), Karakynn s company was the Attorney for Plaintiff stated in the letter (that means I am the opposite side) so I called Karalynn to explain my situation that I have nothing to do with the specific company anymore, she was really professional and kind enough to discuss the letter and clarify some questions that I had.

If you have the chance to search for other firm, do it, this people are thief, i spent over 11k to try to collect 5k and the unprofessional people they have, lost the case even when i have pictures, email , notices of lien on time, evething to win the case, and there answer was judge dont understand Texas law, dont work with this people specially Joseph Munoz, they will charge you for this guy learn construction law, he is not a construction lien lawyer, they will charge you for his multiple mistakes , i still fighting with this people to collect my deposit. Ps. Joseph Munos it not from Houston, even you hired the firm from Houston he will run your case and they will charge you his trip from san antonio to houston over $1,800 like it your fall they dont have lawyer in Houston, I ask so many questions i never received any answers, ask for this people degree and education, they will not answer.

Karalynn and her team at The Cromeens Law Firm are a best in class law firm. As a small business owner, we just want to put out our best work to serve our customer. As the build-out of our second location were under way, we realized too late that our General Contractor was not going to finish the project even though we have paid all his draw request. It was a mess, but having The Cromeens Law Firm to help us navigate the due process really help speed up the process of getting the project completed and all the sub contractor paid for their hard work. We first met attorney Courtney Stricklen when she was out in the community and approached us about the amazing ways that her firm is committed to helping small businesses- especially those in the real estate industry like our own. It just so happens that we were receiving very poor service from our current attorney on our very 1st bad tenant eviction. The entire closing process was hinging on this eviction and we would go days at a time without getting any responses or feedback requested from that attorney on the process. Attorney Stricklen immediately responded to me, set up an appointment with us and Attorney Cromeens who is Partner at the firm. They gave us counsel, answered questions our current attorney neglected and made us feel that there was light at the end of the eviction tunnel! Spent +20k for a case that was never settled over a year span. I ended up moving the case to another attorney and it was settled in 3 weeks for only $300.00! After I moved the case to the other attorney I got a huge bill for 46k from the Cromeers office. I will fight the lawsuit to the end. We had struggled to find a firm to review our residential remodeling contract. Although we felt very confident in our contractor who came highly recommended and has a solid reputation we wanted to make sure the contract was reviewed by an expert. Given the scope of our renovations and the sheer volume of homes impacted in the Houston area by Harvey we knew we shouldnt take the contract lightly. When we got in contact with Courtney Stricklen at The Cromeeens Law Firm we knew right away we found a firm that knew this space. We were pleasantly surprised at not only the speed of the services provided but the depth that was covered. Courtney went well beyond our expectations. The review was organized by what they deemed most important or those items that should be non-negotiable and went all the way down to what we may wan to consider but not necessary. Explanations/rationale for each recommendation along with suggested language was provided. Courtney made this daunting task so much easier and without a doubt, gave us peace of mind. I would not recommend this law firm. When you hire a professional you trust that that person is going to help you I dont believe this was not the case for me. I am out around $3000 and in a worse situation from when I hired them. I am a college student and just got married so we dont have a lot of finances and I clearly expressed that to the attorney on my case. I showed them areas that I felt they had been redundant and charges that should have been charged. The attorney said she would give me back some money then later recanted on her statement. You dont want someone who cant keep their word representing you. The owner acted very unprofessional in my opinion when I explained my situation to her. She responded with an attitude and said I was free to leave. A very different tone from when I hired them. Dont make the same mistakes please read the reviews before hiring an attorney. I have since found a good attorney to help with my case. Everything is going good and this has been a good season for me. You live and learn. I would not recommend these lawyers. When you hire a professional you think that person is going to help you. In my case it was not like that. I spent about $3000 and Im in a worse situation since when I hired them.
