This location has gone downhill. How are you gonna run out of Kolaches at 7:40am? I asked to fry a fresh plain donut for my mother because she cant have glaze, and the woman taking my order got an attitude about it. I still got donuts for my family because they are happy with the food quality. Please do better. Thank you

Usually love Shipley Donuts and choose them over other shops. Apple Fritter was burned and dry. Dozen donut holes was only 11. And prices were above the norm. Go to Snowflake Donuts instead.

Went in to get my son 2 dozen sprinkle donuts for the last day of school the older Hispanic lady at the check out said she didn t have enough I could clearly see in the back they had more so I pointed it out she said no only 1 dozen. So I got 1 dozen of sprinkles and another dozen of normal donuts, as she was filling up my normal box they put out a whole new tray of sprinkle donuts -.- this is why I shop with local and not big retail! I ll stay with my local donut shop Donald donuts in deerpark!

Lady behind the counter was very nice and didnt get frustrated when my card wouldnt work. Tried so many times, even after restarting the computer. She kept her cool, unlike me lol finally after entering card number in I was off. Need to add tip to the receipt. Rarely carry cash on me these days. Ill go back. Their jalapeño kolaches are (as an 9ld friend would say) da bomb

If you advertise that you are open until 12 then drive thru only, then stop lock your doors and 10:30 in the morning and letting customers watch you walk around on your cellphone. Absolutely ridiculous lack of customer service at this location. Third day in a row.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I bought a large coffee and ordered 6 creams and 6 sugars to take away and when I checked there were only 4 creams I told the lady and she told me THAT THE LIMIT WAS ONLY 4 creams WHY DID YOU NOT SAY THAT BEFORE PAYING? The sign up in the front says carry out available but when you call they said only drive thru they had 10 cars in line and even if I place an order through them for carry out I would still have to wait in drive thru line. I don t understand why have a sign saying carry out and drive thru available if your not doing that. This is my second time experiencing an issue with this location will not be returning they have a lack of customer service and rude about it
